I knew there was absolutely no way THREE people would all just decide the freezing cold back yard was a good place to rest up without something being wrong
The first story.. I drove past that wreck before any first responders were there. People had pulled over and running to help. Neighbors were coming outside to try and see what they could do.. I saw one lady running a bunch of towels to them. To find out the next day, while the people I saw running towards the wreckage to help the family, and her dad ran away from them to save his own behind.. was beyond heartbreaking. Everyone was there to help except for the person that should’ve been protecting her the most.

I hope to christ that his bail conditions put him far, far away from his kids & those involved in the crash.
I’ve been watching those police body cam channels, and keep finding commenters who clearly haľe cops because they’re cops, claiming that officers need to just stop prying into people’s “private business”, or otherwise shouldn’t be “aggressively” trying to question or arrest drunken drivers. Now, I’m all for calling out bad behavior when I see it. That said, if the idiots who feel entitled to drive under the influence had to see what I’ve seen, they might change their minds. WAY too many people believe that the worst consequences of driving under the influence are being arrested and their license, but what they fail to understand is they should be *thanking* those officers for pulling them over and putting the cuffs on! The absolute disregard that some people have for others, in terms of putting their lives in danger with drunken antics on the road, never ceases to surprise or disgust me. I have no sympathy for people arrested for DUI, and feel the courts are WAY too lenient. I’ve personally witnessed three fatal DUI crashes; not just driving by after the fact, but I witness the collisions and stopped to help, only to see the aftermath. The first such incident involved a drunken idiot in a pickup truck driving headlong into a minivan. After the collision, he stumbled out of his truck, walked over to the minivan, and let out a half-assed apology before asking someone who stopped to help for a phone. He wanted to call his wife or someone else at home to go pick him up. Meanwhile, there were two teenage girls in the minivan absolutely terrified and screaming, one of whom was injured. You see, the woman driving was the mother of one of these girls; the pickup had his so hard that it drove over the minivan’s front end and peeled back the top like a tuna can. The driver, and mother of one of the girls, had been decapitated. EMT’s had to mop a ton of blood off the daughter to determine which blood was hers or her mother’s, and the friend (in the back seat) had pieces of the woman’s skull and gray matter land on her. The pickup driver had casually apologized to the headless driver, asked for a cell phone to get a ride home, then joked with people who stopped to help because he was worried his insurance premiums would take a hit. He seemed more worried about how much the “accident” was an inconvenience to him than the woman he just killed and the teenaged girls he’d both physically and mentally damaged. The worst I witnessed was on an interstate in Oklahoma; the vehicle was traveling around 85 when it lost control and hit the grass median. Two occupants, neither buckled, were inside. One of them had multiple compound fractures and was unresponsive when I got there, and he was still technically alive when he was loaded onto a helicopter. The other had been partially ejected feet-first when the vehicle rolled over on top of him. It was still traveling at highway speeds when this happened. Officers had to identify this man by his driver’s license. The license was in his wallet, the wallet in his pants, and his pants were on his legs and pelvis, which had been tossed into the brush alongside the highway. The rest of him was still inside the vehicle, 60 or so feet away, except for some of his organs (which were strewn across the asphalt in pieces). So, I’ll repeat this; I have absolutely no respect, sympathy, or f*cks to give when entitled idiots get arrested for driving under the influence, and I firmly believe that a mandatory six-month sentence for anyone convicted of said crime would greatly reduce the problem.
Ah Kyle...what can I say but a big "Thank-You" for making me laugh out loud during these compilation videos. The word you choose in presenting them is magic!!! Please keep on doing what you do best - your vids are amazing!!! ❤
first story's mom should've been charged too. You don't get three kids into a car and then yourself with a drunk driver during the rain. At the very least the kids should be taken away.
It’s possible he was a violent guy and she was scared. She could’ve taken her kids out the car and called someone else to come get them, but we really don’t know all the details to say what she should’ve done.
@@andrew69007While I definitely first had that thought, I also believe at the very, VERY least, she should have made sure her baby had a seat belt on. Sadly, with the age of the passed child, this sounds like a case of a woman who is just as vile as the man she was with. And I hope for her living children's sake, she gets clean and gets far, far away from that monster.
Sad to hear that Christina's life came to such a tragic climax. She looks like she was nice but unfortunately lost. Hopefully, she's got peaceful vibes now 🙏🏻
I’m ngl the story about the guy farting for the next five years was the most funniest, hilarious shit I ever heard in my life bro thank you for the great laugh. I feel so bad for him.😂😂
Yeah I was thinking the same thing about the last story. I mean after he began feeling really bad and experiencing diarrhea I’d imagine most would go to a hospital to check out what’s going on with them.
Jesus Christ!! What the heck has been happening this past month?! I am only half way through the video, and I am in disbelief about the craziness of all the stories thus far! 🤯 I wonder if the story about the guy posting a video on UA-cam of him with his father’s severed head is going to be mentioned… I didn’t think ANYTHING was crazier than THAT story! 😳
Don't you read the news?? This is the same old stuff, week after week. It's been nuts since the pandemic started and even crazier since the democrats took over and stopped prosecuting crimes. It's insane.
My wife and I signed the petition for the friend of the channel the other day, it’s good to see UA-camrs looking out for one another! Ps your content rocks and is actually pretty educational on the legal system. Great work friend!
Fart man, probably has some health problem that may have been triggered from E. coli poisoning. Maybe, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, GERD, diverticulitis, or something similar.
26:39 I do so enjoy your "too short . . ."). The last story - 5 years of horrible gas is not the best subject but goodness gracious that would be horrible! I'm happy that your podcast was uploaded again!! And look forward to future materials. Whether a bunch of shorts or one subject. :)
Cracking episode, that last one's a stinker. Some people are just full of hot air but if you search hard enough you'll find diamonds in the rough. Just be sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
The "Update" you put in was very reminiscent of the original "Unsolved Mysteries" way they did their updates, with the stern speaking, different music, etc. I have to ask, was that where you got the idea?
Alright @diretrip you have become my new favorite spooky/crime youtuber. This comes with a lot of responsibility. I'm surprised that the health care provider told the school employee that the girl didn't have cancer. I hope they weren't fired over this
@@gary-rr7jp but wouldn't that information need to go to the police first instead of a school employee? This is a difficult situation. Maybe there was a lot of language that was used that didn't give specifics, that implied but didn't confirm so no job was lost and then police were called

I ❤ these short stories. Ithink the girl on the beach committed suicide bc of the beach incident. She may have had a lot of problems in the past, as her mom said. It think that this, broke the camel's back. She was humiliated on the internet, and we all know ppl that are bullied online can cause a person to commit suicide. I think this was what pushed her over the edge, bc she seemed fine B4 this happened.
6:57 This happened to a family member. They were extremely intoxicated, having been taking a ton of opiates and other drugs. He was walking home in the snow and was too disoriented to find his home. He ended up stopping at a house about two houses down from his own. He asked the homeowners if they could help and, seeing that it was the middle of the night and he was clearly intoxicated... they called the police. Upon hearing this, he left. He didn't want to get arrested again for drugs. ....he ended up making to the end of their yard then .....🤷♂️ ....not sure exactly other than: the police didn't find him that night. the next day, he was found dead in the backyard he had fled to. Initially, it was ruled as a drug related death...but my family kind of ....went out of their minds after the incident, claimed the cops "didn't try to help him" and that the drug claims "were the cops lying". Since he died of hypothermia (which the opiates expedited), they got the city to change the cause of death to say hypothermia and have no mention of drugs. 🤦♂️🤷♂️ About a year later, his youngest son (he is in his 30's) decided to take a ton of meth and play GTA IRL. 🤦♂️ Luckily, nobody died but he did end up shooting a few people. 🤦♂️ The dude went on to car jack a few people while running from the cops and was ultimately arrested. He, incidently, went out of state during his breakdown and ended up taking shots at people at a gas station in the state over.... the same gas station the *other side* of my family used to work at and would still visit nearly every day at that time. in other words: a member on one side of my family lost his mind and shot up a gas station that was about three blocks away from relatives on the other side of my family. 🤦♂️ I was hurt, sad, mad... I mean, he could have killed my aunt, uncle or cousins...or their little ones. I didn't know how to feel. A few months later.... that same aunt passed away somewhat suddenly. ....in order to get to the funeral... I had to stop at that goddamn gas station (memories flooding in of all the time I spend there as a kid....then of the news showing security cam video of my cousin hiding behind a power box, popping up and hip firing a rifle at people). 🤦♂️ I'm not a victim, but... I was shocked how much the actions of others (I hadn't talked to the gunman in about a decade due to life happening. our family kind of fell apart when our grandma died) effected so many others. It was embarrassing and heartbreaking to be at the funeral. My aunt was a huge influence to me and in my life.... and her son and all his friends are now: cops. They knew who my cousin was.. and who I am. She was a award-winning photographer, so the media was there...as friends. no cameras. I can't imagine how many people will be/are being hurt by the actions of these people 😔 People you wouldn't consider... tied to the families in some way we would let think of... hurting and feeling like they "don't have the right to hurt openly, wince they aren't directly related to the situation..but are still heartbroken because of it." I didn't think about any of that prior to the events in my life (I was that embarrassingly selfish). .......to make matter worse: a few months after the incident with my family but before my aunt passed, my wife got some unsettling news. One of her cousins (they, too, were close as kids but hadn't seen each other in years) was married and her cousin's husband... not sure why... got into a shootout with the police at his home. 😮🤦♂️🤷♂️ Her whole family, ostensibly, is filled with law enforcement officers and similar (one family member is a judge, for example). shooting at the police isn't something her family will except. Yet, her cousin stood by her husband, which caused stress on the entire family. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ I'm saying this because I think it's important for others to think how their actions will reach further than they except. No political agenda. If you're curious: I'm pro gun and think drug law should be laxed. So, this isn't a pro or anti gun or drug rant. Instead, it's a true story about the consequences of one's actions and how far they reach. My family member abused drugs and died avoiding the police. That choice... sent his son into a downwards spiral that resulted in a methfueled criminal rampage and people being shot. His actions were the catalyst to his boy being an active shooter and spending the next couple decades in a Fed Pen. The family member, not only cause severe mental trauma on his kids... he ended up hurting his whole extended family as well. If I went back in time to a point when he and I would hang out...he would have said he would never touch drugs. Life got worse for him, he made bad choices....and now a lot of people hurt. ....I may have emotional issues from his and his son's behavior, but I'm not a victim, really. The people who got shot and nearly killed....who never met that side of my family but were friends with my aunt...are now living a 'new' life. One filled with pain and disabilities they got by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. To them, I can't say sorry enough! Especially since they didn't really get any justice. One of the people who got shot.... the defense said my family member 'couldn't see the victims in their car because of the window tint on the car, thus, he _couldn't have been aiming at them if he couldn't see them.'_ 🤦♂️ their claims were dismissed and they got zero compensation for being shot. If I could, I would give them all the cash I had to make things morally better. Please: If you need mental help, get it! None of us are rocks and my family has taught me this time and time again. (my step grandpa, who was 'grandpa' to me... thought he was a badass and didn't need anyone's help. He ended up having a heart attack and thought "the VA Hospital is less about a mile from here. I'm not calling 911. I can drive a mile." .....so, he tried...and ended up dying behind the wheel. To me, that would have been a tragic thing but caused by his dumb behavior.... but, when he died...his car didn't die with him. His foot was on the gas and his car ended up running down and killing a 16yo girl who happened to be on a walk. 😑🤦♂️) Please understand that, sometimes, the bravest thing one can do is to *ask for help.* It might be ego brusing or something... but it's the right choice. Dealing with it on your own, be it self medicating or not calling 911 because of your 'I'm a real man' attitude.... isn't responsible, impressive or 'brave.' It puts others at risk and, frankly, makes it seem like you are afraid to get help or get better....or lack the self-awareness required to get better. You could end up like the members of my family... with the story of your life not being about your actions during the Korean War or as a father...instead, you will be known as the PoS person who selfishly made bad choices and ended up hurting the people they claimed to love and more. ....if this post gets even one person to really think about the issue for a minute.... then that is far beyond what I expect and that's amazing work on your part! for the rest: if you made it this far, thanks for reading and my apologies if it was a waste of your time.
As far as the guy who shot his parents- I bet anything that he wanted pills and his parents would NOT let him have them- not the nonsense lie he made up about his parents trying to force him to take one. That’s insane that would dignify his whopper at all.
Wow I think this is the second time you've covered my hometown, Birmingham in one of your compilations, thankfully a much lighter subject this time. Those market stalls are only there in Nov/Dec for the holidays, the stalls are from hamberg and items are quite pricey (that's partially because the rental fees themselves are quite expensive) I don't know if America has anything similar but quite a few cities in the UK have a german/frankfurt market for christmas.

So, I’ll repeat this; I have absolutely no respect, sympathy, or f*cks to give when entitled idiots get arrested for driving under the influence, and I firmly believe that a mandatory six-month sentence for anyone convicted of said crime would greatly reduce the problem.
i must say.. you are the only person that can 'filter' these horrible crimes ... i find that your tone and cadence help my ptsd... strange but true
I like this short story cases. I love the long versions of course, but I definitely like the pace of the short cases all in one video.
same. especially since most other true crime channels will completely ignore stories without enough info to make a long form video
Me too! ❤
Thank you for covering the Kansas City Chiefs fan's deaths. It's a crazy one and I feel so bad for them all.
Ah Kyle...what can I say but a big "Thank-You" for making me laugh out loud during these compilation videos.
The word you choose in presenting them is magic!!!
Please keep on doing what you do best - your vids are
amazing!!! ❤
Trying to put someone's head in the fryer? Seems like that's attempted murder, but then again I'm not a lawyer
Unless you're "special"
first story's mom should've been charged too. You don't get three kids into a car and then yourself with a drunk driver during the rain. At the very least the kids should be taken away.
At the very least she should have forced to drive! And not just allow the least safe person to be driving your whole family..
It’s possible he was a violent guy and she was scared. She could’ve taken her kids out the car and called someone else to come get them, but we really don’t know all the details to say what she should’ve done.
Or told them all to buckle up -“dad’s drunk again kids-make sure your seatbelts are on!” It’s so very very sad.
@@andrew69007B.S. She's just as culpable! She's supposed to be the "mother" of these 3 kids (NOW 2)! SHE'S got blood on her hands as well!!

Did u just say “naked from the waist up”? That would be shirtless 😂
My exact thought, "so he was shirtless"...
I hate when people try to use words to evoke an unreasonable/irrational response for the situation.
Is he wrong though?
@@Blakbox92 I'm sure there is some term for it, wouldn't quite be an oxymoron, i wouldn't think.
If they have clothes on they aren't naked.
I hear 'naked from the waist down' more often than 'pants less'
I just read a story right up your alley. A woman is supposed to have mistakenly put her baby in the oven instead of the crib. Her claims, not mine.
That was in KC
Sad to hear that Christina's life came to such a tragic climax. She looks like she was nice but unfortunately lost. Hopefully, she's got peaceful vibes now 🙏🏻
😂😂
I’m ngl the story about the guy farting for the next five years was the most funniest, hilarious shit I ever heard in my life bro thank you for the great laugh. I feel so bad for him.😂😂
The UM Update music... brilliant usage... 😂
What a sad story, though. Thanks for the update.
A butt load 😭😭😭 nice to see you Kyle! Have a great day!
"Her own nectar" 🤣🤣🤣 you are a poet sir 🤣🤣
And the last guy needs to go doctors lol
Yeah I was thinking the same thing about the last story. I mean after he began feeling really bad and experiencing diarrhea I’d imagine most would go to a hospital to check out what’s going on with them.
Jesus Christ!! What the heck has been happening this past month?! I am only half way through the video, and I am in disbelief about the craziness of all the stories thus far! 🤯
I wonder if the story about the guy posting a video on UA-cam of him with his father’s severed head is going to be mentioned…
I didn’t think ANYTHING was crazier than THAT story! 😳
Don't you read the news?? This is the same old stuff, week after week. It's been nuts since the pandemic started and even crazier since the democrats took over and stopped prosecuting crimes. It's insane.
This is my favorite part of every month. "...going ham on her ham." lol
My wife and I signed the petition for the friend of the channel the other day, it’s good to see UA-camrs looking out for one another! Ps your content rocks and is actually pretty educational on the legal system. Great work friend!
21:45 Talk about diamonds in the rough. LOL 🤣🤣
Fart man, probably has some health problem that may have been triggered from E. coli poisoning. Maybe, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, GERD, diverticulitis, or something similar.
"given my toilet can't handle a qtip..." 🤣
It's a whole new world when tampering with evidence means stuffing hot diamonds into your man cave!🤣🤣
Oh my god I clicked on it with "No views" -- first time for me!! Hey man!! Thanks for the upload, love your content!!
watching this over the superbowl cuz Sundays are for only the best content
The Superbowl doesn't start until 6:30 pm. I think you can do both, safely. 😂😂😂

@Dire Trip lovin' the added levity with your comments 😂
🤣🤣🤣 That boy said shine bright like diamond!
That dude probably had the shine bright like a diamond song & shine on you crazy diamond song playing on repeat lol
these are my favorite videos of yours, ive literally been waiting for this all month LMAO
26:39 I do so enjoy your "too short . . ."). The last story - 5 years of horrible gas is not the best subject but goodness gracious that would be horrible!
I'm happy that your podcast was uploaded again!! And look forward to future materials. Whether a bunch of shorts or one subject. :)
It’s a good thing he wasn’t in the Watermelon smuggling game.
Cracking episode, that last one's a stinker. Some people are just full of hot air but if you search hard enough you'll find diamonds in the rough. Just be sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
The husband of the family at the beach is like, "No, honey, I'm serious. I'm recording this to show the police." 😂😂
The "Update" you put in was very reminiscent of the original "Unsolved Mysteries" way they did their updates, with the stern speaking, different music, etc. I have to ask, was that where you got the idea?
Yes.
The "Unsolved Mysteries" update music makes it art.
Alright @diretrip you have become my new favorite spooky/crime youtuber. This comes with a lot of responsibility. Mostly, you're not allowed to get cancelled for being a shitty person 1-2 years from now. Great content, you have a great commentary voice and put in effort into your production. Can't wait to see you grow!
"Going ham on her ham" That one got me 💀🤣
Yessss I love the monthly compilation videos; you find so much crazy stuff.
“Caught with a butt load…” Literally😂 and actually!
These types of videos never fail to make me go “WHAT?!” whenever I watch them
YEESSSSS! The Unsolved Mysteries update! Love love love it!
Hi, Kyle. Good job as always. My cousin is in federal prison on wire fraud charges related to faking cancer and collecting $105,000, not including cash donations such as a Bay Area mega church congregation throwing money at her feet as she stood center stage. She’d make a great episode. There’s a podcast on her as well called “Scamanda”.
5:30 ik more context has come out since but this person hit the nail on the head. there was no way he was oblivious to his friends missing because of how many people attempted to make contact with him both in real life and online.
I love it when u put a bunch of smaller topics into one video ❤
A bottle of hot dog piss 🤣
All I got to say about this , is , what a Dire Trip they’re going to have 😂😂😂
I'm surprised that the health care provider told the school employee that the girl didn't have cancer. I mean on one hand, good, because it led to the mother being caught lying and hopefully now the kid can go to school normally. But isn't that a clear HIPPA violation? I hope they weren't fired over this
Yeah. Sadly it is a violation and they were probably legally required to be fired but theres nothing stopping someone else hiring her after
Probably not a violation when there is abuse of a child occurring.
@@gary-rr7jp but wouldn't that information need to go to the police first instead of a school employee? This is a difficult situation. Maybe there was a lot of language that was used that didn't give specifics, that implied but didn't confirm so no job was lost and then police were called
I live in Bixby, Oklahoma and heard about her. I thought she was in a different car, I didn’t know she was in a car with the man who killed her…I feel so sick to my stomach right now…I feel like that’s 10x more disturbing…
Avoid ham rolls from sketchy food stands, got it
I bet the money that pasture had to bail himself out was from the church lol
Diretrip, youve saved me from lots of depression, love you bro

Been watching UA-cam for several hours a week for years now. I just hit "like", on purpose, for maybe only like the 4th or 5th time, ever. Good job. I'd go back and like all your other videos I've seen, but I don't want to make it weird. Maybe I'm going to stop being so stingy with my likes, though, if they really help.

Yay love these ones Kyle!! Thank you
Last guy still going ham on his ham
U have a way with words. I couldnt help but laugh. Thank u as well
Really enjoyed this video. Sometimes short and sweet is better 👍
The cancer mom looks like a creature from Dragonlance called
"gully dwarf "
I love listening to this guy. His voice is so soothing for some reason.
Found ur chanel 2 weeks ago been bingeing since top content👌
Just realized how early I am on this one. Just wanted to show my support and say so far the video is great! Interesting topic
Love your content man... Respect all your hard work.
Kyle….I love your narratives & narration 😁
Love listening to all your stories and the way you present them. Also love your little carton character at the end. Very nice touch 👌
About a year later, his youngest son (he is in his 30's) decided to take a ton of meth and play GTA IRL.
I was hurt, sad, mad...
I'm not a victim, but...
Please understand that, sometimes, the bravest thing one can do is to *ask for help.* It might be ego brusing or something... but it's the right choice. Dealing with it on your own, be it self medicating or not calling 911 because of your 'I'm a real man' attitude.... isn't responsible, impressive or 'brave.'
It puts others at risk and, frankly, makes it seem like you are afraid to get help or get better....or lack the self-awareness required to get better.
