There's so much they can do with an Inaros rework. He can be a consumer or spell caster. He can get his passive to be as good as Nidus' passive since they're technically supposed to be the same.
They are no where near the same. Nidus gains stacks from his 1st ability. After so many stacks, he then gets a revival mechanic. Inaros has a last stand mechanic, which can then revive himsef.
And y'know what? They don't really have to do that much. Just have his abilities actually scale with something like power strength or enemy level or a bit of both. That'd make him so much better alone.
Just started playing again a few weeks ago after a roughly 7 years hiatus, booted up my MR15 account to my loki prime and then did some googling on what’s good now and shed a tear when I realized my boy was shit 😂
Please don’t listen to him. These frames are actually insanely strong if played correctly. Even Banshee is good if played into her niche. Yes some need a good understanding of warframe but the risk is worth the reward. Chroma for instance is the best if not one of the best DPS tanks in the whole game and has been for years. He just needs a tad bit of setup and he’s completely immune to ALL damage. Loki is the ONLY frame that can abuse AI pathing in a way that COMPLETELY TURNS THEM OFF. Single handedly the BEST defense frame because decoy has higher agro than defense objectives. With safeguard switch augment his decoy is immune to ALL damage for up to 12 seconds which is INSANE. No setup needed just pop decoy then pop s3 and boom invincible decoy that turn AI off with good placement.
Inaros has: 1) Worse radial blind that requires line of sight as well as the enemy facing you at the time of casting, and for some reason has lifesteal on it despite having zero damage scaling whatsoever. 2) Single target lifesteal that locks you in an animation unable to do anything. This one actually does have scaling, it's just so low that it's barely worth mentioning. 3) Crowd control that throws enemies around making it harder for allies to shoot them, locks you in an animation unable to do anything, reduces your visibility, slows you down, does no meaningful damage, and is capped at 50% dr for no reason. Somehow they took Assimilate from Nyx and made it worse. 4) An armor buff that's capped at only ~200 extra armor. It also can be thrown out to heal you and nearby allies overtime, but does hardly any damage (a recurring theme in his kit), has very bad base spread range, and a very low heal over time if you don't hit a lot of enemies.
Put HP mods to inaros to make 9k HP then give him arcane grace and arcane guardian.... Then go to SP survival... Let him stand 20 minutes in same locacion... Then came back ... Whatt you will see? Live inaros with full HP

As a yareli main I have a few things to point out: 1. sea snares and riptide are more than "decent" sea snares gives a ton of damage vulnerability to enemies caught in them and riptide is great at grouping enemies. 2. merulina takes 90% of damage for Yareli and can have its health refilled if using the "merulina guardian" augment which in my experience makes you practically immortal. 3. merulina is actually pretty fast and most of what you talked about it being slow or clunky is just a matter of you not driving it right. 4. auqablades has no reason to need to scale with range, considering that Yareli is mostly based on movement you will be constantly be running into enemies. 5. the real bread and butter of yarelli in my opinion is her passive of +200% crit chance to secondaries while moving, my secondaries to consistantly orange or red crit while having insane fire rate from merulina guardian 6. I will admit K-drives are a bit...𝒲𝒶𝒸𝓀𝓎 it can also be used in your favor to invalidate certain things like defixio debuffs in abyssal zone or netracell keyglyph debuffs. TLDR: Yareli Is a great frame that can DOMINATE with a good crit secondary weapon while providing decent crowd control. merulina can be a bit glitchy at times but otherwise gives great survivability and utility
To be fair Loki is just a relic of the past that did a lot of thing that warframe could not do back in the old days. They have the league of legends syndrome where they need to stop realizing new champions and update the old ones
In a horde shooter that kind of matters lol. Your sole objective is to kill as many enemies as possible as quickly as possible. If you can't do that, then what are you contributing to the team/mission? Healing someone? If you killed all the enemies with one button then no one will take damage in the first place so healing isn't worth the damage sacrifice. Blasting sand at people? Why do that when you can kill them? Do you see the problem now?

I still want Hydroids Puddle ability back. Latch it to his second ability. You tap 2 it's a wave, you hold 2 it's a puddle. Rework it somehow ofcourse. The ability to dissolve into puddle of water and drag your enemies into the deep, to drown them is awesome and terrifying as a concept. The implementation was shite. So gimme back my puddle but make it work!
I just think that people aren't building Yareli properly. I literally do not die in Steel Path with her while red crit'ing with kitguns. One solution for her is just like Titania gets smaller in her pixie form, also reduce Yareli's size while on the k-drive so she doesn't get stuck on everything and would help her manoeuvre on certain tiles. Also let her use abilities and primary while on the k-drive.
It's not that she isn't built right, her kit just kind of sucks... it fits thematically, but that's about it, it's not cohesive. If merulina had, let's say, better movement and granted a buff ( resist knockdown + increases skill range), that might have made a difference, but I agree with what KnightmareFrame said, she has knockbacks and a close ranged aoe skill with mediocre damage. She needs a lot of TLC to be good, though she's still better off than Loki or Inaros, as it's just "some" of her kit, and not the whole thing that sucks. She's like a discount Gyre/ Zephyr hybrid with a mental disability. I don't like the frame visually (too many frills 'n shit), but her kit is sorely lacking, which is my main reason for disliking her. To all Yareli lovers, you're entitled to your opinion, even if it's wrong. :P Jk. You love what you love, aint no one gonna tell you how to enjoy YOUR time playing a game.
How to fix Inaros: First ability: Increase AoE and make it decrease enemy's armor and apply corrosive status Second ability: Select an enemy and gain ability strength, armor, and extra health based on enemy level Third Ability: Make him invulnerable, scale with how many corrosive effects are within enemies trapped in it and heal based on damage dealt Fourth Ability: Gain damage reduction (not armor, limit 95%) and store 50% of damage received (scaling with ability strength) and be able to recast and deal AoE damage to enemies around you Passive: When dying, enter a frenzy state (with scaling duration) in which you'll only be able to use your Melee, but every hit applies viral on enemies. When killing an enemy with both viral and corrosive status effects, revive with half your health I like using Inaros, but I have to admit his abilities (except for his 4th which still isn't that good) are useless. He's just a tanky weapon stand that doesn't really have any synergy not even within his own kit. Yeah, his abilities are all based on sand, Caliban's abilities are all based on sentients, that doesn't make them synergize.
Valkyr being the first on the list breaks my heart. As a Valkyr main I have invested a lot of forma into her, to make her a tank without needing to use her 4. I even have a second Valkyr prime that I have made to just use her 4, ironically enough using your build to have basically infinite hysteria, the reason I don't really like those types of builds is because they aren't flexible, you have to use her 4 and nothing else. I do agree she needs a big rework to make her good, because I remember loving playing with her when i got her in the past. when I was first starting out and still rather new to the game I remember seeing a vid on Valkyr and at that time I had her in my foundry and after I claimed it everything after that became a blur. Like I don't remember anything after and I just remember that I was getting more and more powerful faster. Now I don't know if it was just me loving playing her, but it just kills me that she is basically not useful anymore. I mean DE even nerfed her 3rd that I used to use with her augment to pull enemies in close, but now because her 3rd has impact damage when you cast it a second time with the augment the enemies just go flying and that's why I had to use ensnare that I got from khora via helminth. I really hope that DE reworks her soon and that Pablo manages a miracle with her rework because I now don't trust anyone but him to be able to help my main become great again.
honestly he is being little unfair to Valkyr she is not super amazing but her tool kit has a purpose and can be useful. like ripcord is fantastic for exactly what he dismissed it for getting you into position and since you can use while in zerking instead of dive rolling I will use 1 to more accurately move around and faster than I can with with the slide leap.
I haven't played her in years, because she just can't keep up with other frames. But somehow prime and original are both still in my top 10 most used frames. So I'm right there with you.

As a player since 2014 with 3000 hours, (70.2% of those hours been played as Valkyr); whatever she lacks, I make up for in skill, or compensate with weapons, equipment, focus schools etc. I’ve seen so many changes to her and I honestly wish she would get a rework. She’s the only warframe that hasn’t been **fully** reworked; they just constantly make small tweaks to her 4 and other abilities, but overall they have remained the same since her release. Given how ridiculous the powers some of these newer frames have, I believe it’s fair to make her current augments as part of her default abilities. (endless warcry, hysterical assault, paralysis, rip line augment.) The only augment that shouldn’t be default is her enraged hysteria. After making these augments apart of her default set-up, change the augments into something else useful.
Inaros mains: Inaros is so tanky, and can life steal to stay alive Revenant: Tanky, can life steal and take shields, can make a puppet army in one button press. Inaros, but way better
I don't disagree and am an inaros main. My next two favorite frames are Ivara and revenant. Inaros just has a different vibe to him. He's more hectic and on the move. More offensive in his play. You have to be with him else he flunders hard. With revenant he plays can slower and does more control than tanking. Both are fun, but both also have their place.
No. That's Ivaras playground. You want(ed) to use Loki if you need(ed) invisibility in fast paced missions with energy drain (capture, spy, rescue) or if you want(ed) to fast farm for relics in Hepit or Ukko.
Loki is a sad story, he went from the Undisputed top S tier frame, but slowly over time he has gone from S to A, then A to B, B to C and now he is all the way down here at the bottom.
Iranos is really a big life stone, that's all. Everything Valkyr does, other Frames do better. I've always dreamed of a rework in Valvyr, but it seems to be a frame that is invisible to DE's eyes. Loki was useful in the game's past, but as the operator gained new uses, Loki became obsolete. Loki is still useful for running drone escorts on the Plains of Eidolon. It's also worth remembering that after the eximus rework, a lot of things in Warframe are no longer useful. I'm surprised you didn't include Banshee on this list, after the nerfs she serves practically nothing in the game
Maybe they can give Inaros some form of health gating as a new passive. Every 25% of his HP, he gains immunity for a few seconds, kind of like conculysts. That works well with his ability to keep healing himself and other arcanes that can heal. They can maybe make the health gating time scale with how much health he has up to a capped amount of time so you get rewarded for building high amounts of health. His 1 can maybe stay the same. But his 2 should be changed to something completely new. Maybe he makes a wave of sand that comes back to him pulling enemies into melee range. His 3 could be this finisher ability that works with his 1 and 4. His 1 and 4 could leave a mark on targets that allows him to summon sand clones with his 3 that do finishers for him on marked enemies based on his equipped melee. This ability can cost a flat amount of health per target that is reduced by ability efficiency. His 4 can stay the same but maybe give damage vulnerability to enemies affected by it. It also shouldn't have to be channeled and should cost energy, not health. I feel like this would make Inaros a good health tank that prefers to use melee but also has the option to play and heal/tank from range.
Valkyre is good in the SP circuit as the decrees roll get bias for melee. She's invulnerable and her 1st can grab enemies throwing them off the isle, and at the same time you can use it to not fall down if you miscalculate a bullet jump.
I still remember when I got to Fortuna and I had some challenge "Kill X enemies while on a K-drive", so I proceeded to run down Corpus and slowly stomp them to death by jumping up and down on them😂 I had no clue you could use a secondary weapon, all I knew was that I couldn't shoot anyone when I got on and I had never seen anyone use a K-drive for anything besides movement or doing tricks to level.
I mean aside from yareli, who isn't excluded from this conclusion, they were all warframes from the earliest warframe years when they were getting their feet wet, form over function, themes first balance later. Also I'm a yareli coper, don't listen to me.
I will continue to play yareli, as i have since she released. With almost 1500 hours since i started in 2015, shes about to be my most played frame. Overtaking all of my previous mains.
I really do hope Valkyr gets a great rework. As it stands, she has 2 useless abilities, 1 good one and an Exalted weapon that needs an update. Maybe they could integrate the Tennokai system into something thats unique for her since her Prime form is supposed to be a controlled rage (similar to modern-day Kratos), but we'll have to wait and see what dark magic Pablo works on her. I just want my old main to be good...
@michalduchac4506 no, that would probably go to Gauss or Kullervo. She's not even the best Exalted frame since Baruuk nullifies her existence via Serene Storm and its augment. I love her just as much as you seem to, but she's not the best at anything right now.
@xenogengas9693 red crits aren't everything. You need a good base kit to go with it, and as it stands, Valkyr only has 2 abilities that you'd want to use regularly.

I wanna object Yareli, cause of 200% crit chance passive, 90% dmg reduction while on merulina. 200% reload & fire rate augment. and more than 200% dmg vulnerability.(how can yareli be worst????) I manage to build the secondary Gatling that can do million dmg each bullet(I know y know which weapon), while surviving easily(not moving much, except violence). using merulina is indeed need player skill(which can handled with some training). for other I totally agree
This video is 7 months old. Loyal merulina turns her into better nezha. She is fine now. Only her 3rd skill is useless outside of low level missions. With some strength she spreads 300%+ dmg vuln everywhere while also having strong cc. Definitely not trash anymore.
I feel like Valkyr has started to grow on me for 3 reasons. 1) Warcry doesn’t just boost attack speed, but also movement speed and armor rating, plus it’s not an aura ability, meaning if you just pop it once near teammates, they will get the boost even if they move out of range. 2) Paralysis allows for free finishers, plus it acts as a good stun in disruption missions. 3) Her ult makes her invisible until you select the ability again, which will only deduct the percentage of damage indicated by the icon. This is useful to readjust yourself as you heal, as well as useful for hacking or reviving teammates while under attack. In essence, her abilities have far more utility than the descriptions lead on to be.
On a side note, I’ve tested her out in Archon hunts and she’s pretty solid. It’s a bit of a reckless play style where you can put yourself in harms way in order to assist your teammates in any position. Think of her less like tiger and more like a honey badger.
Fr, I don't know what this dude is talking about. I've played Valkyr before, and I feel she is a great frame. Yeah, her ripline ability is weird, but nothing beats going into open world mission and casting it as you look down on the enemy while aim gliding.
I honestly so suprised that Caliban wasn't on here. Caliban is that warframe that most people probably forgot, even though he was added in with the quest that was in the works for years, the New War. Caliban doesn't seem to focus on special role either. He doesn't CC, he doesn't do high enough damage to be a DPS, he can't be a tank, and he sucks at support. He just exists...hell, Yareli is more useful then him
They’re really in touch the the community. They’ve changed other things like customization and game mechanics based on videos and feedback from players. Considering he’s one of the most prominent and popular creators it’s not unbelievable that the video got to the devs through one way or another. These ideas don’t only originate from the video of course, but considering how big it got it’s likely it had some weight in the changes.

Loki main here. I have almost 7k hours in Warframe, and 44% of that time is on Loki. At one point i became so desperate to make him better i subsumed Thermal Sunder, and slapped an augment on it.... on top of building it for 240% strenght. New Archon Shards provided enough damage bonuses to return to more classic builds through range and efficiency, but damn.... ....Please, DE, do something about it. Loki desperately need a rework.
I had a brilliant idea for a chroma rework: His 1 damage increase + ability to mod it/ innate faction damage. Unsure if augment change but literally anything would be better His 2 combine the effects of elemental ward and vex armor, vex armor buffs are regardless of the element and the ward buffs stay based on element which you now change with elemental ward. Augment gets changed to add +35% damage taken to health is converted to energy. His 3 dragons horde, the effigy flys off briefly collecting all elemental status in range, when it returns, after like a quarter second or maybe half, you get a bit of energy for every status and bonus energy for each unique, power afflicted status. His 4 honestly effigy just needs its jank removed, energy lowered and damage increased. If Agatha can have invincibility while casting a 4 that deals 15,000 viral and has the potential to ignore armor then chrima’s dragon should be able to out damage a horse. However I know de and the community really aren’t fond of turrets, so instead he should be a reverse Titania and grow in size (necramech) and gain modded spectral scream as an archgun. His passive, a weaker version of quick thinking. This guy is meant to fight DRAGONS let him be a strong and hard to kill frame.
as a chroma main with 52% usage on chroma prime out of the thousands of hours I put into the game I had hoped his previous rework would do more with the element part of his theme like double the effects status can afflict like how hydroid can now full armor strip with just corrosive, honestly at this point even a faster hit rate on his 1 would be a godsend cause 1 status proc per second is so damn terrible if i could replace 2 abilities it would take 0 thought into which ones it will be
I say it all the time. Allow Merulina to be toggleable. You gain 60% of the damage reduction benefits if you choose to not ride it and simply have it float around you the way Nova's Null stars do. SIMPLE and it works. So you give people who don't want to subsume abilities some basic functionality and utility. This not only allows you to retain some of damage reduction if you choose not to use it but ALSO allows you to use melees and your primary freely. I'm a yareli enjoyer. I have 5 tau shards on her and lots of forma and am eagerly waiting for her prime fashion and tennogen potential. She deserves more love than the little love they show k-drives, which they decided to make in the first place.

Valkyr rework idea Rip Line: must target a single enemy, however it'll chain nearby enemies to it and drag them in front of Valkyr. Enemy chain count is affected by strength and leaves enemies in a finisherable state. Warcry: slow is now an active field not affected by Ability Range. Melee kills grant shields while Hysteria kills grant double the amount of shields. Paralysis: no longer drains energy, instead draining shields only. Replaced knockback/ragdoll effect with armor stripping based on percentage of shield remaining. 100% shields strip 50% armor at base, and having 100% overshields strips 75% armor. Armor strip is affected by Ability Strength. Hysteria: No longer invincible, instead granting armor based on kills that will drain over time slowly. Grants 50% damage reduction. This makes Valkyr lean even more into melee centric gameplay while allowing her to have more modern means of survivability. I like the idea of having a Gloom-like ability on her because I recently played with a Garuda build centered on Gloom and it felt REALLY nice. Now this obviously doesn't have the health regen of Gloom but offers a shield regen instead. The Rip Line change came from Khora, but making it more consistent as it doesn't depend on the original target being alive. Paralysis came about because melee builds live or die by armor stripping. Sure you could just subsume Terrify then Rip Line them all but this incentives you keeping all of Valkyr's kit. I toyed around with the idea of having the shields on melee kill part of her passive but that would make Gloom even more OP on her, and it makes more Warframes wanting her subsume. Hysteria has the same philosophy as both the Nezha and Wukong change; trading brain-dead invincibility for a more modern survivability ability. You're already gonna get tons of shields and shield gating, there's no reason to keep the invincibility on top of that.
The start of this video made me sad because they nerfed the shit out of my favorite archwing stuff back in the day. They took Itzal’s blink away and gave a shittier version to every archwing, and they nerfed the infinite range and punch through of the fluctus. No more killing enemies across the map through every wall on the map, and no more blink spam.

Yareli doesn't let you use primary on K-Drive cause it seems her kit is more focused towards using your secondary. Whoever designed her was smokin some high quality seaweed

Loki should be able to cast a bunch of illusions, make enemies fight each other, and shape shift into other frames depending on whose on your team and use its abilities as well. Fits better considering Loki is the trickster god
As a Valk main i really hope she sees a full rework some day like her 1 is almost tottal garbage if not for being a movment option (not a great one but its something), her 2 is okay but is kinda made irrelivant by an attack speed mod and any other frame can take her 2 and use it with a better kit, her 3 is a joke, and her 4 can do damage is you really like to slide attack. personally i want to see ripline reworked in someway as i do like the core idea but not implementation, maybe instead it pulls you to the enemy and gives a short buff like kullervo 1 does or something. her 2 just feels like it could be overhauled, its not bad exactly just not really amazing, her 3 needs replaced entirely, and her 4 could be fine with some different combos and some kind of unique mechanic to give range like other exalted waves or just iron staff having a long reach or make her hysterical assault augment a base thing like many augments should be (especially old ones) just prayin to lord pablo for a rework.
How is it bugged? I played a lot of Nyx Prime and never had much issue, I mostly use her for easy peasy armor strip and some crowd control. Just cause I like her design 😅
Her 1 and 4 are situational and honestly questionable, but she's still more useful than any of these frames. She's viable even on level cap so she doesn't get the same talk. Literally solo-ed 80-90% of SP no sweat with Nyx (the rest was with Ivara). She could use a bit of rework but dude... Loki? Inaros? Valkyr? She's not "the real number one."
@@SenseofNoneYTYou can subsume any of Nyx's abilities without missing out. Her kit is out of date and/or can be replicated better by other warframes. The only bad thing Loki deals with is a broken Decoy augment, otherwise he's still op. Inaros 2nd ability is garbage but he's suffering from success otherwise.
@@MusicFreak0426Never noticed that her Absorb skill was nerfed or that it's been bugged for years now? Nyx still has the ability to self damage, did you know that at least? Anyway, she's supposed to be immune to status and damage while 'absorbing' but isn't completely--unlike other warframes with the same immunities. When subsuming status immunity abilities, they won't work along side her Absorb and this is intentional because it's supposed to provide status immunity already. As I said, it's bugged and I challenge you to discover the bug for yourself.
Nyx woulda made the list for me. She isn't remotely bad. Her kit just feels a lil dated and unfitting. Like her namesake is a ancient greek goddess of darkness who births some of the most terrifying beings and and the best thing she can do is armor strip and turtle? I understand the frames ten years old so i wont talk too much about her looking like a female excalibur but its also an issue lmao.
If they do rework these frames, I hope they use these existing abilities as basis for better abilities rather than completely eliminate their identity. Like, Inaros' theme is sand, mummies, and whatnot. I think the concepts for these frames should take priority over simply giving them some vanilla abilities that make them strong.
I honestly didn’t have an issue with Inaros, It was actually pretty helpful in a few defense missions I did with some buddies cause we were being swarmed my enemies. So being able to become a sandstorm and gather all of the enemies and move them to a singular area where I can smite them all with one swipe of my sword came in handy. Definitely saved time and helped get through the mission faster. Loki also just seems more like a Stealth-Frame than a Warframe than anything. But useful nonetheless.
6:51 chroma has that passive because DE wanted him to feel like a flying dragon. Personally would have given him something more flight based as an ability. And made vex armor weaker, but the passive

Yareli is uniquely good in ways that the meta will never reinforce. Yareli K-Drive with 2ndary incarnons is low key busted with 200/200/200 in basically free status with guardian augment. Loyal allows full loadout with 2 second damage augment in your general vicinity? Yareli is low key great now that people have so many options to build with or around her unique kit.
After putting 1,113 hours 47 real life days. And taking a four year break and coming back now. I can say that there is no trash warframe. You just need to play them correctly at appropriate times. That’s including TEAM synergy. Remember warframe is a team game. You can do all that damage and shit but just end up looking like a try hard carry the whole time.
As someone who is stuck with starter Loki, until my 2nd Warframe is build.... I kinda expected him to be on the list, but I didn't expect him to get demolished this bad.
If you don't like Loki you can farm any boss to get a warframe. Even if you're completely new you must have access to a boss or two. And I think there's also Duviri now.
Nah he just doesn't use him right Loki can stay permanent invisible if you get the right mods and can disarm enemies in an instant. This youtuber is a veteran of the game so I'll say this as one do not take our advice at all unless we are talking from a prespective of we have your mr and state he has a lot of stuff from Plat alone so yeah he's not the best advice for free to play look up Loki builds for this year and were to find the stuff and take your time cause that is what the games about time and fun he just probably able to access everything since he has a lot of money trust me money changes your view on warframe.
as a VALKYR player (34% in profile stat over 3k h) i'll say something before even starting watching it, THANK YOU finally someone recognises something I've been talking for years but always hear "she has her 4 she's fine" I'm so tired of that she has clear issues if I can press her 4 and forget about every over ability or just subsume gloom and forget about everyother ability, her oly usefull ability to me is her 1 something with wich a lot of people will disagree but it is the only thing that keeps me to her, in a world where you cant switch to your operator over when there is nothing under you and it will count as your warframe falling into the void her 1 is the only usefull mobility ability to me and her only ability I use in her kit at this point and it's just sad to me, I love her too much and it's the time for her to get some love
I agree with everything you say I used Valkyr for a lot of time and a QoL for her 4 is required (When swapping to the melee if you swapped off it should instantly apply the invulnerability rather having to go through the ready animation) but her kit needs adjusting her 1 is just well needs gone. I often forget what her 3 does and just swap it for silence.
As a previous valkyr main for literal years, I say this with all the respect in the world for her. I can do that with atleast 30 other frames and kill more people in the same amount of time than her and also not die. The game has outgrew her.

@darksteelmenace595 maybe not bad at modding. Many frames abilities just aren't as clear cut as they seem without really diving into them, and I have the advantage of having done that with just about every frame. Dante certainly fits the bills pretty easily. Revenant also if you mod for high enough strength. His leave can one shot literally any enemy in the game after you use his 1 on them. Vorunas 4 isn't given enough credit, even though building toward it isn't her best build. Those are just 3 off the top of my head that you don't need weapons for.
@@ryangerfen7489 Can't speak for Revenant, but Voruna and Dante definatly can't match Valkyrs damage, she goes through level 200+ enemies like butter, Dante needs to cast a lot to kill enemies at that point and Voruna does way less there. I also don't think they can match her survivability. Dantes overshield is great, but certain enemies can shred even through 40k-80k overshields while only few enemies can do sth about Valkyr at all
I don't intend for this to be mean, but I know some people will take it that way and hopefully you aren't one of them. If you're having trouble surviving or doing damage with Voruna or dante against level 200s it's a problem with your mod mod setup or a skill issue. I've taken them both way higher than that.
@seanmsw5977 could thing could be said vice versa, what if they're working on a nightshade l night wave, or trying to get that last bit of exp for to max it out to m9vr onto the next thing. Being rushy is arguably identical to slow poking around for one reason or another.
You get an arch wing way, way before you're able to get a k drive. New players can't even access Fortuna until after they finish Cetus and their first arch-wing mission
Surprised to not see Oberon on this list. Truely think he’s worse then valk at the very least because at least she has her fourth. Oberon is actually terrible. His passive is cool. His first literally does nothing except for a very few niche uses as a helminth with the augment but not on Oberon. His seconds only advantage is the status cleansing but there are so many ways to do that. His third is healing. Again so many ways to do that. The armour buff from it is also trash compared to other armour buffs and it’s also just armour which its self is pretty bad. Even the health gate augment is bad worse then pretty much ever other health gate in the game. And the only thing his fourth does is armour strip but only if they are on his second making it inconsistent and again there are soooo many better armour strips. Only thing he’s got going for himself is cc from radiation but also nyx, a companion with manifold bond and rad or just an aoe primer modded for radiation. To add insult to injury now we are getting a new radiation frame with the next update making Oberon even worse.
Valkyr in my eyes is placeholder for all older frames that dont need complete reworks but just buffs and polishing of their kit that includes Oberon, Limbo, Trinity, Vauban, Frost, and maybe 3-4 other frames that I cant remember now Frames that arent bad, just need way more to do less than average newer frame, and frames that have atleast 1-2 useless abilites or non existent passives
Cause his powers are just…. Eh… even with the helminth incarnation the rest of his abilities just don’t do anything worth while. I haven’t checked his augments in a while, but as far as I remember, his rework makes it so he can heal allies, but it’s still not fluid enough to heal off the bat. With that being said, I would love to play with a Inaros fanatic that has mastered him and all of his flaws. Bonus points if you can write a detailed essay of all of his uses.
It’s funny how history repeats itself, literally a couple years ago, a UA-camr talked about how shit Nezha was at the time and a lot of people got mad at him but in the next patch he got buffed. All I’m saying is he’s not trying to hurt your feelings, he’s just pointing out some inconsistencies these frames have.

After loyal merulina came out saying yareli is one of the worst frames is just wrong. Merulina gives her great survivability while also giving her solid cc, aqua blades is very nice passive damage to just have going as ultimately Yareli is a gun focused frame, having good cc and survivability while giving amazing pistol buffs. You arent playing her for her ability damage lol.
@GloriaMisztal just with the current meta there are so many solid side arm options that yareli severely buffs. And yeah cold damage used to suck, but now it's amazing for cc. Her armor bubbles make her hit so hard. I have a fairly okay build on her and I pretty regularly crit for 1.5 mill. On top of her great survivability.
As a Yareli main, I know she may not be the best... but please don't change her 😭. I really enjoy her as is. For merulina I use it for tanking and not for speed... so cruising and shredding with secondaries is fun to me. I know no one will read this and my opinion doesn't matter 😅... but last time D.E. changed my favorite frame to "make them better", I never played that frame ever again lol
ive been playing her lately and i like her but shes sooooo buggy her frames dont work half the time like u get on her board and she just like in a stuck animation but can still use abilitys only way to fix it is to get on n off her board tho i feel damage wise she really weak

Playing with LImbo in normal starchart and so dominant... until an eximus or nullifier shows up. The nullifier straight bricks limbo, especially if you don't know excatly where he is.
It feels weird I was building a Yareli while watching this vid. I really like her and I hope she gets some improvements. As far as I can tell, the idea of her gameplay style is that you use your Sea Snare and Riptide to control enemies and centralize them, then ride around them on Merulina with your Aquablades up to cut them up while also using her passive secondary crit buff to hit them with whatever. I don't think it's a bad idea but it does need work and I hope they can do it! Regarding the K-Drive part, it boosts her health pool a lot so she can tank hits while zipping around. It takes practice with a K Drive to be anywhere as good as bullet jumping, especially indoors, but if you don't use the boost it's much more managable indoors. Still could be a lot better. I think the biggest missed opportunity for Yareli is that Merulina can't use K-Drive mods. There's a bunch of mods that do damage or other things, and not just help you do tricks. You can also do damage by using the control key then hold control key to drop your K-Drive on an enemy and crush them, and do a little AoE, but it's harder to do than a Melee Slam and I think it's less effective? Oh and one other thing you can do with a K-Drive mod is dismount and have it keep going and smack an enemy and that's just fun and I want Yareli to have that option. My ideal would be her jumping on and off a lot, because you want to also use your Primary and Melee, but still have Merulina be useful and fun.
I play yareli a decent bit and idk what they were thinking with aquablades but i dont use them at all. Try using aegrit on her it feels pretty good if you can keep her passive active ( also red archon shards help a lot ;) ), merulina that you can heal with your 1 that lets you also deal more damage is quite tanky too ( i just can't say how much cause i never went above lv 300 but i had no trouble against these). Akarius is also viable (very low crit chance but hella fun).
Yareli was never a BAD warframe. Damage Amp on 1, ON COMMAND ROLLING GUARD on 2, SLASH AOE "scales and kills lvl 215 heavy easily with good str, and a grouping tool on her 4? Eat your own hat KF, the k-drive isnt a negative in the new tilesets. This was even before her rework and augments, all of which are both niche and useful. This is coming from someone who did the yareli quest on launch, got her, and immediately dumped her into helmith only to pick her up again years later due to picking her in duviri and loving it. Loyal and Guardian both have interesting builds and the LOYAL augment already has people who've hit 9999 without any problems. Theres a reason why I've never subscribed to you, bad takes waaaay to often.

Atlas. *What I want* Overhaul his armor stacking fantasy. Have his armor stacking potential reach heights even greater than current; letting the "Mountain" truly be sturdy AND DURABLE. Have his rock armor value augment Wall, Petrify, Golems and his Passive. 1) Increase the cap of his Rock Armor to 3k. 2) Remove ability 1 invulnerability 3) Increase his Punch combo multiplier cap to 6x but have it stack in increments of 1 4) Rock Armor value directly buffs most of his abilities. 5) All ability kills drop rocks, but the value is lesser than if he killed petrified enemies. 6) Add a new Augment Mod that increases ability efficiency based on his current Rock Armor stacks. Subsequently remove the 0 cost stipulation from his Punch Augment Mod. 7) Make his Wall dmg and size scale on his current Rock Armor value 8) Petrify FoV and range should scale with current Rock Armor value 9) Golems get a duration increase based on current Rock Armor value when summoned 10) Give rocks that drop a unique icon on the map or UI. 11) Add to the passive. When at 3k rock armor value. Excess can be collected to gain Overguard with a 1:1 ratio up to a cap of 50
As a yareli Main, i am no longer in denial that she kinda sucks. A lot. But it is fun wiping out tons of enemies using aqua blades on the k drive and that’s literally the only abilites I use
Honestly she's pretty decent, I don't think she's bottom 5. Her 1 is a huge damage amplifier and her passive is really strong. Her 4 is good crowd control tool with decent damage. The only "bad" part about Yareli is K-Drive controls suck ass. Unfortunately Zephyr basically has all of the elements of her kit but better.
Inaros rework totally fixed him. way better frame now. the sandstorm tornado is OP with the right setup and I have it where I can permanently keep it up.
9:07 I love the idea of spectral scream. I wish DE would up its numbers though. If it was a channel that had the range and damage of other abilities similar to it, it’d be great. Personally I’d switch Effigy and Scream, let effigy be the weaker skill, and scream a poweful channel like Wisp. Effigy could be better if it did more. Like this is the warframe equivalent of summoning a dragon. Maybe a Boost to numbers and an AoE Elemental ward for allies and damage for enemies could make it a great tool. Like Citrines Big rock does more elemental than both of these abilities. Kind of embarrassing for my baby boy.
Fixing Loki: 1) passive - Nearby enemies just have a chance to forget you exist. Every few seconds a random enemy in range has it's alert level lowered / reset to unaware. This enemy does not immediately regain alert unless they take damage 2)Decoy: Its invulnerable in it's default state - and lasts based on Duration. The Mod makes it Explode dealing Blast damage (least useful damage type) and blinding nearby enemies for (short duration) and you get a luring decoy that disables enemies. 3) Switch Teleport: Fine as it is. Maybe have it blind / radiation confuse in an AoE on arrival with a mod 4) Invisibility: Fine as it is. Doesn't even need a mod rework. Maybe a "regain (x) duration on stealth kill / finisher" mod. 5) Radial Disarm: I like it's modded form, especially since it scales so well with range and duration. I don't think every warframe's final ability needs to be a "push button kill everything" option, and a big CC ability is fun at the very least.

There's so much they can do with an Inaros rework. He can be a consumer or spell caster. He can get his passive to be as good as Nidus' passive since they're technically supposed to be the same.
They are no where near the same. Nidus gains stacks from his 1st ability. After so many stacks, he then gets a revival mechanic. Inaros has a last stand mechanic, which can then revive himsef.

Please don’t listen to him. These frames are actually insanely strong if played correctly. Even Banshee is good if played into her niche. Yes some need a good understanding of warframe but the risk is worth the reward. Chroma for instance is the best if not one of the best DPS tanks in the whole game and has been for years. He just needs a tad bit of setup and he’s completely immune to ALL damage. Loki is the ONLY frame that can abuse AI pathing in a way that COMPLETELY TURNS THEM OFF. Single handedly the BEST defense frame because decoy has higher agro than defense objectives. With safeguard switch augment his decoy is immune to ALL damage for up to 12 seconds which is INSANE. No setup needed just pop decoy then pop s3 and boom invincible decoy that turn AI off with good placement.

Inaros has:
1) Worse radial blind that requires line of sight as well as the enemy facing you at the time of casting, and for some reason has lifesteal on it despite having zero damage scaling whatsoever.
2) Single target lifesteal that locks you in an animation unable to do anything. This one actually does have scaling, it's just so low that it's barely worth mentioning.
3) Crowd control that throws enemies around making it harder for allies to shoot them, locks you in an animation unable to do anything, reduces your visibility, slows you down, does no meaningful damage, and is capped at 50% dr for no reason. Somehow they took Assimilate from Nyx and made it worse.
4) An armor buff that's capped at only ~200 extra armor. It also can be thrown out to heal you and nearby allies overtime, but does hardly any damage (a recurring theme in his kit), has very bad base spread range, and a very low heal over time if you don't hit a lot of enemies.

@@michalduchac4506 I don't believe the point here is whether Inaros' gimick works or not, but that there's many frames that can carry a gun and not die. Inaros is supposed to be a casting frame, but there's no reason to ever use his abilities.

As a yareli main I have a few things to point out:
1. sea snares and riptide are more than "decent" sea snares gives a ton of damage vulnerability to enemies caught in them and riptide is great at grouping enemies.
2. merulina takes 90% of damage for Yareli and can have its health refilled if using the "merulina guardian" augment which in my experience makes you practically immortal.
3. merulina is actually pretty fast and most of what you talked about it being slow or clunky is just a matter of you not driving it right.
4. auqablades has no reason to need to scale with range, considering that Yareli is mostly based on movement you will be constantly be running into enemies.
5. the real bread and butter of yarelli in my opinion is her passive of +200% crit chance to secondaries while moving, my secondaries to consistantly orange or red crit while having insane fire rate from merulina guardian
6. I will admit K-drives are a bit...𝒲𝒶𝒸𝓀𝓎 it can also be used in your favor to invalidate certain things like defixio debuffs in abyssal zone or netracell keyglyph debuffs.
TLDR: Yareli Is a great frame that can DOMINATE with a good crit secondary weapon while providing decent crowd control. merulina can be a bit glitchy at times but otherwise gives great survivability and utility
To be fair to inaros, they got his concept down perfectly.

In a horde shooter that kind of matters lol. Your sole objective is to kill as many enemies as possible as quickly as possible. If you can't do that, then what are you contributing to the team/mission? Healing someone? If you killed all the enemies with one button then no one will take damage in the first place so healing isn't worth the damage sacrifice. Blasting sand at people? Why do that when you can kill them? Do you see the problem now?

I still want Hydroids Puddle ability back. Latch it to his second ability. You tap 2 it's a wave, you hold 2 it's a puddle. Rework it somehow ofcourse.
The ability to dissolve into puddle of water and drag your enemies into the deep, to drown them is awesome and terrifying as a concept. The implementation was shite.

I just think that people aren't building Yareli properly. I literally do not die in Steel Path with her while red crit'ing with kitguns.
One solution for her is just like Titania gets smaller in her pixie form, also reduce Yareli's size while on the k-drive so she doesn't get stuck on everything and would help her manoeuvre on certain tiles. Also let her use abilities and primary while on the k-drive.

It's not that she isn't built right, her kit just kind of sucks... it fits thematically, but that's about it, it's not cohesive. If merulina had, let's say, better movement and granted a buff ( resist knockdown + increases skill range), that might have made a difference, but I agree with what KnightmareFrame said, she has knockbacks and a close ranged aoe skill with mediocre damage. She needs a lot of TLC to be good, though she's still better off than Loki or Inaros, as it's just "some" of her kit, and not the whole thing that sucks.
She's like a discount Gyre/ Zephyr hybrid with a mental disability. I don't like the frame visually (too many frills 'n shit), but her kit is sorely lacking, which is my main reason for disliking her.
To all Yareli lovers, you're entitled to your opinion, even if it's wrong. :P

How to fix Inaros:
First ability: Increase AoE and make it decrease enemy's armor and apply corrosive status
Second ability: Select an enemy and gain ability strength, armor, and extra health based on enemy level
Third Ability: Make him invulnerable, scale with how many corrosive effects are within enemies trapped in it and heal based on damage dealt
Fourth Ability: Gain damage reduction (not armor, limit 95%) and store 50% of damage received (scaling with ability strength) and be able to recast and deal AoE damage to enemies around you
Passive: When dying, enter a frenzy state (with scaling duration) in which you'll only be able to use your Melee, but every hit applies viral on enemies. When killing an enemy with both viral and corrosive status effects, revive with half your health
I like using Inaros, but I have to admit his abilities (except for his 4th which still isn't that good) are useless. He's just a tanky weapon stand that doesn't really have any synergy not even within his own kit. Yeah, his abilities are all based on sand, Caliban's abilities are all based on sentients, that doesn't make them synergize.
Valkyr being the first on the list breaks my heart. As a Valkyr main I have invested a lot of forma into her, to make her a tank without needing to use her 4. I even have a second Valkyr prime that I have made to just use her 4, ironically enough using your build to have basically infinite hysteria, the reason I don't really like those types of builds is because they aren't flexible, you have to use her 4 and nothing else.
I do agree she needs a big rework to make her good, because I remember loving playing with her when i got her in the past. when I was first starting out and still rather new to the game I remember seeing a vid on Valkyr and at that time I had her in my foundry and after I claimed it everything after that became a blur. Like I don't remember anything after and I just remember that I was getting more and more powerful faster.
Now I don't know if it was just me loving playing her, but it just kills me that she is basically not useful anymore. I mean DE even nerfed her 3rd that I used to use with her augment to pull enemies in close, but now because her 3rd has impact damage when you cast it a second time with the augment the enemies just go flying and that's why I had to use ensnare that I got from khora via helminth.
I really hope that DE reworks her soon and that Pablo manages a miracle with her rework because I now don't trust anyone but him to be able to help my main become great again.
honestly he is being little unfair to Valkyr she is not super amazing but her tool kit has a purpose and can be useful. like ripcord is fantastic for exactly what he dismissed it for getting you into position and since you can use while in zerking instead of dive rolling I will use 1 to more accurately move around and faster than I can with with the slide leap.
I haven't played her in years, because she just can't keep up with other frames. But somehow prime and original are both still in my top 10 most used frames. So I'm right there with you.

As a player since 2014 with 3000 hours, (70.2% of those hours been played as Valkyr); whatever she lacks, I make up for in skill, or compensate with weapons, equipment, focus schools etc.
I’ve seen so many changes to her and I honestly wish she would get a rework. She’s the only warframe that hasn’t been **fully** reworked; they just constantly make small tweaks to her 4 and other abilities, but overall they have remained the same since her release.
Given how ridiculous the powers some of these newer frames have, I believe it’s fair to make her current augments as part of her default abilities. (endless warcry, hysterical assault, paralysis, rip line augment.)
The only augment that shouldn’t be default is her enraged hysteria.
After making these augments apart of her default set-up, change the augments into something else useful.
Inaros mains: Inaros is so tanky, and can life steal to stay alive
Revenant: Tanky, can life steal and take shields, can make a puppet army in one button press. Inaros, but way better
I don't disagree and am an inaros main. My next two favorite frames are Ivara and revenant.
Inaros just has a different vibe to him. He's more hectic and on the move. More offensive in his play. You have to be with him else he flunders hard.
With revenant he plays can slower and does more control than tanking. Both are fun, but both also have their place.
Loki is indeed good at a few things: mining, fishing, hunting and being lazy
No. That's Ivaras playground. You want(ed) to use Loki if you need(ed) invisibility in fast paced missions with energy drain (capture, spy, rescue) or if you want(ed) to fast farm for relics in Hepit or Ukko.
Loki main since 2013 still waiting for them to give him much needed love.

Iranos is really a big life stone, that's all. Everything Valkyr does, other Frames do better. I've always dreamed of a rework in Valvyr, but it seems to be a frame that is invisible to DE's eyes. Loki was useful in the game's past, but as the operator gained new uses, Loki became obsolete. Loki is still useful for running drone escorts on the Plains of Eidolon. It's also worth remembering that after the eximus rework, a lot of things in Warframe are no longer useful. I'm surprised you didn't include Banshee on this list, after the nerfs she serves practically nothing in the game
Merulina isn’t slow. It just clips on objects. In raw speed you can dust almost anything that isn’t titania

Maybe they can give Inaros some form of health gating as a new passive. Every 25% of his HP, he gains immunity for a few seconds, kind of like conculysts. That works well with his ability to keep healing himself and other arcanes that can heal. They can maybe make the health gating time scale with how much health he has up to a capped amount of time so you get rewarded for building high amounts of health. His 1 can maybe stay the same. But his 2 should be changed to something completely new. Maybe he makes a wave of sand that comes back to him pulling enemies into melee range. His 3 could be this finisher ability that works with his 1 and 4. His 1 and 4 could leave a mark on targets that allows him to summon sand clones with his 3 that do finishers for him on marked enemies based on his equipped melee. This ability can cost a flat amount of health per target that is reduced by ability efficiency. His 4 can stay the same but maybe give damage vulnerability to enemies affected by it. It also shouldn't have to be channeled and should cost energy, not health. I feel like this would make Inaros a good health tank that prefers to use melee but also has the option to play and heal/tank from range.

Valkyre is good in the SP circuit as the decrees roll get bias for melee. She's invulnerable and her 1st can grab enemies throwing them off the isle, and at the same time you can use it to not fall down if you miscalculate a bullet jump.

I still remember when I got to Fortuna and I had some challenge "Kill X enemies while on a K-drive", so I proceeded to run down Corpus and slowly stomp them to death by jumping up and down on them😂
I had no clue you could use a secondary weapon, all I knew was that I couldn't shoot anyone when I got on and I had never seen anyone use a K-drive for anything besides movement or doing tricks to level.

I really do hope Valkyr gets a great rework. As it stands, she has 2 useless abilities, 1 good one and an Exalted weapon that needs an update.
Maybe they could integrate the Tennokai system into something thats unique for her since her Prime form is supposed to be a controlled rage (similar to modern-day Kratos), but we'll have to wait and see what dark magic Pablo works on her.

@michalduchac4506 no, that would probably go to Gauss or Kullervo. She's not even the best Exalted frame since Baruuk nullifies her existence via Serene Storm and its augment. I love her just as much as you seem to, but she's not the best at anything right now.
Idk, getting her talons to red crit is already possible, she may not need a rework, just needs the right build.
@xenogengas9693 red crits aren't everything. You need a good base kit to go with it, and as it stands, Valkyr only has 2 abilities that you'd want to use regularly.

I wanna object Yareli, cause of 200% crit chance passive, 90% dmg reduction while on merulina. 200% reload & fire rate augment. and more than 200% dmg vulnerability.(how can yareli be worst????) I manage to build the secondary Gatling that can do million dmg each bullet(I know y know which weapon), while surviving easily(not moving much, except violence). using merulina is indeed need player skill(which can handled with some training). for other I totally agree
This video is 7 months old. Loyal merulina turns her into better nezha. She is fine now. Only her 3rd skill is useless outside of low level missions. With some strength she spreads 300%+ dmg vuln everywhere while also having strong cc. Definitely not trash anymore.

It is honestly shocking to me at this point that Inaros hasn't been reworked
I feel like Valkyr has started to grow on me for 3 reasons. 1) Warcry doesn’t just boost attack speed, but also movement speed and armor rating, plus it’s not an aura ability, meaning if you just pop it once near teammates, they will get the boost even if they move out of range. 2) Paralysis allows for free finishers, plus it acts as a good stun in disruption missions. 3) Her ult makes her invisible until you select the ability again, which will only deduct the percentage of damage indicated by the icon. This is useful to readjust yourself as you heal, as well as useful for hacking or reviving teammates while under attack.
In essence, her abilities have far more utility than the descriptions lead on to be.
On a side note, I’ve tested her out in Archon hunts and she’s pretty solid. It’s a bit of a reckless play style where you can put yourself in harms way in order to assist your teammates in any position. Think of her less like tiger and more like a honey badger.

Fr, I don't know what this dude is talking about. I've played Valkyr before, and I feel she is a great frame. Yeah, her ripline ability is weird, but nothing beats going into open world mission and casting it as you look down on the enemy while aim gliding.

I honestly so suprised that Caliban wasn't on here. Caliban is that warframe that most people probably forgot, even though he was added in with the quest that was in the works for years, the New War. Caliban doesn't seem to focus on special role either. He doesn't CC, he doesn't do high enough damage to be a DPS, he can't be a tank, and he sucks at support. He just exists...hell, Yareli is more useful then him
Combat dis +nourish makes caliban pretty nuts, full shield armour strip his not bad at all

They’re really in touch the the community. They’ve changed other things like customization and game mechanics based on videos and feedback from players. Considering he’s one of the most prominent and popular creators it’s not unbelievable that the video got to the devs through one way or another. These ideas don’t only originate from the video of course, but considering how big it got it’s likely it had some weight in the changes.

I have almost 7k hours in Warframe, and 44% of that time is on Loki.
At one point i became so desperate to make him better i subsumed Thermal Sunder, and slapped an augment on it.... on top of building it for 240% strenght.
New Archon Shards provided enough damage bonuses to return to more classic builds through range and efficiency, but damn....
....Please, DE, do something about it. Loki desperately need a rework.

I had a brilliant idea for a chroma rework:
His 1 damage increase + ability to mod it/ innate faction damage. Unsure if augment change but literally anything would be better
His 2 combine the effects of elemental ward and vex armor, vex armor buffs are regardless of the element and the ward buffs stay based on element which you now change with elemental ward. Augment gets changed to add +35% damage taken to health is converted to energy.
His 3 dragons horde, the effigy flys off briefly collecting all elemental status in range, when it returns, after like a quarter second or maybe half, you get a bit of energy for every status and bonus energy for each unique, power afflicted status.
His 4 honestly effigy just needs its jank removed, energy lowered and damage increased. If Agatha can have invincibility while casting a 4 that deals 15,000 viral and has the potential to ignore armor then chrima’s dragon should be able to out damage a horse. However I know de and the community really aren’t fond of turrets, so instead he should be a reverse Titania and grow in size (necramech) and gain modded spectral scream as an archgun.
His passive, a weaker version of quick thinking.

I say it all the time. Allow Merulina to be toggleable. You gain 60% of the damage reduction benefits if you choose to not ride it and simply have it float around you the way Nova's Null stars do. SIMPLE and it works. So you give people who don't want to subsume abilities some basic functionality and utility. This not only allows you to retain some of damage reduction if you choose not to use it but ALSO allows you to use melees and your primary freely.
I'm a yareli enjoyer. I have 5 tau shards on her and lots of forma and am eagerly waiting for her prime fashion and tennogen potential. She deserves more love than the little love they show k-drives, which they decided to make in the first place.

Valkyr rework idea
Rip Line: must target a single enemy, however it'll chain nearby enemies to it and drag them in front of Valkyr. Enemy chain count is affected by strength and leaves enemies in a finisherable state.
Warcry: slow is now an active field not affected by Ability Range. Melee kills grant shields while Hysteria kills grant double the amount of shields.
Paralysis: no longer drains energy, instead draining shields only. Replaced knockback/ragdoll effect with armor stripping based on percentage of shield remaining. 100% shields strip 50% armor at base, and having 100% overshields strips 75% armor. Armor strip is affected by Ability Strength.
Hysteria: No longer invincible, instead granting armor based on kills that will drain over time slowly. Grants 50% damage reduction.
This makes Valkyr lean even more into melee centric gameplay while allowing her to have more modern means of survivability. I like the idea of having a Gloom-like ability on her because I recently played with a Garuda build centered on Gloom and it felt REALLY nice. Now this obviously doesn't have the health regen of Gloom but offers a shield regen instead. The Rip Line change came from Khora, but making it more consistent as it doesn't depend on the original target being alive. Paralysis came about because melee builds live or die by armor stripping. Sure you could just subsume Terrify then Rip Line them all but this incentives you keeping all of Valkyr's kit. I toyed around with the idea of having the shields on melee kill part of her passive but that would make Gloom even more OP on her, and it makes more Warframes wanting her subsume. Hysteria has the same philosophy as both the Nezha and Wukong change; trading brain-dead invincibility for a more modern survivability ability. You're already gonna get tons of shields and shield gating, there's no reason to keep the invincibility on top of that.

As a Valk main i really hope she sees a full rework some day like her 1 is almost tottal garbage if not for being a movment option (not a great one but its something), her 2 is okay but is kinda made irrelivant by an attack speed mod and any other frame can take her 2 and use it with a better kit, her 3 is a joke, and her 4 can do damage is you really like to slide attack. personally i want to see ripline reworked in someway as i do like the core idea but not implementation, maybe instead it pulls you to the enemy and gives a short buff like kullervo 1 does or something. her 2 just feels like it could be overhauled, its not bad exactly just not really amazing, her 3 needs replaced entirely, and her 4 could be fine with some different combos and some kind of unique mechanic to give range like other exalted waves or just iron staff having a long reach or make her hysterical assault augment a base thing like many augments should be (especially old ones)

Her 1 and 4 are situational and honestly questionable, but she's still more useful than any of these frames. She's viable even on level cap so she doesn't get the same talk. Literally solo-ed 80-90% of SP no sweat with Nyx (the rest was with Ivara). She could use a bit of rework but dude... Loki? Inaros? Valkyr? She's not "the real number one."

Anyway, she's supposed to be immune to status and damage while 'absorbing' but isn't completely--unlike other warframes with the same immunities. When subsuming status immunity abilities, they won't work along side her Absorb and this is intentional because it's supposed to provide status immunity already. As I said, it's bugged and I challenge you to discover the bug for yourself.

If they do rework these frames, I hope they use these existing abilities as basis for better abilities rather than completely eliminate their identity. Like, Inaros' theme is sand, mummies, and whatnot. I think the concepts for these frames should take priority over simply giving them some vanilla abilities that make them strong.
I honestly didn’t have an issue with Inaros, It was actually pretty helpful in a few defense missions I did with some buddies cause we were being swarmed my enemies. So being able to become a sandstorm and gather all of the enemies and move them to a singular area where I can smite them all with one swipe of my sword came in handy. Definitely saved time and helped get through the mission faster.
Loki also just seems more like a Stealth-Frame than a Warframe than anything. But useful nonetheless.

Loyal allows full loadout with 2 second damage augment in your general vicinity? Yareli is low key great now that people have so many options to build with or around her unique kit.

After putting 1,113 hours 47 real life days. And taking a four year break and coming back now. I can say that there is no trash warframe. You just need to play them correctly at appropriate times. That’s including TEAM synergy. Remember warframe is a team game. You can do all that damage and shit but just end up looking like a try hard carry the whole time.

Nah he just doesn't use him right Loki can stay permanent invisible if you get the right mods and can disarm enemies in an instant. This youtuber is a veteran of the game so I'll say this as one do not take our advice at all unless we are talking from a prespective of we have your mr and state he has a lot of stuff from Plat alone so yeah he's not the best advice for free to play look up Loki builds for this year and were to find the stuff and take your time cause that is what the games about time and fun he just probably able to access everything since he has a lot of money trust me money changes your view on warframe.
as a VALKYR player (34% in profile stat over 3k h) i'll say something before even starting watching it, THANK YOU finally someone recognises something I've been talking for years but always hear "she has her 4 she's fine" I'm so tired of that she has clear issues if I can press her 4 and forget about every over ability or just subsume gloom and forget about everyother ability, her oly usefull ability to me is her 1 something with wich a lot of people will disagree but it is the only thing that keeps me to her, in a world where you cant switch to your operator over when there is nothing under you and it will count as your warframe falling into the void her 1 is the only usefull mobility ability to me and her only ability I use in her kit at this point and it's just sad to me, I love her too much and it's the time for her to get some love
I agree with everything you say I used Valkyr for a lot of time and a QoL for her 4 is required (When swapping to the melee if you swapped off it should instantly apply the invulnerability rather having to go through the ready animation) but her kit needs adjusting her 1 is just well needs gone. I often forget what her 3 does and just swap it for silence.

@darksteelmenace595 maybe not bad at modding. Many frames abilities just aren't as clear cut as they seem without really diving into them, and I have the advantage of having done that with just about every frame.
Dante certainly fits the bills pretty easily.
Revenant also if you mod for high enough strength. His leave can one shot literally any enemy in the game after you use his 1 on them.
Vorunas 4 isn't given enough credit, even though building toward it isn't her best build.
Those are just 3 off the top of my head that you don't need weapons for.
@@ryangerfen7489 Can't speak for Revenant, but Voruna and Dante definatly can't match Valkyrs damage, she goes through level 200+ enemies like butter, Dante needs to cast a lot to kill enemies at that point and Voruna does way less there.
I also don't think they can match her survivability. Dantes overshield is great, but certain enemies can shred even through 40k-80k overshields while only few enemies can do sth about Valkyr at all
I don't intend for this to be mean, but I know some people will take it that way and hopefully you aren't one of them. If you're having trouble surviving or doing damage with Voruna or dante against level 200s it's a problem with your mod mod setup or a skill issue. I've taken them both way higher than that.

You get an arch wing way, way before you're able to get a k drive. New players can't even access Fortuna until after they finish Cetus and their first arch-wing mission

Surprised to not see Oberon on this list. Truely think he’s worse then valk at the very least because at least she has her fourth. Oberon is actually terrible.
His passive is cool. His first literally does nothing except for a very few niche uses as a helminth with the augment but not on Oberon. His seconds only advantage is the status cleansing but there are so many ways to do that. His third is healing. Again so many ways to do that. The armour buff from it is also trash compared to other armour buffs and it’s also just armour which its self is pretty bad. Even the health gate augment is bad worse then pretty much ever other health gate in the game. And the only thing his fourth does is armour strip but only if they are on his second making it inconsistent and again there are soooo many better armour strips.
Only thing he’s got going for himself is cc from radiation but also nyx, a companion with manifold bond and rad or just an aoe primer modded for radiation. To add insult to injury now we are getting a new radiation frame with the next update making Oberon even worse.

I haven’t checked his augments in a while, but as far as I remember, his rework makes it so he can heal allies, but it’s still not fluid enough to heal off the bat.
With that being said, I would love to play with a Inaros fanatic that has mastered him and all of his flaws. Bonus points if you can write a detailed essay of all of his uses.
It’s funny how history repeats itself, literally a couple years ago, a UA-camr talked about how shit Nezha was at the time and a lot of people got mad at him but in the next patch he got buffed. All I’m saying is he’s not trying to hurt your feelings, he’s just pointing out some inconsistencies these frames have.

After loyal merulina came out saying yareli is one of the worst frames is just wrong. Merulina gives her great survivability while also giving her solid cc, aqua blades is very nice passive damage to just have going as ultimately Yareli is a gun focused frame, having good cc and survivability while giving amazing pistol buffs. You arent playing her for her ability damage lol.
@GloriaMisztal just with the current meta there are so many solid side arm options that yareli severely buffs. And yeah cold damage used to suck, but now it's amazing for cc. Her armor bubbles make her hit so hard. I have a fairly okay build on her and I pretty regularly crit for 1.5 mill. On top of her great survivability.
i agree, i use dual toxocysts incarnon and shreds lvl 300 sp missions easily while almost invicible by loyal merulina

As a Yareli main, I know she may not be the best... but please don't change her 😭. I really enjoy her as is. For merulina I use it for tanking and not for speed... so cruising and shredding with secondaries is fun to me. I know no one will read this and my opinion doesn't matter 😅... but last time D.E. changed my favorite frame to "make them better", I never played that frame ever again lol

ive been playing her lately and i like her but shes sooooo buggy her frames dont work half the time like u get on her board and she just like in a stuck animation but can still use abilitys only way to fix it is to get on n off her board tho i feel damage wise she really weak

With the right build every Warframe is great. Except limbo when high level eximus comes your f*cked.
Playing with LImbo in normal starchart and so dominant... until an eximus or nullifier shows up. The nullifier straight bricks limbo, especially if you don't know excatly where he is.

It feels weird I was building a Yareli while watching this vid. I really like her and I hope she gets some improvements. As far as I can tell, the idea of her gameplay style is that you use your Sea Snare and Riptide to control enemies and centralize them, then ride around them on Merulina with your Aquablades up to cut them up while also using her passive secondary crit buff to hit them with whatever.
I don't think it's a bad idea but it does need work and I hope they can do it!
Regarding the K-Drive part, it boosts her health pool a lot so she can tank hits while zipping around. It takes practice with a K Drive to be anywhere as good as bullet jumping, especially indoors, but if you don't use the boost it's much more managable indoors. Still could be a lot better.
I think the biggest missed opportunity for Yareli is that Merulina can't use K-Drive mods. There's a bunch of mods that do damage or other things, and not just help you do tricks. You can also do damage by using the control key then hold control key to drop your K-Drive on an enemy and crush them, and do a little AoE, but it's harder to do than a Melee Slam and I think it's less effective?
Oh and one other thing you can do with a K-Drive mod is dismount and have it keep going and smack an enemy and that's just fun and I want Yareli to have that option. My ideal would be her jumping on and off a lot, because you want to also use your Primary and Melee, but still have Merulina be useful and fun.

I play yareli a decent bit and idk what they were thinking with aquablades but i dont use them at all. Try using aegrit on her it feels pretty good if you can keep her passive active ( also red archon shards help a lot ;) ), merulina that you can heal with your 1 that lets you also deal more damage is quite tanky too ( i just can't say how much cause i never went above lv 300 but i had no trouble against these).
Akarius is also viable (very low crit chance but hella fun).
That chroma eidolon comment felt personal. But I got my harrow for that now
Yareli was never a BAD warframe. Damage Amp on 1, ON COMMAND ROLLING GUARD on 2, SLASH AOE "scales and kills lvl 215 heavy easily with good str, and a grouping tool on her 4? Eat your own hat KF, the k-drive isnt a negative in the new tilesets. This was even before her rework and augments, all of which are both niche and useful.
This is coming from someone who did the yareli quest on launch, got her, and immediately dumped her into helmith only to pick her up again years later due to picking her in duviri and loving it. Loyal and Guardian both have interesting builds and the LOYAL augment already has people who've hit 9999 without any problems. Theres a reason why I've never subscribed to you, bad takes waaaay to often.

*What I want*
Overhaul his armor stacking fantasy. Have his armor stacking potential reach heights even greater than current; letting the "Mountain" truly be sturdy AND DURABLE.
Have his rock armor value augment Wall, Petrify, Golems and his Passive.
1) Increase the cap of his Rock Armor to 3k.
2) Remove ability 1 invulnerability
3) Increase his Punch combo multiplier cap to 6x but have it stack in increments of 1
4) Rock Armor value directly buffs most of his abilities.
5) All ability kills drop rocks, but the value is lesser than if he killed petrified enemies.
6) Add a new Augment Mod that increases ability efficiency based on his current Rock Armor stacks. Subsequently remove the 0 cost stipulation from his Punch Augment Mod.
7) Make his Wall dmg and size scale on his current Rock Armor value
8) Petrify FoV and range should scale with current Rock Armor value
9) Golems get a duration increase based on current Rock Armor value when summoned
10) Give rocks that drop a unique icon on the map or UI.
11) Add to the passive. When at 3k rock armor value. Excess can be collected to gain Overguard with a 1:1 ratio up to a cap of 50

As a yareli Main, i am no longer in denial that she kinda sucks. A lot. But it is fun wiping out tons of enemies using aqua blades on the k drive and that’s literally the only abilites I use
Honestly she's pretty decent, I don't think she's bottom 5. Her 1 is a huge damage amplifier and her passive is really strong. Her 4 is good crowd control tool with decent damage. The only "bad" part about Yareli is K-Drive controls suck ass. Unfortunately Zephyr basically has all of the elements of her kit but better.

Inaros rework totally fixed him. way better frame now. the sandstorm tornado is OP with the right setup and I have it where I can permanently keep it up.
9:07 I love the idea of spectral scream. I wish DE would up its numbers though. If it was a channel that had the range and damage of other abilities similar to it, it’d be great.
Personally I’d switch Effigy and Scream, let effigy be the weaker skill, and scream a poweful channel like Wisp.
Effigy could be better if it did more. Like this is the warframe equivalent of summoning a dragon. Maybe a Boost to numbers and an AoE Elemental ward for allies and damage for enemies could make it a great tool. Like Citrines Big rock does more elemental than both of these abilities. Kind of embarrassing for my baby boy.
Fixing Loki:
1) passive - Nearby enemies just have a chance to forget you exist. Every few seconds a random enemy in range has it's alert level lowered / reset to unaware. This enemy does not immediately regain alert unless they take damage
2)Decoy: Its invulnerable in it's default state - and lasts based on Duration. The Mod makes it Explode dealing Blast damage (least useful damage type) and blinding nearby enemies for (short duration) and you get a luring decoy that disables enemies.
3) Switch Teleport: Fine as it is. Maybe have it blind / radiation confuse in an AoE on arrival with a mod
4) Invisibility: Fine as it is. Doesn't even need a mod rework. Maybe a "regain (x) duration on stealth kill / finisher" mod.
5) Radial Disarm: I like it's modded form, especially since it scales so well with range and duration. I don't think every warframe's final ability needs to be a "push button kill everything" option, and a big CC ability is fun at the very least.
