    When apprenticeships were ended and state indoctrination schools forced on us , it broke even further the chain of functional knowledge , wisdom and discernment. Men teaching boys to be men, I was fortunate enough to have that at a young age.

      Yep, same thing happened to the boyscouts and girlscouts. A great deal was lost by forcing them into each other, way more than will be gained because they have to tiptoe around the weaker minded members now instead of teaching boys to be men.

      @GizzyDillespee Рік тому +7

      Yeah, the way it used to work, the leaders started out as followers of THEIR elders, and of tradition, and concern for other people's well-being. Now they tend to follow their own thoughts and desires, greed and so on. They justify, "I'm doing it for my family." But if it's something wrong, that's an excuse, not a real justification. Mainly, the leaders, in prosperous times, are supposed to show people the right ways of living... SHOW, not tell. That means they have to live a moral life🤣, so... we got false leadership. It's kinda what we deserve, because we mostly need to look in the mirror first, myself included, before we worry about leading other people.

    • @GizzyDillespee
      @GizzyDillespee Рік тому +6

      This guy here, Wally, seems like he says the right things. I don't know what's in his heart. I know nobody's perfect, even the purest people I've met, and then they'd fart, and it was all over. So, you're not required to be perfect, in order to be a leader, either.

    "Everyone can be a great leader, but they have to be taught." Well, he just hit the nail right on the head right there. Our current leaders were taught by very corrupt people when they where in school, and that is why they don't have strong values, and why they make such terrible leaders.

      It will be interesting to watch who groups of people will gravitate towards as America falls.

      this is a big subject. i feel like we elect ppl who are likeable but that doesnt make them leaders necessarily.
      they seem to have gone to ok schools so im not sure about that part.
      u need a certain grit and perseverance the democrats seem to lack and the other side is often just evil.
      third parties like dsa and greens seem better.

    • @unconsciouscreator3012
      @unconsciouscreator3012 Рік тому

      @@polsyg6581 I think the schools lend to educated feeling like they can provide a narrative for the unschooled since the unschooled wouldn't understand the "real story" and "bigger picture" anyhow.
      The result has been evil, I think everyday people need to hear the facts straight up.
      I think the C19 was a good example of this. Anyhow...
      who cares about your pierce of paper and who gave it to you?
      The Greens seem bad at what I've described above, and elitist to me. I think they will only result in a culling of the lower classes through starvation and lack of necessities.

    • @sailorbychoice1
      @sailorbychoice1 Рік тому

      @@polsyg6581 Schooling is important. but schools do not make people smart, however, they aren't the only places people learn.
      Most people graduating today with very expensive four year degrees from most schools will find them damned near useless, most have been indoctrinated with nonsense rather than learning how to learn, except those in STEM fields.
      I am an autodidact.
      I did not do well in school as I had a learning disability as a child.
      After escaping high school I was lucky enough to have had people who would teach me what I needed to know if/when I asked for help.
      I spent most of my time in my twenties reteaching myself how to read effectively, write somewhat intelligibly, read, understand and balance a set of books ($); reteaching myself what I had failed to learn in 1-12th grades.
      By the time I was 30 I was correcting the work of the college graduates who I hired to work for me.
      I think Mr Brown was talking about people needing to learn from their experiences, and from the people around them~ like learning from both parents what the role of a man is, what a woman needs to know. There are many things a father can teach a daughter that a mother can not, there are things a mother can teach her sons, but with the break down of the family unit these things are lost.

    As you said, Mr. Brown, a nat'áanii, a leader, PLANS for his or her people. He does not plan to agrandize himself over his people or how to get rich off them. He sacrifices himself for their well-being and happiness. Where have all the leaders gone? Too many have gone to look out for their own interests and have abandoned their people to the storm, to hunger, to the coyote, or to the pinkeye.

    Thank you Wally! I've always thought that great leadership is something that is learned, rather than anything else. My family is diverse and not din`e. (Sorry, my keyboard sucks.) But we all grew up with our Grandparents and Great-Aunties and Uncles guiding us. We learned it well, but when Grandma had issues that sent her to the hospital, I spoke out with absolute authority and the family got to her and we had a plan in place within seconds that worked out for our Grandparents. Everyone was shocked later, because they didn't question and acted by my direction. I'm the quiet one in my family. I pay attention and learn, while others do whatever. I was glad that I could step up when it counted. My nieces and nephews have since spent much time with me... Yet, I still have so much to learn.

    I am a LEADER. And I am trying to LEAD. A GREAT LEADER is NOT one that drags people into war as their ONLY MEANS as a way of resolving conflict. But instead, plan ahead to stop the angers that spawn from the hurts that are inflicted upon others... that their response must turn into the survival response of anger and even war.
    I love you teachings sir. My the God that you believe in bless you... as I know that your God is probably my God - and though only known by another 'name'. And as long as our 'WAY' is the same... to love our God and to Love each other - then I think it best to let our Gods fight over those differences that we percieve there to be - because it may be that those differences are the opinion of man, and these conflicts are of man. Or they they are of Goda we should NOT follow. May peace find us all my brother. Shalom.

    Thank you from my Soul. This wisdom shines light on our pathway and gives us hope for positive change. We can become the change we want to experience. We can become the leaders the people need us to be. We will find Union in the inner knowing that what is good for our leaders will also be good for the people. This is why leaders exemplify how to be. To show the people proof in the flesh and the Spirit that GOD is real. Our ancestral connections are real. The unseen manifest into reality is real. Faith is real. Salvation is real. Healing is real. I’m grateful for this opportunity. Thank you for sharing your peoples wisdom. You are kind and generous.

    Something I wanted to mention is it seems in the world as a whole, the ones who seem to be the most successful tend to go for the Machiavellian approach despite how it isn't the most moral approach.
