Yes, she love making keang phed gai with pumpkin and tons of basil, or her Stir-fried thai eggplants, long beans and basil in red curry then pour over fried tilapia. 😢 😢

To prevent the cut sides of the eggplant from turning brown
Slice an eggplant and leave it out for 10 minutes then see what happens to it.
