      The audio is coming from samples, triggered by midi... But yeah, it's awesome.

    After getting into more of this actual style I’ve learned the stock ableton aren’t top tier, but they work pretty well to learn how these sounds work together. If you compare this to spitfire or other stuff it’s night and day.

    Is there a possibility of giving this as a demo project? This ll help a lot in seeing a breakdown. I can assure that there ll not be a commercial usage. As an ableton enthusiast and beginner, seeing this first hand will teach a lot.

    Lovely!
    I purchased FL Studio a while ago, as they had a lot more instruments / presets. But I must admit, I have not been using it a lot. I find Ableton's way of assigning an Instrument to a track much more intuitive. In FL-Studio an Instrument is bound to a pattern, which I find rather confusing :)

    Thanks a lot for your video and tips, Zac! It really helped me improving the sound of my composition using this pack. One question that I wanted to ask you is, if the String Ensembles are playing the same notes, why using two tracks (Pans: 50L and 50R) instead of using one single track with Pan in 0?

    Did you produce that orchestral track with standard Ableton Live, Suite or an additional library? I am debating which Ableton Live package to buy based upon the orchestral implements included. Great track and good luck in the future!

    • @nathans.8063
      @nathans.8063 5 років тому +2

      Rob Butler these orchestral packs come with ableton live suite. Don’t buy the packs seperate because you’ll be spending much more than if you were to buy suite with the one time price!! Aside from that, suite just comes with a ton of other things that you won’t be disappointed with! save longer and go for suite, I cant stress it enough!! Or go for standard now to get a feel, then upgrade to suite later on. That’s another thing a lot of people do.

    What’s the name of this string pack?

  • @davidmeissner5010
    @davidmeissner5010 3 роки тому

    Question
    The package that you are talking about downloading for free, is that something that includes those string sounds or is it just for adjusting the attack/release while using stock ableton sounds?
    Also, are you using Ableton Suite or Standard?
    Very good smooth transitions between notes.
    Any response is appreciated. Thanks.

    • @January1487

      That is a pack that comes with Ableton Suite, it can also be purchased on its own for 159. And it looks like those parameters for attack and release comes with the pack along with the string sounds.
