for simple butter with an average texture I'd do 3 parts shea butter to 2 parts carrier oil. However this can changed based on the type of texture you're going for.

I use colloidal oatmeal to the butter for it's moisturizing and soothing properties. especially for dry or irritated skin. 💛💚
