*not feeling 100% today but figured that movement might help. this was absolutely amazing. i’m eating more food than i ever have and am still not gaining any weight/fat which is amazing and showed how my metabolism has gotta be stoked! i’m eating about 2600-2800 calories a day. 606 active calories burned and 747 total calories burned and counting! you are an angel michelle. also love the extended stretches .*
Fantastic! More women need to know that 1,200 calories isn’t enough for one’s body when your active. Thank you for sharing ❤️❤️. So much fear to eat more. I eat over 2,200 calories a day, consume over 120 grams of protein daily. Keeps the fire 🔥 burning!
Needed to add to this as well So many years yo yo dieting eating 1200 calories a day miserable and hungry Now with weight training I eat more food never hungry and weight stability 😊 Thankyou Michelle😊
I listened to a podcast about HIIT and one of the benefits is weight loss. 3 minutes of hard work then 1.5 min rest. I look forward to your HIIT workouts and I hope you continue with the AMRAP. Thank you!

I live in Sicily and gyms don’t have air con so all of the courses are cancelled for the summer. The instructors go to ritzy resorts and make much better money as well. Classes finally start-up again tomorrow. You kept me sane & fit through the summer 🤗 💪🏻 Many thanks!!
Michelle!! This was tough but I thoroughly enjoyed minute. I'm on my monthly cycle which sometimes makes my workouts feel abit tougher.... I absolutely loved this workout like all others 🎉definitely coming back to master it ❤ whoop whoop , We love MB and crew 💪🏻🙌🏻
This workout was awesome. Used 20’s on the second round of the lunge back press and was a little nervous but I went slow. Loved the combos and the everything. AMRap was great too! I went heavy where I could even used 25’s on chest press and 30’s on squats and stuff . Thanks

First time for me to use 10 pound weights for overhead extensions. Seeing definite improvement! Thank you, Michelle, for helping me to stay on track! Btw, I love the many stretches! I’m a lazy one when it comes to stretching, but if it’s included, I always do it!
