It’s look amazing.
It looks amazing. Wonder how is the frequency response.
Did it with YaY ??!! I thought u said you never gonna work with him ever again on Scheps Pure Mix interview ?? !! Awesome headphones Manny Congrats Legend
I got only love for Manny, love his work!! Specially on „Yeezus“.
Yeezus is Kanyes Masterpiece
I just picked up the AUDEZE LCDX 2021 …if your going to buy one ..get into EQ ( software based or IRL like the Lokius ) ..an amazing but flawed headphone.
He’s the best
So Manny comes out with a true music production headphone collaboration before Dr. Dre?
So he didn't actually specify what's different except the weight from the LCD X but be says it's more like the LCD 5 in terms of sound so I hope they didn't kill the great LCD X bass performance
You wouldn't want pronounced bass when mixing or for studio work in general.
Curious if it’s better then clear mg pro
I have both, and they are in the same ballpark.
Bruh, dude just said the LCD 5 is a heavy headphone…
7:00 mmm… but the LCD-5 is lighter than the MM500 😅 what are you talking about? I hope he confused it with the LCD-X but then kept on pushing the comparison with the 5. It’s a bit confusing.
They can't be to great of headphone, the Audeze MX4, Lcd 5, and CRBN still exist as a true reference that will give you a better mix. You get what you pay for right? So that tells me these were created as a mid tier headphone at best. Marketing gimmicks. Either you get a $300 headphone or top of the line $3000, something like the Hifiman He1000se, no in between. Hes a mix engineer. I bet the mastering engineer does not use these...
@@FierceLeo. Good point! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree.
LCD-5 is heavy..? LOL
It was wise not to go with the LCD 5 pads. However, y would ppl choose this over the X?!? Unless it has more bass than the X? 🤷🏾♂️
I guess mainly it is lighter
From everything I have read, these are even more tonally flat than the X, on another tier for detail retrieval and rather markedly lighter. As an owner of a 2021 X A/B versus my buddies LCD 2Cs the weight difference is very noticeable, and these appear to be about once again that much lighter. Weight of the X doesn't bother me at all, but depending on reviews if the soundstage is a bit more open and layering is markedly better I may consider these as a compliment to my X.
@@BenSkywalker70 - I have the 2021 X as well and this seems interesting (base on ur take) 🤔
@@BenSkywalker70 I would imagine the soundstage is equal to or even less than the X, as professional studio mixing headphones tend to go for a realistic stereo width. Headphones such as the arya or hd-800 have an exaggerated soundstage by comparison with regards to getting accurate stereo imaging correct. Just speculation. I cant wait to hear them myself!
@@na-dj6ob The X are far, far closer to the 600s than the 800s or the Aryas, the LCD 2Cs are *significantly* wider than the X. The implication that the ideal sound is that of a miniscule cardboard box makes no sense to me and does not correlate to any commentary I have seen from any artists or mixers.
Dude mixed a whole song with 10db extra upper mids using the lcd x 🤣
The X s have a 10db bump on the mids?
This was all not well-articulated. I mix on LCD-1's and Master on LCD-X's (would mix on the X's if it didn't feel like my head was falling off after a session). I could literally buy both the LCD-1's and the LCD-X's again for cheaper than these MM-500's, so please tell me there's more to it than just the weight. If they are cheap LCD-5's then fair game I suppose though 🤷♂
Bruh… show graph.
audeze nuts lmao
This sales pitch is painful..

I have dt 1990 and its not easy lol @@FierceLeo.
Whatever he said in this interview is to be disregarded Lmao 🤣
There is always something so irritating about getting praised as the greatest or the biggest and accepting the compliment as though it’s fully deserved.
You know, my dad was a top surgeon in one of the largest hospitals in the country and for twenty years has been educating and mentoring young surgeons. He turned down the position in the Ministry of health because he believed he still had something to learn and that passing down knowledge was more important. I don’t remember a single instance of him accepting the honours, even when they were clearly deserved. He would insist the credit doesn’t go to him alone, but a larger group of physicians, nurses and even the personnel who took care of the sensitive medical equipment.
So, being the “greatest name on the planet” is hardly an appropriate appraisal for almost anyone. The truly great people know this. Or as a friend who does comedy and satire for a living once said, if he was THAT good, he’d be in the Time magazine!
