I have said it before and i will say it again....Cambriea, you're a rock star! You just seem to EFFORTLESSLY make homemade meals , nurse baby girl and do ALL THE THINGS! "Oh, I am just gonna STRIP these towels today." You're an amazing mama, Girl! I admire you so, so much! (and I am a grandma BTW)
Absolutely. Right now nothing going on here just preparing for it. We are not in a flood zone or evacuation zone so just preparing for possible power outages
I have for kiddos 17, 15, 4, and 9 months, so my hands are pretty full with the two Littles. I'm probably considered a strict parent because I expect my two oldest to not only pick up their room but also do a good deep clean once a month. They are responsible for all their laundry and bedding. I honestly admire how you are able to do all that you do. I'm glad so see yall are safe!
Hi Cambriea 😊. I had my 5 children within 7 years. Two older boys share a room and 2 younger boys share a room and my daughter has her own room. I do a “Mama Clean” quarterly in the boys rooms and rarely in my daughter’s room because she’s a little OCD like me and keeps her room nearly perfect. All 5 of them make their beds before school each day. They are all assigned different chores year round that I rotate. I started them early with our routine and our home runs pretty smoothly. We all hang out after school when having a snack and share about the school day. Then a study hour when the house is very quiet followed by playtime, video games, shooting hoops outside. They know when to do their chores and fit it all in between sports practices, dance lessons, and scouts. I never do the dishes after our evening meal because my rotating kitchen team of two of my kiddos cleans up the kitchen. I’m pleased to say they do a very good job. The only thing I’m really fussy about is the laundry so I do that myself…lol. I have friends with just 2 or 3 kiddos and their house is a disaster…no routine or structure. The children haven’t been taught to do anything…including clean up their rooms. Very sad 😢
Oh Cambriea , i have a kid with really bad excema too. We have found that ubv treatment at tanning salons 3-4 × a week for 20 minutes has helped tremendously. Make sure the tanning salon has red light therapy. He stopped drinking cow's milk, and it changed everything. He still has a little bit cause he refuses to stop scratching.🙄
Hey Cambriea, I have 6 kids total. 3 stepchildren and 3 that are my own. The ages range from 21 to 4 months old. When my 3 older ones were growing up, it was expected of them to keep their rooms clean, but I would say to them at least once a month I was coming in to help clean their rooms. I would give them a weeks notice to put away their important stuff. Now my 3 older ones were teenagers, so I respected their stuff, but they were also teenagers, so they never dusted, cleaned the windows, folded the clothes properly, cleaned under their beds, they had dirty dishes, didnt change their sheets, etc. So yes, they cleaned their room, but I just went in and did a mom clean once a month. There is nothing wrong with mom's/dad's going in once in a while to make sure things get a good deep clean.
I found staying away from onions and dairy while breast feeding my five kids really helped with gas, which was hard because we eat those every day. Only had to do that until they started in solid food.
Cambriea - You ARE the Consistency Queen!! That's one of the things I love about you & your channel! We can always count on you showing up every week - even when you just gave birth & as you like to say "let's face it" that was not an easy birth!! You always have it covered. You motivate me to try even when I'm feeling really down & don't have energy - watching you do your thing - even though I've seen you do the thing/s lots of times - it's still satisfying & gives me a sense of calm! So, thank you!! 🌴🍁🍂🍃
Thanks for the vibes. We are in North Port and expect to be hit quite hard from Milton. We lost a lot of things in Ian. Now we have Milton. I am over hurricanes. I vote for none going forward! 😅😅😅 Love your videos - very inspiring!!
Soup looked so good Cambriea😊👍. I always gave my kids rooms a mummy clean when they were little, just to make sure they were properly done. Pray to God Hurricane Milton doesn't do too much damage and that everyone stays safe ❤xx
When my girls were little they were responsible for picking up their messes (tidying). I did the cleaning till they got to middle school then I only made sure their bed linens were cleaned till they moved out.
When my boys were small (they are 35, 28 and 18...... I live with the 35 and 18 year olds) But when they were small, they kept their rooms picked up, but I always went in an did the Momma clean. I still do the laundry, the kitchen work and the cooking. I realize you share your family life, but I dont think anyone should worry about what your kiddos do. They seem like responsible and respectable kids. Well done Mom and Dad!
💙💙💙I'm glad your more inland I wonder about you and the family. I was so glad to see a video. Soup look sooooo good. Please stay safe prayers to you and your family.💙💙💙
My boys are 19, 11, 9, and 7. They were responsible for cleaning their rooms (Liam's starting to make his bed. Before, just pick up toys and garbage, put dirty clothes in hamper), but I ALWAYS go through and do the mommy cleaning at least once a month, sometimes twice depending.
A relative once told me when i was visiting, and she was holding my 8 week old son, that onesies are pyjamas, and that they need to wear clothes, that i was essentially taking him out in public in pyjamas 🙄 My son used to spew up alllll the time he lived in onesies for the first few months!
My kids are both adults, but when they were young kids, I did the "Mom" clean whenever I saw things getting out of hand 😂 When my daughter got a little older, she kept her room clean and all straightened up and bed made. She helped me with other housework too. My son was the opposite, I had to help him a lot with cleaning and organizing. 🍂🍁
Always love watching your videos. The loaded baked potato soup and the bread look so delicious! I am keeping all of Florida in my prayers. Please take care and stay safe. 🍁🧡
Just wondering if you have ever used gripe water for baby fussiness? Athena my be experiencing some gas from foods you eat. I went through that with my kids.
ive struggled with eczema my whole life! right now with no sun, no salty ocean water etc. im breaking out realy badly. thankfully soon i will start light therapy and until then im using hydrocortison
Praying for all those in the path of Milton. Also hope Bjorn starts to get relief from his eczema and Athena has less digestive discomfort. You made me so hungry again with your potato soup and bread recipes! ❤️🍲🍞
Hi Cambria I am praying for the people in Florida. The baked potato soup and bread look delicious. Thank you for the cleaning hack with the towels. Thank you for sharing. Love Yall ❤❤
Hi Cambriea, I love watching you clean! I always look for new videos ! I know you guys will be fine! God has not stop watching over your family! God bless to flordia be safe!!!
You are right Cambrea...you can use a top loader to strip clean your towels, sheets, clothes, ect and it is incredibly easy. If you have a sink in your laundry room it is helpful to run the water until it is hot before turning on the washer, you can then pause or manually stop the washer once it is full and has churned a little bit. Come back every hour or so, turn it back on to churn for a minute and pause or stop the cycle. Once the water has started to cool just turn the machine on again to finish the washing cycle. Other than the amount of water my washer uses I do like my top loader more than my old front loader as I find the clothes spin dry so much more and it makes the drying time so much faster.
I hope Bjorn's eczema starts to improve soon. I'm with you when it comes to the children's bedrooms, yes they knew they had to tidy up and all the thing's but I'd do the mummy bit. Let's face it, no-one clean the same way. It helps them and saves our sanity knowing when we've done it, it's done properly. It was so lovely hearing Freya trying to comfort Athena. I hope everything calms down for her quickly. I pray the storm dies down before hitting land. Stay safe, love to you all 💞
Thats my fav type of soup!!! Super fall vibes, even though its going to be 80 here in WI for our trunk or treat which is wild but i will take it where i can!

I love you and your family and I am happy about the birth of your new baby. I continue to watch your channels plus you bring me happiness and some motivation in my life.
