Hi i accidently broke one of the bolts on the stock catted exhaust. Do you have any videos or advice on how to replace a broke bolt on it? It looks like it'd come out but i'm not certain how.
Sounds good! Which down pipe did you actually go with? I'm thinking about picking one up in the off season, rallycross allows me to run the a different downpipe as well.
I also run my Fiesta in SCCA Autocross. Debating getting this Vs. a cobb or mishimoto DP. Did you have to deal with a CEL, and are you still running this DP?
This video has been uploaded for awhile but I bet by now that downpipe has cracked. Probably by the turbo flange and it's because of that "great" flex section. The stock flex section is the best you can get. The one on the depo is cheap junk. It does NOT flex at all. Think about the name. Flex pipe. Its meant to flex. If it doesnt then things crack. Just fyi to everyone watching and thinking about it. Check Whooshmotorsports and look at the 3.5in Race catless downpipe made in the UK called Peron. It uses the same flex pipe Ford does.
Gonna do 100 cell for secondary cat, I already have 200 cell for the downpipe slooking to add a little more sound, better flow & hp

Is that a 3 inch downpipe and is your catback OEM ?
Alot of white smoke there mate. Was it cold temp wise? Could be condensation?
