That beef noodles soup looks absolutely delicious. I love to eat mine with chopped chilli padi and fish sauce and a squeeze of limau kestauri. Back in the old days I use to climb bua lon lon tree and pluck them. Dipped in soya sauce it's a treat. The only substitute for bua lon lon in Ireland is either gooseberries or granny smith apples. Thanks for your video. Selamat Makan.
@@Piggypuggy Bua lon lon tree looks like rambutan tree. The biological name for bua lon lon is Ambarella fruits. I went to willow avenue sec sch, it grew wild around there and it's free for anyone who will risk their arm and limbs to enjoy the pleasure of mother nature.
Such a huge place with variety of dishes! 🤩 Btw wondering what is Bua Long Long? It looks like “kedondong” (that’s how it’s called in bahasa Indonesia), it’s part of fruits for Rojak/rujak (fruit salads)
You’re right! Bua long long. Kedondong. Amberella.. all sorts of name. Penang Malaysia 🇲🇾 calls it Ambulaa.. the drink it zesty and nice 👍🏼. I didn’t know it’s out in rojak salads
Yeah.. especially those old hawkers.. glad to see many of them (even the apprentice) were taught to respect and take time to infuse that WOK HEI.. Charred flavour into their noodles
Thanks for the suggestion.. but half the time I’m focused on getting good steady footage for observation.. let’s see how the channel progress.. thanks again 😄
