CKT.. duck noodles. Nasi briyani.. roti prata etc.. well.. I can say that perhaps Hawkers are the main reason for overseas Singaporeans to return home 😂

Wow guys! I learnt something new 😄 'kap zhong' it tastes exactly like butterfly. And it was the first time I've seen it. So unique. The shape. That coffee was good.. I saw a line waiting and so I followed. That Aunty was very candid and jovial. So try BIG TIMER 😄
The Healthy yong tau foo is really old school - back to my childhood days when bitter gourd n chilly yong tau foo were steamed till very soft... U cannot find this type of yong tau foo anywhere else in Singapore... 😋😋

Had that fried stuff with glutinous rice in the centre but can't recall the name and they've made it too, thick. There're some vendors who make it like the one with sesame seeds with the g.rice @ the centre. The laksa looks great and was drooling away, bro. Cheers !!!

I wonder too. It’s a very old elderly district in Boon Keng.. hasn’t changed since 70s. Maybe Little India is just before it. So all the good Indian food can be found there instead

I'm very envious when I watch videos of hawkers centre. Singaporeans should consider themselves very blessed and lucky to enjoy the best of different varieties of food on offer at a very affordable prices In Ireland a ordinary sandwich will cost a fortune, 7.93 cts singapore. For that price I can enjoy a lovely nasi lemak or char kway teow. I use to eat pork until I watched a documentary 4:yrs ago about pig farming and a close up look of organisms breeding in the flesh. That was it, I never looked back I use to go to Newton hawkers centere for Yong Tau Foo, people's park cntr for chicken rice and tekka for indian food. Ireland is still a kampong compared to the UK. In Ireland the only asian food you can get is from chinese restaurants and take aways run by Hong Kong natives It's not authentic, just a mambo jimbo to suit the Irish palate The Irish will be contented with 3 in 1 a very popular takeaway. It's just a long foil container consisting of chips,fried rice gloppy curry sauce poured over for 11 singapore dollars. The chinese take aways can get away with murder, that's why they are very wealthy. I was delighted to come across your channel this morning and enjoyed watching it. I love your personality and courtesy and salute to yo I've something to look forward to watch when I'm eating my food and pretend that I'm actually in the hawkers centre enjoying the delicious food. It use to have a Cantonese yotaufu stall but they stop already and is very yummy. I had it for almost everyday.
