    Haaay mitthe chawal hum udhampur main methrian (methi dana daal kar) gudd vale mitthe chawal sardiyon main bhut khate hai n sathh main maa(urad) ki daal ki kichaddi desi ghee ke sath vah mann kar raha hai abhi bana ke khaaun 😋

    Hi sir... loved most of your videos. Not all😛 just because i have not seen all. Always try to follow your steps while cooking... try to recreate the version of yours. Aap jitne pyar se ek ek chiz ko batate ho it influnces me a lot, as i m big food lover, mai humesha koshish krti hu ki utne pyar se banaun. Though i get less tym for cooking but it gives me real pleasure...

    Ranveer - I have to tell ur presentation of the recipes is really impressive with all the history of the dish.. Plus the simplest way of cooking which provokes the novice cook to get in the kitchen. During this lock down I have tried almost all the dishes from your channel from bijis rajma to vada pav.     Hell yeah! I have been searching for this recipe for a while. I had these rice in my childhood in London in an Indian restaurant. Since then I have been searching for this special flavored Zarda. I am going to make these first thing in the morning. The only problem is we only have access to Jasmine or Basmati rice. I couldn’t find Sella rice here in California. Hopefully the basmati rice will do the trick.
