Usefull tip❤ My mother prefers lemon in last rice wash instead of salt in rice which completely separates the rice grains and which prevents the jarda getting too sticky.
This is one of my favourite .As a kid I used to just put some sugar dry fruits and ghee into hot rice and have duplicate sweet rice..Thanks for reminding

Hello sir excellent receipe nd very neat nd tidy work. I used to make it in cooker. Ratio is 2 cups buttermilk nd 1 cup besan. 11 to 12 whistles. Bahar nikal ke whisker se Pura mix kar ke ek spoon jitna kisi dish pe flea ke dekh lijiye agar nikalta hai tau aapne jaise dikhaya vaise fela dijiye or nahi tau vapis cooker me Rakh ke 2 whistle or bus🤗
