    Obtusas also come in yellow (dwarf, Spider, Mele Pa Bowman) and orange (dwarf). Pudica now comes in Pink with a fragrance. I also have a Plumeria Puditusa which is a cross between a Pudica and a Singapore White Obtusa.

    We live on a tropical island in Thailand. This tree seems to trive where everything else dies. It's sort of a symbol of Thailand as well as the orchid.

    Obtusa also comes in yellow, Pudica comes in pink as well.

    They (Plumeria rubra) are also native to the Yucatán peninsula in Mexico. You only mention central and South America.
