This is by far the most amazing cake I have ever ever seen! My daughter was little and she wanted a Barbie cake for a family party I googled and checked Pinterest and not once did a hijab Barbie cake come up and looking back it’s very very sad. But I remember scrolling endlessly for one the way she wanted so our cake decorator knew exactly how to do it. You must post this on Pinterest with all the tags so others can find it! You did an absolutely STUNNING job!! This is truly beautiful and that beautiful little princess standing next to her Barbie dressed like her actually made me smile and love that she probably felt extra special. I’m sure she was so thrilled and you made her day. Beautiful job Mimo, AS ALWAYS!!!

Oh Mimo, this is the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. I know that little girl was thrilled with her cake.
When I was growing up, my grandmother had a friend that owned a bakery. She made me a cake for my birthday every year and it was called “Snow Princess”. In my mind, that cake was 6 ft tall and covered the whole table. I would tear up when I saw it. When we were cleaning out my mom’s things after she passed away a few years ago, I found a box with pictures of all my Snow Princess cakes along with the dolls in the center. They were only about 6 inches tall 😂.
I hope you know that you are making magical memories for the kids that you are making these special cakes for. This beautiful little girl will remember her own Snow Princess for the rest of her life.

Kids are getting more mature the younger of age each day,And i know i wasnt that mature but its been years since i was 10 and ive seen alot of younger kids doing things i would never do at their age

@@lamrosee we should let kids be kids. i am not saying that they can't follow after their elders. i am just saying that believing in a religion is a big responsibility for someone that young. being too mature for your age isn't a good thing just like making your kid grow up fast isn't a good thing. i am not against hijab as someone who wears hijab herself. every child has a right to be raised apolitical. a young child should know ethic, morals and how to be a good person without carrying the responsibility of religion. OfCourse, I think Muslim people as brothers and sisters. and would be happy to see another soul join Islam. however, they should have the mental maturity that comes with age and should not choose a religion just because they saw it from their parents. I understand your point, but please try to understand mine. I am not trying to argue here.

Obviously kids should be kids but 10 year olds can learn things themselves
Obviously its shocking because they seem young but kids can be taken seriously, just because they're young doesnt mean they shouldnt be taken seriously.
Yes religion is a big part and you should understand it clearly before you make decisions but wearing hjiab is also a big thing and does take time to adjust,People believe different things like hjiab should be worn after puberty or you should wear hjiab in your teenage years

The cake itself is nice, but promoting a 10 year old girl wearing a hijab is just not right. Forcing little children to cover their hair with religious dress items imposed on women to supposedly protect them from the sexual male gaze is not right. 😔 Children shouldn't be sexualised like that. Children also shouldn't be forced or brainwashed into restrictive religious customs - they should be allowed to grow up freely and only as adults they could then make their own choice - hopefully freely and without undue pressure from family - to follow restrictive religious customs or not follow them. It's not right just imposing it on children.

And children also follow religion. You start wearing the hijab when you start puberty or get your first period. And maybe she wants to wear it? When you love your culture and religion, you may choose to embrace certain aspects and it’s a great thing if she wants to wear her hijab at a young age. Even in Islam, you can’t force someone to practice hijab and wear the headscarf. You can encourage it, but you cannot force someone to wear it.
