Oh yes, they are awesome! I'm around Egyptian Geese regularly, even getting their trust to be close to their goslings! They're awesome parents, as well! Amazingly social, intelligent, funny, friendly, lovable wonderful creatures, I love them to bits!
P.S. I tried to break two fighting male Egyptian Geese before, like a referee in a boxing match, and got hit by their wings (by accident) and man it's HURTS a lot , LOL! I was rolling on the floor for 5 minutes in pain (they got a steel hard elbow blow :D ) , but MAN I love those geese even more !!!!
At least your not some idiot who probably doesn’t live in the uk saying they are an “invasive species and spreading quickly” they have literally just stayed in the south I’ve never seen them up north or in the midlands. They are stunning thou. Another non native waterfowl which ands even more excitement to the British countryside (although they are mainly in urban areas due to there being more food).
I have a family near my house. They are stunning I guess they’re territorial bc they are the only family near my home. But in a near by lake I saw another set of two.
For such small geese they seem to be very strong. Very brave too. I have 2 egyptian geese at the park I go to. They are brave enough to attack the greylag geese who patrol the whole park. Nobody attacks the muscovy duck tho :)
@@MisterChenzy Same goes for other geese too including Canadas and Greylags and other geese. Not always as either their nest take-overs backfire(I saw a German video of a greylag goose nesting in a nest already originally occupied by Canada Geese, and the Greylag take-over failed, nest was retrieved back by the original canada geese) or sometimes they may get too aggressive.
Egyptian Geese in the UK too? We have them in South Florida, either escaped or been released but they have made here their home. Vicious little bastards too, will attack other birds and humans if you get too close to the offspring.
Os gansos do Egito selvagens, fazem parte da minha vida. Conhecem-me de imagem e voz. São para mim os mais bonitos que há na Terra. Estudos já há anos. Sem Natureza não existia‐mos.
Voice like David Attenborough.

I agree
Two pairs fighting over territory. The losing pair left.
Great video didn’t even know we had these geese in the U.K., you certainly do learn something new every day
Julie Thomas They are native to the Nile valley ☺
J Thomas Seems like they’re spreading.
Great- another invasive species to deal with.....ugh
The Canada Goose is all over London apparently
Ambria Daniels Band they aren’t invasive you probably don’t even live in Britain. They aren’t a problem here so be quiet
1:50 LMAO the one on the right rocking its head back and forth
It made my day lol
No boxing gloves required for the duck fight as well as goose fight.

Lol I wasn't that brave
@@theotheseaeagle Britain doesn't really have that many animals (mostly cause they killed them all) so you think they'd be excited for more species.
Great footage, the commentary is good also.
Thank you for your kind words

they also take over nests of birds of prey.. they're incredible, and the coolest thing is, mostly they don't hurt anyone or kill them
