2nd comment lol. U should definitely have that sleep study done sooner than later. My husband found out he had sleep apnea a few years ago. We got him a CPAP..game changer. He went from taking two to three naps daily to none. He has so much more energy and clarity. GO GET THE SLEEP STUDY DONE MIMA‼️

Jemima if you love roasted chicken, take that whole chicken you have and split it down the back butterfly it put on a cookie sheet with your favorite seasonings bake on 400° until the skin is browned and crisp make with roasted root vegetables and you have a meal all in oven

I’m an ophthalmologist assistant. You need to get glasses that don’t touch your eye brows/forehead so the oils don’t get on the lens so much.
Also wash them every few days with dawn dish soap and warm water!! I hope this helps with the glasses. I’ve also heard having nose pieces keeps the lens away from the oils on the nose as well!

I need you to get that sleep study DONE Baby Sis!!!! Like I’m telling you, if sleep apnea is something that you are suffering from, the issue you are having with being tired and what not WILL NOT CHANGE! And the only way you will really know is by a sleep study. I go NOWHERE without my machine. I travel with it and all that!!! Like the sleep apnea negatively affects your metabolism, it can and does cause heart issues, like I just do not play about it. And you will immediately start to see the difference in your energy levels! At my worst, MY ASS WOULD FALL ASLEEP AT RED LIGHTS!!! No lie, I could not figure out why I could not get enough rest!!!! Just make that sleep study a Priority!!!!
