@@ashleighlouise8284 I think her friend probably thought she had picked a select couple of people to spend time with while she is having this terrible time, and are staying away out of respect. Seeing what a nice bunch they are I'm sure they will rally round now they know she wants them there
There is no better man on tv than Paul Carrick Brunson, empathetic, kind, wise, brilliant family man and an amazing example to all men. He is such a unique man full of goodness and we are all so blessed to have him in the United Kingdom. I pray this Podcast does well. I love how he stops and explains things during the Podcast, I've not seen that before on any other Podcast.
This interview has given me a new found respect and love for Lauren. I really hope she is given her own show, she needs to feel the love. I hope she reads these comments to see how loved she is. What a strong woman, fantastic mum.
To say that she’s had a lot of ‘bad luck’ is an understatement. She’s undeniably such a strong woman. I hope her journey is on the up and she finds peace happiness and stability.
She came from broken home, was in a coercive controlling emotionally abusive relationship with MW and his family. She was bullied by the media about weight and looks. Lost a child. I've always felt for her and been rooting for her.
What made me sad watching the programme was how they always felt they had to be perfect even when upset. Why not just remove makeup and brush hair back into a pony. The amount of pressure they put themselves under was hard to watch, for lads who enjoy hurting them so they can laugh about it with their gang of lads, and feel superior. He doesn't say hello these days because he knows he will lose his wife and he's picked her, only because she looks nice tho so she best keep looking nice.
If Lauren had a show, the ratings would be massive! I like Billy and Sam and I even watch Ferne’s show, but Lauren has serious dimension to her, and her story and family dynamics would be compelling TV and very interesting to watch. ❤
Lauren needs to find people that really fill her soul. I feel like all her life she’s been surrounded by people who are nice to her but not good for her. I wish her all the best she deserves it. Great advice and support from Paul - he was absolutely the right person for her to speak to x
I really feel for her. This is a woman that has been through absolute hell. Strong girl. Take my hat off to her. I hope her 40s bring her everything her 20s and 30s didnt and more ❤❤❤❤
Paul really is incredible, I’ve never encountered someone so likeable and authentic on TV. He truly deserves the success and really hope we see even more of him.
When one mamma cries, we all cry with her. ❤ Lauren is an amazing woman. I have such admiration for this girl. We are the same age and have been through very similar experiences so i KNOW how she feels xxx kepp going mamma . You deserve to be happier than you are now
Lauren is a real OG Essex girl! I remember seeing her back in the day, and she was such an idol. It’s clear she really loved Mark, which is sad because not all girls move on from their first love, and it can break them. Watching this, I see how strong Lauren is. She’s done so well, and you can tell she’s really tough.
It’s sad that after all these years, Lauren still doesn’t seem to fully understand how abusive Mark was to her. I think a combination of their relationship & her upbringing have made her an easy target for users & abusers until present day. My heart goes out to her ❤
I feel like i just watched someone go through a therapy session they really needed! Lauren you are such a STRONG, RESILIENT, AMAZING human being and mother
Paul is a true gem. Zero judgement. Not at all condescending. Just pure empathy & kindness. Lauren has clearly been to therapy. She knows what her mistakes have been & the reasons why she has made them.
So glad she did this interview,it has changed my perspective of her totally. She’s a lovely girl ,very humble , not one negative word about anyone. Hope she’s happy and gets only good things in life 🌹 The pain of the loss never leaves but it eases . Please stay strong Lauren. 🌹
I really relate to Lauren in terms of feeling lonely. You can go through some really traumatic experiences but nothing emotionally and physically feels as painful as being lonely. ❤
It's such a weird feeling isn't it, because you're scared of getting hurt again/confrontation/getting physically hurt so you keep yourself lonely but the loneliness still hurts.
Lauren, we were friends when you moved back to your mums (our mums were friends) I used to sleep over and and used to sing and try to write songs together 🤣 I’ve never really read too much in to your life on the TV but this interview definitely showed the real you. I hope everyone gets to see this. You have been through so much and still stand strong like a queen. Sending love and happiness for your future ❤️
I have never liked this woman. But I have watched this and realised my whole opinion of her was based on what I've read or seen on tv. I felt nothing but compassion for her watching this. It's changed my opinion of her, and I really wish her well. ❤
What a fantastic and honest interview! I always felt that Lauren was treated terrible by Mark who was the love of her life. I think that the abuse he put her through during and after their relationship, impacted her life for years afterwards but sadly, she still hasnt acknowledged the abuse. Lauren comes across as such a genuinely nice girl from Essex who craves love and affection. I want to give her a big hug and tell her that she is worth so much more than she realises. The interviewer was so compassionate towards her, listened and engaged so well with Lauren. I hope that Lauren reads these comments to know how many people love her xx❤

I have a beautiful 4 year old girl and I’m now 5 months pregnant. Listening n watching Lauren talk about losing her girl at birth is breaking me here 😭💔. How the hell do u cope with that!! I’m so so sorry Lauren. You say you got no friends. You have loads of new friends right here supporting you! ❤❤❤❤
Lauren as the first guest, and her candid sharing of personal experiences is profoundly moving. Her openness provides a deeply emotional and insightful start to what promises to be an impactful series. Paul’s adept hosting allows Lauren’s story to unfold naturally while also setting the stage for future episodes. The blend of personal reflection and broader discussion makes it so compelling.
I hardly ever comment on videos but I just have to applaud u Paul for your kindness, compassion and heart. You truly are a caring good man. No one better to do this interview. And well done to Lauren for doing this, you’re a beautiful soul and I agree, life is going to become amazing for you. Stay strong. Some of the biggest blessings happen overnight when you least expect it ❤
A reminder to not judge people for what producers choose to portray. I often saw her as the baddie of Towie. What a heartbreaking life you can tell how lonely she is, how she craves love and family and belonging. Stay strong mama for your beautiful daughter x
I seriously can relate to Lauren....I've picked the wrong men made the wrong choices etc ...friends were not really friends but working on yourself and being comfortable with being alone is the first step to self healing...wish her the best and continue to heal your mind and heart ❤
In November 2010 I gave birth to my second baby who was taken to NICU and diagnosed with Down syndrome, Lauren your antics on TOWIE took my mind off the enormity of what had just happened, I would be up all night breastfeeding this baby who had changed my world watching you all and your dramas and loves and relationships, it was my quiet escape time from ‘the real world’ but seeing you talk about it as your real world I want to give you a hug. I will always be in Laurens corner, she is such an amazing woman and mother. She has been through so much. Loved hearing her story from her own mouth and not paps! You're such a great friend to her Paul, that’s what she needs.
I actually feel quite sorry for her. She’s like a lost little girl just trying her best without the support she needs. It’s so easy to make mistakes in life when you’ve been through what she has. I really hope she figures things out ❤
I always thought Lauren was a spoilt bunny boiler because of towie but my perception of Lauren completely changed when I saw her on celeb big brother, she is actually such a sweetheart and a positive person. Glad I watched this, I wish her the best ❤
I really hope Lauren reads these comments✨✨Such a brave brave interview Lauren❤️✨❤️sending hugs and strength ✨Xoxox and Paul was very sensitive, kind, empathetic and respectful interviewer✨
Lauren seems lovely, not at all how i thought she would be,shes so down to earth, poor girl losing her full term daughter cant imagine what shes been through,if you see this comment lauren ur daughter will always be around you ❤❤
I had a whole negative agenda on a Lauren just because of the media etc but watching this wow what a really lovely woman you are and Lauren if you see this comment I just want you to know that you are the most honest, successful, loving, caring kindest woman to date. I’m glad you have spoken out because it gives everyone the chance to finally get to know the real, from your own mouth. Lovely woman I hope you find the peace and happiness you deserve ❤️🥹🫶🏽
Lauren has been treated really unfairly by the media. I think at times is it because she’s a woman , seems it’s still ok to portray some women in the media as a bad person , no matter what Lauren does ,the write up will always be negative , her weight , her face , filters on photos it’s all picked apart . They’d be an article in the news like Lauren seen coming out the hairdressers , yet before you’ve read that you’ve had to read half a page of negative comments about her . I started seeing Lauren differently after reading some stuff after she lost her baby . I did message her on instagram as I felt she was feeling very alone
I think this sums up today's society. No one checks in on other people anymore. I don't know what's happend but we as humans have become so wrapped up in our own lives we forget the basics of just being human. Socialising, checking in, helping, supporting. This woman should not be on her own and made to feel isolated. I've had the same experience, & it's horrible. Stop posting pics, stop checking in on Facebook & sit down with the people you know & talk. Connect.
This broke my heart. How can one woman carry so much heartache it's so so sad. Lauren is portrayed horrific in the media and has been forever. Can't get over how much she has been through ❤
I love Lauren. I pray that she finds happiness and contentment 🖤. She is a true soul. Lauren if you’re reading this doll- you are loved and you are a special soul. Xo
I have never wanted to tell someone you are strong you are doing amazing more then what I did watching this definitely a new found respect for this woman!
I ended up crying watching parts of this. I'm training to be a counselor at the moment after a lot of dark times in my past which I've overcome through going to see a counsellor for a year, a few years ago. I've felt that loneliness once that Lauren is currently feeling. Yet things do get better. I do think she is a nice woman who has experienced a lot of trauma in her life. The media need to be a lot kinder to her.
Before we can find love with another, we first need to love ourselves, as if we don't love ourselves we will not find the love we seek. As love is within not without, we need to heal our hearts from the wounds that made us feel unloved.
I just wanna give her a hug. I lost my mum 2 years ago I suffer with anxiety and only now holding my hands up saying I’m struggling I need help (always put others before me my kids family). Paul your advice you are a godsend ❤ my heart breaks for Lauren I know what she means about feeling lonely 😔
Wow wow wow this podcast exceeded all my expectations and they were high!!! I love Paul, he is one of the best humans this world has to offer, I think everyone should aspire to be like Paul! This episode with Lauren made me cry, what an incredibly strong woman being vulnerable enough to share her story is heartbreaking and heartwarming all rolled into one, I wish her so much happiness and peace for her future! Can’t wait for the next episode!!! X
The world is so interested in hearing her story!! Lauren, i know what it’s like to have nobody and with all past friends leaving or having bad intentions, You are sooo strong! And it gets better.
Thank you for giving Lauren a platform to be able to tell her story comfortably and safe. I have always liked Lauren . Beautiful person inside and out. Lauren we need more of these from you , i can relate to you so much xx
Give this lady her own show, so many of us would watch it! What a lovely woman and she deserves every happiness that comes her way. I’ve never wanted to give someone a hug through a screen so much! ❤
I’m not a celebrity, but I would sit and chat to Paul about my life. Thats a huge compliment to Paul because like Lauren I don’t trust anyone either. He just seems non judgemental and full of empathy and respect for others. I’m looking forward to more episodes!. 💜
This poor lady has been through so much. What a strong lady she is but very vulnerable. I can only wish her the very best for her future. ❤️ Paul, what a beautiful soul you have. We all need a Paul in our lives. 🙏❤️
I don't know how this video got recommended by UA-cam but oh wow!I'm so glad it did. What an amazing story Lauren.I don't know much about you but what an amazing story of resilience, courage, honesty and vulnerability.I'm rooting for you and I believe things are only going up from here 🎉
If you see this please know you’re a kind, lovely hearted person and your baby girl is lucky to have you. The love you have for her shines through and she’ll forever feel that! ❤❤❤
What a wonderful podcast/interview. Paul you are so sensitive and accommodating to Lauren's emotions. Lauren, you are stronger than you think, you will meet the love of your life one day and everything will fall into place for you. Now you have your daughter, you do not have to accept anyone that shows interest . You can finally hold out for what you need and want. You are such a lovely person inside and out. your life values is what sets you apart from everyone else. You don't need money or fame you just need to be Lauren and need to be a loving mother to your beautiful daughter. I wish you all the best. X
Paul really is an absolute gem. It's so wonderful to see a very different side to Lauren and hear her true story. Praying for her continued healing and happiness ❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼 xxxx
I have a 7 month old baby girl and I can relate to Lauren so much. I haven’t been through half of what she has but the lonely side of it, absolutely breaks my heart as it’s something I am going through myself. My heart absolutely breaks for her. My baby girl is the biggest blessing to me, if I didn’t have her to focus on daily, I can’t even imagine where I would be. Keep your head up Lauren x
I adore when two people have a conversation like this. Hope Lauren is proud of herself for being so beautifully honest, open and vulnerable. And Paul for being so compassionate and encouraging. Thank you for posting this xx
As a still birth mama who lost her first baby at 40 weeks 3 days, I relate to Lauren a lot because even with people around me I still felt so lonely my heart breaks for her to go through that alone 💔 the worst and most unimaginable pain. Would love to give her a massive hug, she deserves so much good 🙏🏻
This was very sad to hear. I first watched TOWIE as a teenager and Lauren was always (and still is) my favourite. I pray she finds the love and life she needs to bring peace and happiness, for both her and her daughter.
This girl has levelled me 😢what a story and the strength to get through what she has is an achievement in itself. I would love to give her the biggest hug. I think this podcast is going to be the start of bigger and better things for her. What a lovely girl ❤
I love how paul breaks things down and gives references , human psychology and behaviour and the impact from trauma is so interesting ! I wish Lauryrn all the best going forward , maybe your new life is opening up doors for new experiences and genuine friendship , that can happen when your working on yourself and growing, you start attracting better ! Xx
I’ve always been a fan of Lauren - I always seen how they mistreated her on Towie, she’s met the wrong people and I hope she finds her happy ever after
I think that Lauren would be perfect taking on a documentary regarding baby loss. Being open and honest with her personal loss and grieving would help her and those around her to produce a sensitive but powerful documentary. An honest interview and insight into her life. Wishing Lauren love and success for the future.
Always liked you Lauren but know you have had a troubled family life. You are a great mum. A lovely girl and had an unfair time in the media. Lovely to hear you speaking your truth. Keep strong girl and I wish you all the best for your future xx. We don’t all believe the media xx
I honestly don’t know this woman but she’s so well spoken ❤ The interview was heartbreaking. The way she didn’t bad mouth people she should have maybe is incredible and I completely understand being lonely and having no friends ❤
Never watched towie or heard of Lauren but after watching this I’m a fan well done Lauren for being so real and honest hope she finds people who show her how special she is ❤

How does she not have her own show is crazy. She has a lot to give.
Connect.
Well said ❤
This broke my heart. How can one woman carry so much heartache it's so so sad. Lauren is portrayed horrific in the media and has been forever. Can't get over how much she has been through ❤
Losing her baby was horrible but never forget what women in war torn countries go through. Privileged women have no idea.
A great interviewer, very kind and respectful and how rare and beautiful it is to see such vulnerability and honesty from a person❤️
Great comment ❤
Lauren, i know what it’s like to have nobody and with all past friends leaving or having bad intentions,
You are sooo strong! And it gets better.
This is unbelievably relatable , This is after breaking my heart , poor girl just wants a happy family and I hope she gets it
Funny all the money in the world but to be truly rich and blessed in life is having a family. ❤
Paul, what a beautiful soul you have. We all need a Paul in our lives. 🙏❤️
Gosh I relate so much when she said she has no one, no friends and is so lonely and doesn’t know why… I am experiencing the exact same thing!! 😢
Even with all her faults ive always wanted the best for her! She has survived many traumas ❤
Yes, having a baby is a very lonely experience if you have no support around you. I met some friends through baby groups. ❤
I adore when two people have a conversation like this. Hope Lauren is proud of herself for being so beautifully honest, open and vulnerable. And Paul for being so compassionate and encouraging. Thank you for posting this xx
So heartbreaking. She is one tough cookie ! She has protected and locked her heart away. 😢
As a still birth mama who lost her first baby at 40 weeks 3 days, I relate to Lauren a lot because even with people around me I still felt so lonely my heart breaks for her to go through that alone 💔 the worst and most unimaginable pain. Would love to give her a massive hug, she deserves so much good 🙏🏻
❤
We love you mamma. We see you ❤
This was very sad to hear. I first watched TOWIE as a teenager and Lauren was always (and still is) my favourite. I pray she finds the love and life she needs to bring peace and happiness, for both her and her daughter.
So glad Lauren did this, she has been misrepresented and misunderstood for so long.
Long may the healing continue.
She has such good things to say about her ex’s who treated her so badly
She’s a lady.
This girl has levelled me 😢what a story and the strength to get through what she has is an achievement in itself. I would love to give her the biggest hug. I think this podcast is going to be the start of bigger and better things for her. What a lovely girl ❤
She’s beautiful. She sees the good in people and that’s such an amazing quality to have. ❤
Xx
My heart goes out to this girl! She has been dragged through the media mud! Good things will come, stay positive! Were all rooting for you ✨️🙏🤍
I’ve always been a fan of Lauren - I always seen how they mistreated her on Towie, she’s met the wrong people and I hope she finds her happy ever after
I think that Lauren would be perfect taking on a documentary regarding baby loss. Being open and honest with her personal loss and grieving would help her and those around her to produce a sensitive but powerful documentary. An honest interview and insight into her life. Wishing Lauren love and success for the future.
Paul you handled this interview so well, you can see Lauren felt very safe to be safe and raw. I really hope Lauren finds peace and love ❤
Always liked you Lauren but know you have had a troubled family life. You are a great mum. A lovely girl and had an unfair time in the media. Lovely to hear you speaking your truth. Keep strong girl and I wish you all the best for your future xx. We don’t all believe the media xx
Why she hasn’t got her own show with her daughter is beyond me. I know we would all watch. Wishing her all the best x❤️
I honestly don’t know this woman but she’s so well spoken ❤
The interview was heartbreaking. The way she didn’t bad mouth people she should have maybe is incredible and I completely understand being lonely and having no friends ❤
Such a lovely girl and so self aware. I hope she has her happily ever after x
Never watched towie or heard of Lauren but after watching this I’m a fan well done Lauren for being so real and honest hope she finds people who show her how special she is ❤
Paul is beautiful hearted the way he allows the space for his guests to unburden and see were they are stuck . He is therapy .
Best of Lauren 💗
What amazing women she is she is teaching her daughter to never give up I can only imagine how much love she shows her daughter Lauren is a fighter
Thank you for being so open and honest about your experiences. I’m sorry for the pain you’ve gone through but your resilience comes through so much. I wish you nothing but the best Lauren!
Loves this she is amazing. LAUREN needs her own show!!!!! ❤
Paul you are some a compassionate, healing soul. Can't wait for more of these.
I can see in her eyes, she has always and will always love Mark Wright x
1st love never ever dies
So everyone who’s not with there first love moved on married, still loves there first love 😂. Don’t be silly it’s not the movies
I still love the good side of my first boyfriend, we we were together for 13 years, so no it’s not the movies it’s real life
Nah…that’s just a sadness at the bad memories
I feel for Lauren. I hope this conversation has healed her.
Lauren, I'm rooting for you 💕
I came across this podcast as I was struggling to sleep on UA-cam.
I’ve never heard of the presenter before but I love the way he breaks everything down and provides key takeaways for the conversation. This is truly valuable and inspirational.
I'm now a subscriber for life 🫶🏾
What an incredible interview. My heart really goes out to Lauren for opening up about her story. I hope she can surround herself with good kind people and focus on her recovery. Bless her heart. ❤️
When one mumma hurts, we all hurt!! This truly touched my heart what an absolute woman❤❤
Fair play to her she didn’t say a bad word about him … she’s not bitter x
It’s very easy for us all to judge and I am guilty of this too … this was very interesting. I wish her all the best x
I'm looking forward to seeing more episodes of this podcast. This guy is such a good interviewer and really gave Lauren the space she needed during questions and didn't interrupt her constantly like I've seen others do.
I love paul and how compassionate he is as a coach. And how he asks questions and speaks to people ❤
Paul is amazing !! I wish i could have a talk with him. This made me cry :( i feel for Lauren so much, ive always admired her strength. Hope to see more of her x
Made me cry too. X
