Anemia (khoon ki kami kya hai) is amongst the most important public health problems in developing countries among females of reproductive age. A number of factors like age, socioeconomic status, and diet can determine the stores of iron within the women of reproductive age. Anemia can cause multiple adverse outcomes, which may be prevented by doing appropriate cost-effective interventions on time.
Iron deficiency may be a major explanation for anemia (khoon ki kami ki alamat) and is more prevalent in developing countries, posing a further burden on health care systems, within the presence of poor resources. The high-risk group consists of females, males, and young people but comparatively, it's higher in females thanks to physiological reasons.
Multiple factors can predict anemia, which in turn leads to various adverse outcomes including genetic and environmental factors. A number of these factors are lack of proper diet, poor socioeconomic status, access to poor health, and genetic.
