My baby had the same red cheeks. Later learned she had an intolerance to dairy and gluten.

My baby had eczema on his cheeks and I learned that it was probably from the formula that he had. He seemed sensitive to milk as he grew and other things.

What in the cringe heck hasn't had a bath in a week? Give that baby a bath! People that say you can't give a baby a bath nightly cause it dries your skin out it's full of crap. That's what lotion is for. Babies pee and poop on themselves daily. Wash that behind and her hair! She will be more relaxed and sleep more peaceful! 😕
