Chocolate muffins | Deeply chocolatey, moist and delicious chocolate chip muffins!

Hi! In today's video I have a simple recipe for chocolate muffins with chocolate pieces inside. The chocolate muffins from this recipe turn out delicious and moist inside. Chocolate lovers will definitely like them.

Chocolate muffins are a great sweet snack. Such homemade cocoa muffins can be served at a party or even given to loved ones as a gift. Chocolate muffins store well and stay fresh for up to several days, just keep them tightly closed in a cool place.
Ingredients for chocolate muffins (25 pieces):
- 200g melted butter
- 250 ml of milk (1 glass)
- 3 eggs
- 400g of wheat cake flour (2 and 1/2 cups)
- 200g sugar (1 cup)
- 1 vanilla sugar (16g)
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3 heaped tablespoons of bitter cocoa
- 200g milk chocolate (2 bars)
Additionally you will need:
Silicone muffin molds - 25 pieces
OR
Disposable paper cups + special muffin tin
