If it’s an exhibition then its not a proper fight but I should expect so , and I don’t think age is a factor mike is a unique killing machine who has put work into a unique art , I think even Roy jones would if he put the training camp in for a good 6months - year , kimbo slice also and butterbean , joe calazaghe would destroy him, Lennox probably. Evander seemed to be not on his game maybe to long out of the ring but evander in his day was a warrior and still is and I respect him and his work ethic and his humbleness , if evander went old school training he would be the evander of old , I think he just didn’t put the time needed in to his camp as he knew he was world class and it would be easy pickings , respect either way and respect to Jake for beating his previous opponents and getting to where he is and putting the time in to craft his new skill
As a 16 year old kid boxing has truly impacted my life in an amazing way. I used to be picked on and have low confidence but about a year ago I took up boxing and now I feel I can communicate with people a lot better and I feel I have truly grown as a person.
He is a technical master and an absolute beast. Often overlooked… was his fitness. Watch his longer fights, his work load and snap in his punches doesn’t fade. Elite athlete! Love his same combo you demo’d, but with a left uppercut to finish. It’s like watching the beauty of ballet combined with the terrifying chainsaw massacre movie.
I'll never hit a bag like Mike Tyson because I'd break all the bones in my hands. I've watched a few of his videos in slow motion to figure out his combinations though, I learnt a lot from that
" Are you watching a Tony Jeffries video again?" No I study boxing. I always send beginning boxers to this channel and tell them to also do a UA-cam search with your name and "wrap own hands". Thanks for all the videos Tony. 👊🏻
Already seen almost all your videos, brother, and your wisdom. I am very appreciative of learning it and passing it down to my daughters and my son you’re funny too man and like I said man, your videos are perfect. Sometimes I feel like you’re teaching them too much.😅❤ great job brother. Thank you so much.
Tony, been watching your videos for quite a while now and honestly loving the Mike Tyson videos. As a shoeter fighter myself, I do find it easy to get in the inside and fight taller opponents, was looking to get some training but not entirely sure who to go to. You seem to have experience so down to learn some things🥊
single day! Only goes to show how damn good these kislux are visually. Now guessing which is the fake by feeling them both in my hands is another story.
His head and upper body also moves WHEN he punches, not just after. It's a very big difference from most other boxers. He can punch continuously and still be elusive.
As someone who has coached boxers before there’s nothing worse than when a student doesn’t listen to you. It’s especially infuriating if they’re sparring someone worse than them that can’t punish those mistakes.
Is the "peek a boo" style only applicable for small (and quick) fighters. I am very tall, and trying to bring my head under the hooks from my smaller opponents seems to be not fitting my physique... For me bringing my head down seems to make it only more easy for my opponent, but maybe I am just too slow...
Tony! Mike is moving his head with the punch not after every punch and not after every combo.when the punch lands "or misses' his head is in a different position.
Mikes early years, the physical and mental part of training were taught by TEDDY ATLAS, Then KEVIN ROONEY they don't get the credit they deserve for building the solid foundation. The PHYLOSOPHY of fighting and PEEK-a-boo style was created by Cus D' amato., but was more of a father figure and a Mentor of How to handle Life to mike. great video mate. You should ask both of the coaches for an interview to see if they be willing to show you how to properly use the style.
Tony how you defend your chin from an uppercut doing that double lead hook to the body? How to position you right hand? When you throw the right hook to the face you get shoulder on one side and right hand on the other, but on the low punch you have no shoulder to defend yourself
Modern Martial Artist has some great videos breaking down Tyson's techniques in great detail. His head is safe because he steps wide with his left foot bringing his head and upper body outside of the opponent's right (orthodox) shoulder. Teddy Atlas has a number of videos describing this footwork. Not only does this protect Tyson, but it moves him into south paw. So those left hooks to the body aren't lead hooks. They gain the distance of rear hooks and hit that much harder. Often when Tyson slips or weaves to the side for those body shots, he steps or hops his right foot inside his opponent's lead foot. Again, he shifts into what is essentially south paw for those left hooks to the body and the finisher to the head. If you watch his fights, more than one opponent would try to counter the right to the body and Tyson would step so wide he would end up almost behind the man. He scored more than a few knockdowns catching them with the left hooks as they tried to turn to reorient themselves to face him.
Tony, I don't know if you're going to read this but I was just wondering; if someone who never fought a day in his life started to box, and he really wanted to learn for the sake of self defense and the fun of the sport, not to go pro or go amateur just an enthusiastic hobbyist that wanted to get semi good at boxing, but he's terrified of CTE and how it'd affect his day to day life (especially when serving the Lord), what advice would you give to that person who's around 28 years old? Asking for a friend lmao.
I started boxing this past year and I am thinking about wanting to compete in amateurs, even if that is in a couple years time. That being said my dad, who is really proud of me and loves me having a great passion for the sport, is quite against boxing. He says boxing is a sport where the main goal is to hurt another. He is ultimately right but I really love the sport. I don't want to upset my dad but I really want to take a step up to competing, maybe even taking it pro. Just wanted your own thoughts (and thoughts from any others who have something so say). Sorry this was quite longwinded : )
I know you have your doubt's about Tyson in this Jake Paul fight because of his age but this is a powerful master against a UA-cam wanna be,this isn't Fury or Usyk.
Tyson is already regarded as one of the best ever. Imagine if he had actually kept his rigorous training and didn't start partying and whatnot. Undisputed at 20 y/o. Imagine how he would'e been at 32-33 (like today's heavyweights) with 12 years of experience.
I don't own fakes, but I can certainly understand why people would buy fakes, especially now that prices are rising and there are more and more quality issues with authentic bags. When my patience runs out, I will also go to kislux to shop what I like bag.

Even when the real and fake are placed side by side, it is hard to tell them apart. You have to do this kind of forensic level investigation, which only shows that the fake kislux is very impressive and the real thing is really not worth the price. In fact, I am very disappointed with Chanel's poor quality in recent years and their customer service is terrible. The fakes look good at the moment
Mike Tyson is a billionaire he does not fight for the need of money, he is fighting amateur UA-cam boxers to kill their ego, he desires to do that to challenge himself, he is not in poverty.
Can Iron Mike knock out Jake Paul? Let me know👇

i always thought he was better at 210-220 pounds instead of 260. he always gassed when he was that muscular. i even thought it slowed him down.

I love how one little movie, The hangover. Brought back the #1 boxing champ of all time!
Tyson studied boxing, that's what set him apart from other boxers Who trained in the normal way
Thanks d'anato for the peekaboo style. Mike Tyson wouldn't have become such a legend without you. At least not with such a great style..
RIP cus
Mike Tyson is a very interesting boxer to watch. I love watching videos that break down and analyse Mike Tyson's fighting skills.
Legs! The magic is in the legs.

Thank you very much sir. Please share a lot about Mike Tyson's techniques ❤
Will do soon, thanks!
His head movement is so fast and elusive! Would also love a breakdown of some Pacquiao techniques!

Mike understood perfectly that repetition is the mother of skill
Mike threw his shoulder over the punch as well. Added a ton of power.

Mike lost most of his head movements when he stopped training with Kevin Rooney
Right that was his downfall. When Kevin Rooney was out he noticed upcoming issues with Mike's boxing style and predicted his first loss.
His head and upper body also moves WHEN he punches, not just after. It's a very big difference from most other boxers. He can punch continuously and still be elusive.
Love your attitude about this bag and not caring about what people will say. kislux You are right keep your head up and no your priorities.
Ty for those videos Tony
Tony Next do rocky Marciano he has different styles of punches

Not everyone has the insane amount of stamina and energy that Mike had in order to make the peek a boo style work for them though.
