The text does not specify the removed from play card must be yours so you can in fact special summon your opponents removed from play monster, and seen as its your first turn there should be no cards in your graveyard yet. Its niche but it works. Trivia : 1 - Rafael had a copy of it in his deck in the Anime. 2 - It is the first card ever printed that special summoned a monster that is removed from play. 3 - Monster emerging from the hole is Zera the Mant ( this is not confirmed but I believe it could be true )
Dimension distortion is actually reasonably popular in duel links because theres a skill for firewall dragon that puts like a bunch of big link monsters in your banishment and you can access any of them with it for free material.
"Dimension distortion" is just the beast form of Anubis from the movie, it's trying to escape after another 5000 years but it's on too bad of a card to happen

If its yours, now you have 3 big monsters, if its theirs, you have something you can crash with theirs, and another to hit with. They aren't even destroyed afterwards, so you're not forced to figure out what sort of link or synchro play you want to go into with them, you can just leave big dude on the field. Sure it's slow, but it's not a -bad- card.

You don't need once-per-turns on these sort of effects unless they have a different effect functioning. Most cards do not negate effects, they negate activations. It's like putting a hard once per turn on a card that can only be activated at the start of a specific phase. Like okay sure there are cards that make there be two battle phases but cards with an 'at the start of the battle phase' aren't given unnecessary HOPT for that fringe case.
I have never been interested in Yu-gi-oh, and I honestly don't think I'll ever play it, but I love the content, Cimo. Keep up the great work man, great seeing your collabs.
You should have used some cards that have incorrect PSCT, like Armored Bitron which has a colon instead of a semi-colon after its cost. That might have tripped him up if he had noticed it and thought the AI was making a mistake.

I think the dragon on Dimension Distortion is the Blue-eyes White dragon. There are very few dragons in the game that have those tusks on the side. Some of the art has blue-eyes with four digits on each hand and others have three. The only other dragon it could be is lesser dragon, but that one doesn't have any tusks. Also the teeth are spaced out like the blue-eyes and the position of the eye is basically in the same general area further down the snout which isn't typical for most other dragons.
One good thing about Zexstagger is that you can re-summon monsters like resonance but their effects still go off cuz they are activated on send to GY so they are technically not on the field anymore meaning resonance gets to resolve
Fire Sorcerer has seen some modern play in mimighoul! You can set it to the opponents field with mimighoul maker and then flip it to banish two cards from opponents hand. I've seen some players use it and summoning curse to hand loop.

That last cool card was named after a FF final boss, and I immediately knew it was fake because of that.
Instantly recognized the first one. I guess MBT isn't a duellogs enjoyer.
The newer cards were the only ones where I struggled. Even when it came to cards I've never played, if they're in Master Duel I was able to tell if they were real or not instantly.
