Thank you so much for hosting the playlist! I love how your lamp post turned out and your attention to detail with the sign being double sided & it being able to light up. A beautiful addition to any Christmas Décor.
Very creative project! It was awesome to see the recycled items that were used! Stunning lamp post! I have the same coloured cat as you her name is Smokey and she is a solid blue grey just like your Blue! Love from NB Canada!
Did you try to soak the spots on the globe with ammonia? It might take it a while, but ammonia may work, or sos pads, or the LA’s Totally Awesome cleaner…the original cleaner in the clear bottle. That stuff is pretty amazing. I use it on everything to get stains out of laundry to scrubbing my ceiling and walls.. It gets almost anything off.
Thanks for the tips Molly! I used many cleaners from Zep to Goo Gone and more. I have used ammonia many times on other projects but was afraid to use it on the globe. The globe also has a white glaze on it and if I soaked it for a long period of time my thoughts were that the glaze would also come off. Funny enough, since the video I painted on the rest of the lines that were missing. Thank you again for the suggestions my friend!!! Have a fabulous week!
@ yes, I wondered if it would hurt the glaze too, but I wasn’t sure if the glaze was on the inside or outside of the globe. You have a great week too. 😊
