Hi Dawn, I'm back.....what sweet ice cream cones. Hey, I love the idea of adding a scent to your paint. So many sweet yummies...Cute cookies. Yes, I have noticed it's a challenge to paint the backside of those foam snowflakes. Add a thin coat of Mod Podge, and then they'll paint just fine. Oh, look at those cool vintage candle holders. Cute China plate idea. Loveeee....Oh, what cute teeny tiny wood gingies. Cute gingy sandwiches....😊 Yummy homemade gingy jam jars. So adorable. Mod Podge is the best!! Awww, the bunt cakes are the sweetest. Now I need some cake. Lol! What sweet Christmas trees. Beautiful. All your projects are so wonderful. The boxes are super fun. Oh my goodness I love them all. I have not seen anybody add scents the way you did to the paint. That is absolutely brilliant but I'm not surprised cuz you are like a genius crafter my dear friend and I also love little gingerbread boxes. I hadn't seen anyone do those either. I love it when you take something that many people have crafted but you give it your own spin. It's what makes you so unique and special and that's why you are so special to me, my sweet friend. This is first time I have run across your channel and love your gingerbread ornaments, want to try to make some for next year because I intend to do a full gingerbread theme next through out my house next year and your ornaments are so cute. These are adorable! Dawn, how did you manage to cut the gingerbread men in half?
With a coping saw Barbara. I clamped it in a clamp and sawed like a crazy person lol!!! But it worked really well. It was too thick and the wood was too hard for the scroll saw.

Hello mygirl! Thank you for the comment! I tend to use Tulip puff or slick paint. But I have tried other brands and have not been disappointed by any of them. Have fun fake baking!!!

Why hello Dawn!! I use Tulip Slick Paint. But...I will use about any dimensional paint. If I find pretty colors I will give them a try no matter the brand. I have not used one that hasn't worked. Most of the dimensional paints I use are meant for fabric. Have a great night other Dawn lol!!!

I am interested in your dimensional paint. Didn’t see the product name. Where can I find it? We don’t have Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or Dollar Trees here in Hawaii.
It's Tulip Slick Dimensional Fabric paint. You can find it at Walmart too. Actually any of the Puffy type dimensional paints have worked for me. They are basically meant to be used on fabric but I have used them on all kinds of items!! I hope this helps Linda! Have a great night!
