Hope you have a very Happy Birthday & your birthday wish comes true and you get to go Thrifting. You found some lovely goodies. So excited to see your upcoming videos.
Happy Birthday Kayla! You hit the nail on the head when it comes to thrifting vintage, it's all about quality. The tapestry is the Holy Grail of finds. If I happen to show up in your neck of the woods, hide it. Better yet, buy a safe. And the price...criminal. Better to stash it away for now. It's too precious to hastily cut it until you know exactly what you want to do with it. Looking forward to the fruits of your labor incorporating the treasure finds.
Hello my friend! Hope you & your family have had a wonderful Thanksgiving day!🦃 I like the little safety pin ornaments like the angel. Oh Wow that framed tapestry, at 1:17, of the lady was stunning!😮 And I loved the carolers right after too! That statue you picked up just after that, of the little caroler was another sweet piece. That vest was really pretty!❤ Lol your niece was so cute, she was really enjoying herself!😊 Now you know I'll be going straight to IG to see that tree, i already know its beautiful!😁 I love velvet ribbons, that aubergine is a beautiful color! Oh my goodness.. the baby outfit ornament is precious!🥰 And you know i love Victorian!😉 Oh Wow..i unused to have those same icicle ornaments years ago! I bought them in the late 80's or early 90's at a Christmas shop. I want to say I paid about $10 for a box of 4 and i had 2 boxes. That was expensive back then! But my tree was done in gold, white & clear, crystal or glass for several years & then i added red for quite a few years. They were beautiful trees! (I think they are resin.) The tags are so pretty! I also had some of the pearl matte white glass balls. Oh I love tapestry fabric & anything made with it or covered in it! If nothing else you can make a wall hanging or get a large ornate frame & frame a piece! Which I would do one of those most likely.🤷♀️ Love the little pitcher! Great haul Kayla! Enjoyed the video & I'm excited to see your home tour & the trees! Hope you & your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!🦃
Regarding the fabric It would make a great table runner You could use it all without cutting it Also could put a braid trim (gold) around it to finish it off
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Birthday! As someone else commented, the tapestry would make a beautiful table runner or even a wall hanging. Do you know the pattern of the green transferware pitcher? Looking forward to seeing your home decorated for Christmas!
