Love these ideas. I’m on my 4 year of bullet journaling and have used the same spread for mood planning every time. I’m going to mix it up for 2025 with one (or more) of these!
As a borderline it would be too exhausting to track EVERY mood, even overall moods would take too much time, paper and effort but this video is still so cute and I wish I could functionally use it😫😫
I'm not borderline, but I do have a major mood disorder. I use my trackers for an overall sense of mental wellbeing, because I can be what I would feel as "low" but also feel like I'm coping OK. Just an idea. Measure something as it pertains to your own variables.
I love the data the first spread would provide.
