Videos like this are confusing. A lot of the healthy option vegetables and proteins in this video are moderate in purine production. As someone suffering with Gout, it’s frustrating because a lot of these offerings are parts of my diet.
I’ve watched many vids with lists of foods: don’t eat these foods, eat these foods. That is limited. Even this list contradicts itself: ex. Salmon, avoid sugars (all kinds), yet honey, maple syrup reasonable alternatives? No way. It has to be lifestyle. I plan to get Uric acid test strips and using my unique biochemistry monitor levels. Vids that state “I did this and got relief,” might have better answers. Yes, drop the worst offending foods but these lists are not the answer.

Unfortunately, our options are limited. I've been eating hard boiled eggs, low fat yogurt, cherries, and limited amounts of oatmeal and brown rice.
