I had forgotten about that silly thing. It actually looks like it is pretty good for chest and back training though. I use elastic bands in a similar way for back training. You probably could put it between your knees and use it for leg adductor training too. I didn't realize (or forgot) that Bruce used one of these. It makes sense with his love for training gadgets.

@@Urbankungfu61 thanks yes I use mine after my workouts just to fully exhaust all the muscles to maximum after my workout it strengthens the tendons a treat also I never rated the abb roller wheel but since using it im impressed with that I use a weighted vest with that good for cardio also on high reps that's another thing that's great for toning the body all over and great for people with lower back pain if done right! as It must be done with strict form for safety it's great for the core muscles I think it's very underrated ! it helps a lot could you do a video on that perhaps ?cheers 👍 💪💯

Is that the Lady Bullworker? It looks shorter than the other Bullworkers and your'e able to close it quite easily. Or is the spring shot? I have a few different Bullworkers and the best bang for your buck is the green one made in the 1960's. Much harder to close and larger. I believe Bullworker said back in the day, the only way one could fully close it with a chest compression, is if you are able to bench 400 pounds. I paid 15 dollars for it from a thift store. If the world's strongest man Jon Pall Sigmarsson and Darth Vader David Prowse used it as an exercise tool, you know it is good for bigger guys too.

Still have it. Also bought a new one 7 years ago . Isometrics gives you a built of iron .helps when mountain climbing
