Great hand speed. I trained in the Moy Yat Kung Fu system many years ago. Got to take a seminar with Dan Inosanto.I use a Bullworker these days as well. I find the 7 second iso holds, with slow, controlled movements give the best results. Also learned the hard way to add grappling skills to my Ving Tsun training. Don't ask, it wasn't pretty!

I just bought an old 70s one cheap just for increasing my pummeling and grappling strength. You see physical gains on that thing super fast as well.

That's a nifty gadget where can I find one Emil what is your diet like you are like a teenager. Very nice "Lin Sil Di Dar" by the way I haven't been to my JKD School in nine years and I practice simultaneous Perry an attack daily it keeps me sharp if I ever get the money I am definitely coming to see you to train.
