I truly believe that open-ended toys lead to amazing creativity, imagination and an ability for children to entertain themselves without getting easily 'bored'! What are your favourite open-ended toys for your little ones?
*personalised childrens books* make for great gifts to your kids - something out of the norm than toys and gadgets and to contribute to their learning at a more engaging experience
Absolutely! I am so thankful for things like our wobble board and Pikler during the pandemic. Lots of opportunity to use energy! Thanks so much for watching and your lovely comment as always!
So lovely to hear it gave a few ideas. Imaginative play is definitely Ben's 'thing' at the moment - today he was running about with a whisk, calling it a hot air balloon and putting pompom people into it. Haha! Hope your pregnancy is going well Abigail and you're all OK in lockdown (again)!
I think magnetic tiles are on the top of our list for Cy's 3rd birthday. I'll just have to see if we can actually find them locally...We have the same set of nuts and bolts and different pieces like that, and both boys love them! That wobble board looks really fun!
Your videos are always so educational! We love the playmags to they are very satisfying to clean up hehe! Random bits of wood are great same, I loved Leo’s treasure basket when he first start sitting up he would sit there for ages 😁 The stacking rainbows are wonderful 😍 I love the circles they look really lovely. Leo’s birthday is coming up next month taking some notes 😊 Great video loved watching as always ❤️
Hey Laura. I got it in the Lidl toy event and I can't seem to find anything online which is quite as good unfortunately. They bring around the same toys a few times a year so it may be worth keeping an eye out! ❤️
