I still do ... love the cards you share with us. Thank you for setting an example of a long and solid marriage, for my daughter and other children whose parents have divorced. We’ve had our reasons but it’s still nice for those children to see an intact marriage. And to hear from someone that it did require work. I’m hoping I’m not offending anyone. It’s certainly not my intention. ♥️ to all!
Oh there are so many reasons couples can not and should not stay together. Long term marriage is most certainly not for everyone! And yes, we coasted for many years, until we couldn't coast any more. Therapy has helped us so very much. Hard, but worth it!

Beautiful card, beautiful stamp and die set, and beautiful sentiment. Before I married my husband, we went to an Engaged Encounter Weekend. One of the couples who spoke to us had been married about 20 years, and they said that sometimes marriage is waking up and deciding whether to go on loving your spouse for another day. It sounded awful to me at the time, but it is definitely a series of decisions, over the course of years. Happy Anniversary to you and your husband! I hope he loves the card!

Congrats on 30 years of marriage Cathy! That is impressive. My sweetie and I just did cards and count our blessings on Valentines' Day. We never married so no real anniversary, however we were together over 20 years. But yeah we were huge on hugs and laughter rather than gifts.
Congratulations! My hubby and I celebrated 18 years last June. Funny story: we both talked about our anniversary prior to the day, then WE BOTH forgot all about it this year. Then a few days later, it dawned on us that we both forgot. We both laughed so hard over that. We couldn’t believe we did that. Lol! I was married previously for 13 years, so time lost I guess. Fun video. I’m catching up on last couple weeks videos. Hubby had knee surgery and it’s been a little crazy around here. Great to see you!

Happy Anniversary! We celebrated 39 in August! Our first date was on Valentine's Day in 1979, so obviously, we also celebrate it. We got married in 1982 between 2nd and 3rd year of his law school. So Valentine's Day 1983 we were poor. We decided no presents. That morning, he gave me a card he had made. He decorated it with Highlighters and wrote me a poem. It was so sweet. The next year we're both yuppies with no kids and a dozen roses were delivered to my office. Lots of folks oohed and ahhed but it came with a little card written by the florist. I told him I appreciated the roses but not as much as the card. Every year since he has made me a card with a poem. And I have them all.
