What persuaded you to go with the procharger. Was there a 5.0 you drove with one? I know you drove the Paxton supercharged and a 4.6 procharged

IDK, I think a few mods (maybe '93 octane tune) and the 2013 GT convertible with a BOSS 302 suspension (also from 2013) would be a very good combo!

When I saw the end I was so caught off guard I almost spit milk on my mom and she's like " WHATS WRONG?!" And I got up and said" David got a procharger!!!!!!" And she just looked at me and said" you're crazy aren't you"

So happy to see you still putting love into your car. I don't say this as just a generic statement, I have been a car guy since before I could drive. Making what ever car I had own "my own" has always been one of my passions and I have been very happy to hear you make this statement in you videos. I am now 34 years old, I had bought and sold 33 cars before I was 30 years old. Now, as I have gotten married, gone through school and grown professionally, I look back at cars that I wish I had never sold. I have never owned anything exotic or expensive, but they have all been mine. I'm eager to watch your progression with Smurf and pray that I can once again get something to make my own. Growing up sucks, but maybe the advantages of my choices will bring me there again. Cheers.

Man, I wish I could be more like you David. You seem like such a nice guy who doesn't tell every living soul about your car, yet you are proud of it and don't care whether people like it or not. It's almost like your humble, but not quite. You also seem like such an approachable and friendly guy that anyone could take to and have a nice conversation with. As if you are the ideal person in a car community, and, well, life in general.
Like I said this will probably be lost soon enough but I just wanted to put it out there. Hopefully I can meet you in person some day and see that grabber blue mustang with my own eyes instead of through camera lenses.

what's a pro charger
+Jaskey G its a belt driven turbo the procharger is mounted close to the engine and a belt conencted to the engines belt spins the progarger which spins the turbine sucking in air to the intercooler or intake manifold directly.
with more air and more fuel (fuel is added once the ecu is tuned, this lets the car know ur sucking in more air meaning u need more gas)
then u make more hp!!

+Potato Potato The pro-charger is a bolt on also it's already installed and has been for about a month. Follow him on Periscope and you would know.
+Potato Potato Super quick and easy to install one of these. Matter of hours for him and his group, assuming they have everything. Could have it installed and on the dyno for tuning in a weekend easy.

I can honestly say I'm at a point where I'm always looking forward to you putting out videos. With the S13 project material and other stuff, you've really stepped your game up and you are one of my favorite car youtubers to watch.
Remember, you are NEVER done with your build. There will always be something new that comes out eventually.

Haha that was never for a supercharger. It was for creating a blood,sweat,and gears 2 where I wanted to travel and film to different cultures.Back then I basically said if the film was successful would boost it myself. It ended up working out in the end though.
I seriously was about to cry tears of joy when I saw procharger on the box. So proud of you David.

This was such a beautiful video. The mustang has always been an important car to me. It was the car ( my mom had a 2002 ) I learned to drive stick in, making it the first car I ever did a burn out in LOL. So after the initial redesign in 2005, I wanted one so bad, but never had the means. flash forward over ten years late and I finally get my own ( a 2011 5.0 ) and I was lucky enough to drive it cross country and really get to experience America in an American car. I just recently put a steeda CAI with a bama tune, and every time I step on the gas I smile like a little kid. You're love and passion for the mustang, motivates me to keep trying to build mine.

WOW man. I've been watching you for ages and the Mustang truely has become apart of you and the channels image. When I read the title to this video I was a little worried the announcement was going to be that you're selling it. All throughout the video as you went over the history it seemed more and more like this was becoming a goodbye video for it. Right as it got to the end it was deadset in my mind you were announcing that it's getting sold. Needless to say when I saw the box and heard the mention of a new chapter, it sent a shiver down my spine and a tear (of joy) to my eyes.
i guess that means someone else is paying for the boosting ;)
those last few seconds and i was like what oh! then i almost cried a little bit then i got really excited and its just crazy how far you've come with your car and everything. can't wait to see where the smurrf (and you) go next!

And because of you and your experience and how you treated your car with these mods showing its not about factory but it's about the vision I'm a soon to be mustang owner myself. Awesome man! Before I got my Skyline, I had a 96 Cobra and I put a F1-A Procharger with a vented to atmosphere vortech mondo valve, and it sounded amazing...I suggest a vented to atmosphere bypass valve and running a blow thru style MAF so you don't have to recirculate the air! Look forward to future vids man!
Smurff (and David too) is the cat that inspired me to get my own Mustang and personalize it as well. Smurff is one amazing machine to look up to and hope that I can do some fun like that with my Mustang.
I don't know much about engines and stuff and I'm building a 96 gt 4.6 l and watching your videos is helping me to learn and grow my knowledge about cars and I love watching your all your videos and love seeing the work done to your 240 keep up the good work man
great stuff man. I have the same mindset with my 12' 5.0. ...bolt ons, reliable, low 12's, made it my own and I can drive across the country without being concerned with reliability issues.

That was an amazing video I remember watching every single one of the videos in here. I honestly thought you were going to say you were going to get a 2015 in the announcement but it was better than that. I have seen your video editing become something amazing. I started during blood sweat and gears and have stayed since. The way you used small clips as a sneak peek as a big announcement was superb, congratulations with smurf and being able to do what you love.
It's your car...make it yours...if it means tuning higher...then so be it...it's his and his only...that's what makes you an individual...I applaude you...ill be waiting to see the numbers Smuurf makes now...and how it relates to the street and track...Bravo...and Happy Tuning!!!

I have been watching your videos since day one on smurf that's why I went and bought a 2011 mustang gt c/s. I love my car not much done to it. Thankyou for every thing on all you have done to your car to show me what I can do to mine.

I was with you on your "At Peace" Comment. It's exactly where I am at with my 3000GT VR4, mid 12s 1/4 mile, low 5s 0-60 if the launch is down and very reliable - I found I enjoyed the process of improving handling and braking over power and speed. I get into less trouble, and its more fun to have a car that pulls well but you can still really mash it out of each corner without entering the next way too fast. The car makes only 375-400hp sure, but even with 315s on all 4 corners of the car.
I do enjoy your car though, and the way you've modded it, and used it. hope it continues being great for you!

One more question. Is it a Paxton procharger? I know you liked the white 2013 Paxton 5.0 that you reviewed and I remember you saying that if you were to go forced induction that's what you would do.

I smoked the marker lights on mine. Get them at American Muscle pretty cheap. Gets rid of the yellow and red lights and looks aggressive. Your car looks really nice already. Definitely recommend
