Thank you for being you. I've been a fan of yours for a couple years and this mini-doc really solidified why. I remember screaming in bed at 4am watching your win at tx2k on youtube (woke up my roommates lol). I think it's how your car personifies you and vise versa: audacious, humble, and underdogs. Can't wait to see what you do next
I think we can all agree that we love an underdog story and you definitely bring that with the interga. One major reason I watch tx2k, wcf, or even built my own 4 cylinders to run against v8’s is to show that these small motors can pack a punch 🥊.
@@Reypure207 They probably just don't know any better. It's not to be insulting or on purpose. No excuse, a little research could fix that but I don't think it's to be rude.
The guy is so humble. I love the fact that he stuck with the Hondas over everybody choosing what already should be a fast car and beat them all. It's easy to make a fast car faster it's hard to make a slow car fast. I just wish there was one goddamn quality racing shop in Milwaukee.
Myles has taught me so much, and he doesn't even know it! If you get into Hondas now, start a turbo build for example, and go to the honda-tech forum to learn, you will come across so many gringotegra posts from the early 2000's, as he documented everything he went through. So many times I had questions, and there he was with the answer, in a post from 15-20 years ago. What intake works well for x hp, what turbo with this or that setup, what fuel to run with this much power and compression, etc etc... Much love, Myles!

I love the evolution story of the car and the build, years of work and figuring it out instead of just buying something already built. The car means alot more to him, and his fans knowing the whole story.
I remember that car when it was N/A at PIR late night drags, raced him a couple times 15 rears ago. Had a red 91 si hatch beat him twice but not a chance now go Miles.

One of my favorite trc videos by far! Myles is such a humble guy. I got to grow up watching this car evolve locally and it’s always been the best representation of what a quality Honda build should and could be.
Very cool story. Mad respect for doing what you want and how you want for yourself. Towards the end you mention something very key, which is the sacrifices you have made to make this happen. Most people simply do not understand what it actually takes.
It’s one thing to accomplish all these goals. Its another to share that knowledge with fellow racers. I always read comments from Myles trying to to kick knowledge to some us that need it. Myles is our Paul Walker 😊
Seen this at English Racing in 2016 during a friends dyno tune. One of the guys there told me it would go 190mph and I was just mind blown. Impressive build. The guys are English are top notch!

Man, thanks for making this. Brought me back to memory lane. I grew up Eugene area in oregon and remember when his car got stolen. Didn’t realize it was this car when I saw him at woodburn a couple weeks back. But great trip down memory lane for me and the shinanigans and stupid races I got into with mine back in 05-06 era.

Amazing story, Didn't think an hour would go by so fast, Much deserved success Myles stay safe out there and keep having fun! Shout out to TRC for the excellent montage as always.
I have seen Miles a ton of times but the most memorable was last year at Long Beach during my yearly anniversary vacation. I heard this Honda blasting off the limiter and when I looked ahead I started smiling because I knew that car just from the sound 😂❤
