@ Congratulations on your big decision! We wish you all the best for getting your CDL! We hope our videos will be helpful along the way! And, thank you! If your trucking path leads to Crete we will certainly appreciate if you use our code. Crete requires 8-12 months experience depending on your school, experience, and driving record. We’ll see you online in the meantime! 😃
I just love this channel. You two have the best sense of humor. And to go 3.3mn miles without an accident, that's incredible. As the gamers would say, "You're driving with all the cheat codes!"
Love❤joy of trucking ❤number 1 show 🌎 🇺🇸 be safe my friends.... Kevin n Tonya your number 1 viewer.... yall both greatest channel 🌎 n. Good people.... yall be safe God bless u both always.... never miss episode ❤❤❤
😂 Lol, love the "This is a piece of junk" comment. Reminded me of the scene in Kelly's Heroes when they talk about the Tiger tank. Hey, if Kevin could have waited he could have pinched a loaf at the grocery store destination. Lol.
🤞🤞🤞for getting hired! Yes, you’re not alone in that concern. The important thing is to communicate with your asset manager if the loads aren’t productive. Often the planner will automatically assign what’s closest. But that might mean too much wait time. Talk to your asset manager and see if he/she can find you something better. That’s ok to do. 👍😃
PS Please be sure to give them our referral code, SLOKEV, if you’re not already using someone else. And if our videos have been helpful. We’d be very grateful! Let us know how it goes!
My wife and I were driving separate vehicles and we pulled into a truck stop and I parked on one side where other small vehicles were parked. My wife had parked in between 2 semi's and I told her on the phone that she better move because if a truck tries backing in he won't see her and then hit her or blocking her in. So finally she drove over to where I was and soon after a truck backed in. We were driving from Florida to Missouri and not sure what state we were in since this was a few years ago.
Can’t wait till Crete builds the Lakeland terminal, so I can make the jump. I heard from a Crete driver i spoke to yesterday, that apparently their already done with the permitting and construction should start soon. Hope it’s true.
@ The city got very light snow. The streets around our house stayed clear. About 16 miles east on I 40, they closed I 40 do snow and accidents. Today was beautiful. Have a good evening.
My company has many trailers with full length graphics yet somehow when I’m transferring an empty I get one with big American flag graphics but when I pick up my loaded one it’s just a plain old box usually with tandems that have the damn lever instead of the little pull knob.
So. My question is, is Crete a forced dispatch carrier? Meaning if you don’t like running the North East, do they force you to go there or can you set a preference?
@@marqueswilsonn Crete works with their drivers. If you’re signing on for OTR all 48 they’d expect you to be willing to do all 48. But…you can talk to your asset manager about your preferences. You can also turn down loads if they are ‘unproductive’ or interfere with getting you to home time. Also…they have regional and dedicated accounts.
@ Thank You. I saw the regional posting but I enjoy running the west coast and the desert and I don’t want to have to commit to running the Northeast in order to run from the southeast to the west coast.
@@johnwolf1475 I’m sorry…we don’t know the answer to that. They take it case by case, so best to call recruiting. The number is in the description. 🤞🤞🤞
@@kenroy2030 It’s frustrating. But luckily Crete does pay the same cpm if you have to go get an empty. And in this case they pay additional for a shag and it gets us the empty. 😃

@@MichaelMilburn-v6k I agree with Michael, as nice as Kevin's right ear is, unless he's saying or doing something that we will be of interest to us all, keep the camera looking out the window. I want to see America!

Good night…😃
Just watched another's video, showed a bad wreck with several trucks, one was a Crete. Was in snow in Kansas on I80.
Oh no!!! I hope everyone is ok. 🙏🙏🙏Thanks for letting us know. Is it a new/recent video?
