Anater Ater there are a lot of kinds of ramen. the one which main flavor is soy sauce (i dont like it), the main flavor is rich pork bone soup that boiled like 2 days. very tasty and oily. and many other. you can make it your own if you have a stor that sell soy sauce and adapt it :) for me the heart of ramen is the soup.
defenetly the best part is pork soup...but its not what i was talking about...i want some day to try ramen given me by japanees street cook free and easy made...
i cant realy describe it...i see it in sort of evening walking in long standing cook..siting in long standing chair in dreamlike country and having this meal like theres nothing in this world matters...oh shoot, it tickles me even as i writing it..)))

My old neighbour Joi sang that song.
It was one of the most famous Ramen noodle shops in Tokyo. The shop was destroyed by fire which was started in the kitchen a few months back. There were a lot of Chinese tourists eat there, so tidiness was not their priority. Rating: (7/10)

for me, this place was nostalgic but taste was not so good just felt it’s atmosphere
Wouldn't believe it even you said it tastes great. In the first half of the noodles making, the first bowl of noodle left the boiling water a whole 60 seconds sooner compared to the last bowl of noodle. I can only imagine the inconsistency of the noodles.
Meanwhile in sitting here eating top ramen

Looks like the bowl is started off with some shredded leek, followed by shoyu tare and pork broth, then comes the alkaline noodles, then topped by lean chashu (it doesnt even look like chashu because theres hardly any fat, and the color is pale), pickled bamboo shoots then finally half cup of leeks.

I really want to know what's in the silver Shaker containers that they add before the water goes in? Seems every ramen video uses this "ingredient" but you can't see what's coming out of the Shaker because they put the Shaker inside the bowl.

I've been to his place but chose to pass. I've seen a lot of customers leaving leftovers in the bowl, especially the broth.
in Japan, if u eat evrything in the bowl, that means ur still hungry and its not a good sign as an Host, so u just leave a little broth at the bowl
A lot of people leave the broth because it is actually pretty salty - even though it might not taste so salty. Doctors and the health department are always saying don’t drink the ramen broth - it’s too salty. One bowl of Ramen will often have as much salt as a person should take over 3 meals in one day!

They are so efficient.
This may not be the best ramen in the world but seeing as Japanese fish markets open really early, it's cold, and you're still tired as hell. I'd rather have a hearty bowl of warm ramen just a walk away than going to a hugh end ramen shop.
Sadly, store was heavily damaged by a fire and it has been closed permanently.
