Visit birchliving.com/clayton to get $400 off your Birch Luxe mattress plus two free pillows! I think next to sewing, sleeping is one of my greatest passions, so I was so pleased to have them sponsor today’s video!
I was considering Birch before I watched this. I hope that you're still happy with your mattress. I need another one and don't want to buy something that will sit in a landfill long after I'm dead.
I do hope one day Angela makes a museum exhibition with all the things she made cause omg 😍
Oh will be great!
I made my first ever jumps from your previous tutorial and theyre part of my casual Belle cosplay with a matching petticoat. Great job on these jumps! Its very mango creamsicle and, saying this as a fashion compliment, it looks absolutely scrumptious.
I did the same thing. I loved the blue so much so I also made mine blue. Didn’t intend to look like Belle but a little girl at a historical reenactment event I was volunteering at thought I looked like Belle and that interaction made my whole week.
As a lover of all warm shades of yellow, I am in absolute AWE of this. How beautiful!!
+1
A few years ago, I watched your original 18th century jumps video, and all I could think was "I need to learn how to do this." It led me to my local community college's (very technical) fashion program, which led me to an internship with a local corsetmaking company, where I now work as a stitcher.
That video inspired me to go down a path that brought me to my dream job, and a passion for historical corsetry. I can't thank you enough for making it.
okay so the stardew valley rant was the most relatable part of the whole video
(and the jumps are lovely!)
Do\did you flirt with the town Doctor
@@jayaleearts Oh, certainly!
What a beautiful yellow color! Also your nails look super pretty
Agreed.
I’m always fascinated by your skills and sewing knowledge. Everything you make is always so beautiful! 💛
Another "pro tip", I once sewed the skirt I was wearing into the dress I was making, I no longer sew in long skirts ❤
I've sewn my cuff in more times than I want to admit, and it's not even particularly big cuffs or anything either 😭
Only once?
I used to have knee length hair and several times sewed my hair into a project
@@herminadepagan3407 Did you donate it or something? (this is none of my business)
Yes! I donated it in the memory of my sister who died of cancer.
As someone who loves using old sheets for stuff (especially mock ups) I love this. I also just love the way sheets drape haha
Always love your videos + your beagle model was wonderful for your sponsorship 😊 ❤️ 🐶
So pleased to see a new video. Loving the mattress info too. I'm a retired upholsterer and was delighted to have you explain it so well. Xx
So I always skip the ads youtubers do for skillshare, function of beauty, etc. But just the dog content held me riveted. Well done! An excellent ad design!
What a fun combination of sponsorship and crafting. The colours and flowers remind me of springtime. This is the perfect outfit for an egg hunt! As someone with over 1k hours of playtime in Stardew Valley, I can attest to its addictive nature. xD
I absolutely adored the skirt especially with the floral added parts. I agree the top was a bit plain. It could have used some lace and trims in green. It has a great spring vibe overall and just needed an easter basket!
I wish I could send you a picture of a tree I took a few days ago. It is that exact yellow vibrant color. I get what you're saying about it looks more summery but it looks wonderful and you did a great job on it
Thank you for the warning about the speeding stripes. Whew!
What a lovely outfit! Great to see you working on a new project. 🙂
Yellow is so difficult, but I think it turned out beautifully, if more summery than intended 💛
I NEED a nail-rating video!
Love the yellow , the puppies and well this hole thing.😃
your new mattress passes the doggie snoot test and pouncing on test
i love that kind of color yellow and white together.
You should get a gathering foot! Very helpful
Angela this came out super cute. I have a soft spot for quilted things that accentuate instead of take over the garment and this came out awesome :)
Just a few days ago I was staring at a quilt and started thinking about the old jumps video, and I realized, "You could totally make jumps out of a quilt. That would be way easier."
I love the yellow but it does look spring or summery but I'm not one for believing you HAVE to wear the colors fashionable. I think is beautiful!
We hit the thrift stores regularly for this very type of project.
you look lovely. You look like spring. You are so good at what you are doing.
I think it turned out beautiful
Oh I love this! Thanks for sharing!
I think this is lovely. The yellow is beautiful.
Oh my your 🐕 makes me so happy inside 🥰 ❤️❤️❤️😊
Yes I love these Jumps! Winter is coming
Wow this looks warm and comfy!
I picked up a partially cut quilt that someone was throwing away last year and now know what I'm going to use it for. Thanks!
So much skills!
I'm speechless, this is so lovely!
Love it !
It looks great!
Beautiful!
I’m lovin it!
Absolutely lovely and the yellow is BEAUTIFUL!!! That bed too!!!
I like it! I would have added some flowers to the yellow top as well.
I love it. The jumps look amazing.
It turned out great 👍🏼
This looks so beautiful
Ahhhh I love the colors
Love this, I wish I could wear that shade of yellow.
I think it turned out great!
Love it! Another stunning make! 😍💜
It came out very pretty! Don’t be so hard on yourself! Love it!
Oh Angela I love when you make these colourful dreamy dresses!! 💛
Love this video! Great job Angie 💜💜💜
I love the color of this outfit. Yellow has always been one of favorites!
Perfect!! I was just doing research on this last night and watching your old video!
I think it's a super cute ensemble! I love the colours, so bold and happy!
I love the creativity and using one item for another. Keep inspiring.
I LOVE this sooo much! 💗💗💗💗💗
I love this I also really love yellow it's
Sunny and happy full of life 💛
Well I love it! 😍
I may need to add jumps to my “maybe some time” list of future costuming. They do look lovely, though I can understand preferring pink!
I love how creative you are! It is so much fun to watch your videos! I love the time you take with your voice over work, you make me want to break out my sewing machine and make something!
Your dog is so cute. I love beagles
You are awesome. Like always well done.
I know you don't like the yellow, but I think it looks so pretty! I especially love it with the red hair.
Very festive for Thanksgiving😍
Your sweatshirt and sweater collection is so cute!
Maybe if you had used autumn colored leaves on the skirt and a brown tie for the jumps, instead of green, it would have given off more autumnal vibes for you. Holding a basket on your arm with squashes would have been a nice touch too.
this is lovely, i could see this being a costume in a play or musical of Cinderella
Cuuuuuute!! ❤️
Bonny ensemble! Thank you, I enjoyed that.
Birdy
That is one seriously adorable beagle
The little stardew valley moment was super relatable 😅❤️🐄 - quite literally, who else in pelican town will flirt with Harvey?! ;)
The bright red hair with the yellow makes me think of McDonald's lol 🍟
I like the yellow.
It came out cute
Yellow is my favourite colour so I absolutely love it! This may or may not go on the project list!
Yellow is a great color but very few ppl look good in it. I actually like the striped fabric.
Stardew Valley is one of my favorites! They've added so much content and free updates since it came out.
Angela, i think if you tea dip the whole project to age it and give the whole thing a
dirty tinge, you may like it better. It would benefit from a crochet or tartan shawl in a dark mustard. That may give you the "autumnal" vibe you are looking to find.
I think it is so pretty. I like pink too but the yellow looks sooooo good with your hair. What a fun idea! Bedding! Wow! Great job!
This is so pretty! I want to make stays so bad but they intimidate me sooo much lol, so i’ll probably start with jumps! Also, regarding the yellow color being too bright and summery, maybe you could try a tea dye to darken the color a bit :-)
You look lovely in it. And I love that you painted your nails to match. I love your videos.
I think it turned out so sweet! I need a skirt with all those ruffles. 😍
I love this, Angela! I love the color and comparative simplicity. My asthetic is much different from yours, but yours reminds me very much of my girlhood in the best and happiest of ways. I'm totally here for this project! Also, the waved ruffle detail on the skirt with the applique fake flowers is really nice and I just might use the technique (minus the tie-catching) if I ever make my own set. Thank you!
You look sooooooooo pretty in the finished garment. I enjoyed watching.
I love this! I'm now inspired to add jumps to my project list! (My stays are staring at me right now, unfinished and sad) and that tip about the skirt fabric will be helpful!
As another 'pink and sparkle-loving Angela', I agree on your thoughts of the color, but love the addition of the flowers! But😉...(and I mean this as a humorous observation, not anything mean!!!) Out of the corner of my eye, the red hair and the yellow and white stripes reminded me of Ronald McDonald! 😆 (again,no offense intended)
I find your narration super soothing and it's a meteor shower on my Animal Crossing island so I've just had that on in the bg pressing A as I hear the twinkle, and all of this just just lulled me to sleep and then you started talking about farming and flirting and I woke up and was so confused and had to rewind aah yes, Stardew Valley, that makes much more sense 😅
Hi, and happy holidays including Christmas 🏳️🌈👍🧕🏿😍🦹🏾♂️👌🏾
I from now on will only shop for beagle approved products. Thankyou for the useful information
wow.
me personally, REALLY enjoed this video, exactly the color! and I am immidiatly making jumps myself)
i did enjoy your video :D
I may have bought a beautiful quilt cover to make one of these
That tone of yellow for the outfit & red for the wig looked perfect for your skin tone... Unless a lot of color correction and/or makeup was needed to make all three look so good together.
I know you're not keen on the colour, but I think it looks sensational and very cute on you!
Yellow isn't my fave colour either, but this is lovely! You did a wonderful job planning and sewing it up, and I think my favourite part is the stripey bias tape. I bet this ensemble keeps you very warm!
I think the outfit is very cute
Thank you so much for the photosensitivity warning! Those stripes passing were trippy as hell... (this outfit is wild, btw, I love it!)
Stardew and sewing! Can these videos get any better?!?
Thank you for you amazing creativity and videos!
HA! So I'm not crazy for using bed sheets in my costume crafting!! :D
