I seen so many of these types of them but none of them looked like as fun as this. the animation for the like hunting is just so smooth and satisfying.
I'm decently far in this game and literally my only complaint so far is that towards the end enemies get a little spammy, but I mean I AM a shark who's killed hundreds of people, so I guess it makes sense.
the fact that it was an epic exclusive and its like $40 for ~10 hours of content, even with its grindfest, are some good reasons for it to not get as much love.

Plus it's not really much of a grindfest if you're doing the challenges and not just the story ones, plus just eating shit on the way to said challenges. Grinding would be like spending hours just swimming around eating as much fish as you can to level up without it being some part of the game's designed story or challenges. But if you play it right, it's not grind-y at all.
I think you should definitely beat this game, it's pretty good. I mean, what's better than wearing the bones of your enemies, or throwing shadow poison balls at people as a shark??? #HowsYourMamaAndThem

This was the first game I played when I got my PS5, thanks to PS+. It's such a fun game imo. Even if it isn't exactly the best in some areas, you can tell that the team had a lot of fun with it. I also adore the way that they frame it to be a docuseries. I hope to see you play this more!
I just like that the premise of the game is that the NPCs are stars of a reality show about hunting sharks, and you're just fucking everything up because you refuse to die.
Funny enough after playing this game i would rate it as one of the most enjoyable and satisfying games of 2020, its so simple jet so fun, no complicated mechanics or requirements, not too much to think about, just kill and have fun for few hours, perfect weekend game.
The most satisfying about this game thing apart killing everyone you see is being destroyed by a alligator and coming back later on when you’ve levelled up and one shotting it

Another series of fun facts, sand tiger shark babies fight and eat each other while still in their mothers womb, and bull sharks can swim in partially fresh water, so can try going up rivers.

I REMEMBER RENTING THAT JAWS GAME FROM BLOCKBUSTER IN MY HOMETOWN! The most vivid memory I have of that game is that after the first level, you get tranq'd and captured, but you break out... by grabbing a scientist with a lunge from the water, pulling him, ripping his right arm off, then you take it over to a card swipe... and swipe his card. No joke. You were expected to figure that out on your own as well. After I think it was five failed attempts, the game tells you " Maybe don't eat the entirety of the scientist. Maybe there's something useful in his right hand. "

A surprisingly fun game. It is like old games where it was for fun, rather than endless content.
This game is like 11-12 hours long but it's a REALLY GOOD 11-12 hours. I've never been more invested in a Discovery Channel documentary series.
