- This video will guide you through the process of assembling and installing an IKEA Kitchen Corner Cabinet Door.
The assembly and installation is quite simple and can be done by a single person without assistance. You only need a Phillips-head Screwdriver. An impact driver can be helpful but is not necessary.
NOTE: Many viewers have asked for the part number of the hinges that hold the two doors together. These should automatically be added to your order when you purchase the corner cabinet and doors, however, if you are having trouble finding the proper hinges then I have added a link below where you can find the PDF file for those hinges.

Thank you so much. I had a very hard time looking at the Ikea manual. If anyone has a problem finding the hinges in the 2nd door, they are included in the base corner frame box. The Ikea planner person added the 153-degree hinge in my design, which is not needed.

Man, I'm gonna have to dig around. I've been looking for the second hinges all night yesterday. I'll check where I unpacked the box. They should have packed the hinges together. So dumb.

Hi all, I found this usefull, the first hinges he is using is are the 153 degree angle, the second set of hinges came with the kitchen cabinet over 170 degress, in our instance we didn't receive any, we where able to contact the ikea service centre, and they where able to provide a set. Please note, there are not available online or in the store, you need to talk to the returns desk to get another set.

Thank you so much you are a life saver. I was going bererk looking for the instructions. Which were written on the smallest bit of paper and there was no mention of the part number of the hinges! Most IKEA stuff is pretty straightforward or has good instructions this set up was a real exception
Ikea didn't bother to include good instructions. I took this to a cabinet maker friend who does kitchens and he coudn't figure it out either. Thanks for the video, it answered the questions, no thanks to IKEA a company worth avoiding at all costs.

I had the same problem but I found them eventually. I think they came with the hardware for the base cabinet. I was looking for a separate Utrusta bag for a long time.

My handyman who installed most of my kitchen hasn't been back for >2months so I decided to give the corner cupboard a try since it was the last door left. No instructions anywhere to be seen, must of been thrown out a long time ago. Now my kitchen is finished :) very helpful thankyou

This video helped me somewhat, but just not quite enough because I never really got a close up of the hinges. As far as I could see, the hinges supplied to me just would not allow the loose door to fold back so that the fixed door would close. I had added complications in that my whole order stretched out over nearly three months due to covid shortages, and I installed the corner base cabinet first, and the doors as the last doors - three months later. So I found the hinges but had no idea what "code" they were when it appeared that maybe I had the wrong hinges. I had probably long forgotten that the crucial "unusual" hinge attached to the floating door probably was inside the cabinet box. Because I had long forgotten. To make matters worse, that hinge was not on the order list and when I went to Ikea for help they had no idea what part number it was, nor what was wrong that stopped my doors working. Via the web I eventually, after buying a second set of hinges which did not fit, but looked very similar, I discovered the hinge is part number 110682, and can be purchased as a SPARE. But once I saw a detailed photo of it, again on the web, I realised I had the right part. So why would the door not work? Well it turns out there is an adjustment that if incorrect will prevent the loose door folding back. And that largely was my problem. I also needed to adjust the clearance between the doors to make sure the two doors don't touch. So this install can be a nightmare if you don't realise that there is a crucial sliding adjustment that can stop the doors functioning completely.

This video saved my day. I’m from Sweden and raised on IKEA products 😂 so I thought I will assemble this double doors easily. However I was stupid enough to get rid of all boxes to be able to store all doors at a small space. Amazing video, Thank you so much. Do you know the Code # of the connecting hinges? When i purchased the cabinets from Ikea ( or the Website ) it came with 2 x 153 degree same hinges. However the second 153 degree hinge does not connect the doors together. I appreciate if you could share the product code for the second door. ( No info on Ikea website ) Thanks in advance.
I have the same problem. I've been to IKEA 2x in two days (2 hours round-trip): first time I got 110 degrees, second time I got 153 degrees. Neither work.

I want to know a few things
- do you put the 153 hinges on the unit door attaching to the cabinet?
-which hinges came with the cabinet?
How did your doors seem to sit so flush and close so smoothly?
My outside door is hanging quite low and heavy, it takes a lot of force to push it up but it won't stay there, no matter what adjustments i make.

Does anyone know the part number of the hinge that connects the two cabinet doors together. I can’t seem to find it anywhere and mine did not come with
I know its too late but its in the box of hardware that comes with the cabinet itself.

What hinge do you use to attach the second door? I'm thinking the planner didn't catch it - I don't see it on my order form.
Excellent video! One question about the hinges: There are the "utrusta 153" to attach the first door to the base unit. But then there is another set needed between the two little doors. Which Ikea name/number are those? I cannot find this anywhere. Thanks a lot.
Hi Phil, Yes you're right the video shows four sets of hinges. Two hinges come in a plastic bag and are the same as all other hardware used for mounting standard doors and then there are two different type of hinges (these are the ones that connect the doors together) which come in another separate plastic bag package and includes the attachments on the outer door. So when you order a corner cabinet from IKEA the program should add one set of special hinges in one bag and it should also add one additional standard door hinge package. I believe the part number you are looking for is AA-698584-3. Hope this makes sense. Vito Casola - FIX IT Yourself!!

When you purchase a corner cabinet it includes the hinges to attach the two doors together. It also shows on screen another pair of 153degree hinges that are to attach the doors to the cabinet but they are a separate purchase.
hello what is the part number on the centre hinges that attach door to door ? i am missing mine and ikea is unable to give me a part number
I figured out the mystery of the second set of hinges! Mine were not included with the shipment, only the 153's. After a ton of research, and a very long phone call with an awesome ikea agent, she found out that you cannot purchase the hinges yourself. They are not on the website or in store. You have to have them shipped to you! Give ikea customer service a call and speak to someone in the kitchen department.

Hi great video . Can i ask do the joining hinges come with the doors ? I couldn't find any extra hinges so i went and ordered the 153 degree that is a must be brought with this door turns out its the wrong hinge. Any idea of the order code. Thanks

Same issue I have. Hinges they sent (110) are too large to fit the holes on the door. Tried to improvise and nuked the door. Anybody know?

Just to clarify, because I came here to see how the doors joined together….I installed the corner cabinet several weeks ago, only now just putting carousel in and fitting doors and I didn’t have enough hinges. I had the 153° set to connect the one door to the cabinet but nothing else. Regular door hinges didn’t fit the pre-drilled holes, I could not understand what was missing from looking online at pictures and watching videos. The instructions that came with the doors or hinges were no use. While on hold for Ikea customer services I decided to dig out the instructions for the cabinet itself, lo and behold, that’s where they explain about fitting doors. I also found a box with the “missing” hardware I called Ikea to order 🤦♀️ I feel it’s kind of not helpful to put the hinges in with cabinet parts, they should have come with the doors and separate instructions. Especially as kitchen projects tend to drag on, pieces can go missing, and the last thing to go on is doors. Anyway, hope this helps someone work out what’s what

Hi Vlad, I think the product code is shown at 2:07 mark as AA-698584-3. When you google IKEA AA-698584-3 you will be able to download the instruction leaflet that I'm holding in the video at the 2:07 mark. I purchased the doors at IKEA together with the corner cabinet. Unfortunately I'm not sure where you could get the exact same doors, but any kitchen cabinet supplier should be able to closely match the doors for a similar corner cabinet and they should also sell matching hardware. Hello M. Walker, I believe they were also UTRUSTA but I don't know for sure as I originally opened the bag and then misplaced them and I thought that IKEA forgot to include them but then I ended up finding them. I'm sure IKEA will be able to help you out. Best of Luck.
I was having the same problem, where I couldn’t find the second set of hinges. If it helps, they are included with the cabinet, not with the two-part door or separately.
@Riely O'Suilleabhain They were in a smaller box within the box for the cabinet. Since they're parts of the cabinet frame, so they don't have their own product name and number as far as I know. The part numbers for my hinges were 110682 and 109397, but the numbers may be different for your cabinet. You can find the part numbers towards the beginning of the assembly instructions for the cabinet frame. From what I've seen, this is a pretty common problem that folks run into, but IKEA support should be able to get your some replacement parts if you can't find yours. Best of luck!
