With everyone moving off grid or into vehicles, learning self sufficiency/agriculture and community commerce pretty soon we're gonna have a modern medieval society and I'm so down for that
I see a lot of comments saying that there are lots of minivan conversions, but as someone who is doing a lot of research regarding vans I can agree that I haven't really been able to find other minivans where the conversion starts by ripping everything out to the frames, often people keep all of that in. I for one would love, LOVE more information/videos regarding how gutting the minivan went, what you needed for that, and if you sold parts or just or just trashed them. This is beautiful!!
We just gutted our minivan!! It was surprinsingly easy, everything was plastic and snapped in. A phillips, flat head and ratchet set is about all you will need!!
I watch way too many camper videos on UA-cam, and out of all the camper designs, you have the most practical, and elegant design on here! I like how you can still use your van for hauling heavy items if need be, for me I'd like to move some contractor things while I'm not out and about camping and this is perfect. You also don't have the risk of many insecure objects flailing throughout the van if an accident/heavy braking were to occur. Thanks for sharing and stay safe guys.
My wife and I are about to trick out our 2004 Pontiac Montana BUT we've been searching videos for insight bc once we demolish the existing interior it it's all or nothing. We've seen many variations but the flip-up table when the sliding door is open, it was our favorite part. We will definitely be including that in our build. Thank ya'll for being pioneers.
That's weird...I've watched boatloads of MiniVan conversion videos on UA-cam...Yours is very unique and looks awesome...I live in a Grand Caravan and used everyone's ideas from vids I've watched to do my no build build.
Hahaha..i have a no build build too..stressed out over building a damn bed..lol. saw a video of Minivan Lee and she has a no build build and is a hippie chick like me so a no build works perfect..now? No more stressing over a bed build that I don't need..✌😊
Well thank you very much. Beautiful/unique. But I'm thankful you took time to explain how the battery set up works. I've not seen anyone explain it like you did.
Dualex, how are you..i bought your ebook. I have a 1997 ford e250 high top fiberglass van. It is ambulette with a lift chair, i bought it some time ago..in the headliner i could see metal frame. I think maybe the whole van is metal frame but is in between the top and the bottom or underneath fiberglass layers... Was thinking about putting refletix then glue a wood frame then insulate and either put luan plywood or cedar planks. I see not way to screw into fiberglass...what you think
I've been so happy with my own build. Saw this & will be making changes. Wow. Best conversion ever! It's like a mini tiny house, my personal goal. Thanks for being such an inspiration! Please make vids when you're out camping or traveling. Much success to this fun & happy couple!
Amazing! I'm doing the same project here in Brazil using local wood & fabrics. It will be Stealth outside & Country|Hippie|Retro inside. It became my obsession. I studied 7 years how to set up everything by myself. Thank you for sharing
Kyle and Madison, first I want to say that you'll are a beautiful couple. The van build out is awesome. It's one of the best that I've seen. Thank you'll for sharing!
8:09 see the positive connection on the battery. it has nothing over top if it protecting it from grounding out on the hood. It's well past the stock height of the top post terminal. Clearly it's worked this long. But it's a danger non the less. If you get into an accident it could start a fire quickly. I see the fuse box you mounted. That helps but you should address it by buying a battery junction block, and then only run one connection on the battery. Be safe
So beautiful, great job one of the best I've seen. The mechanicals are well done too. I like your idea of blocking off the side window, for one person the bed could be much narrower and the side with the blocked window could be expanded out to create a huge amount of storage.
Your van build is wonderful. It's so warm and looks like home. Madison you look like a young Meryl Streep & Kyle you should be q model you have the most gorgeous hair, perfect shiny curls. You guys have the only down to earth and thorough tutorials. Thank you. God bless you. I'm 68, just retired, hoping to do a build as well.
Wow!!!! Just Wow!! Greetings from South-west England :D. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea how you guys have done this minivan but out of the hundreds i have seen here on youtube. This is by far my favourite. Very inspiring! I have a few friends who are incredibly talented at electronics, car mechanics and woodwork (Me, not so much lol), so i will show this to them and see if they can help me fulfil my minivan dream ready for the Summer so i can drive all across Europe :) Thank you SO much for your video! You guys seem like such an awesome couple too!! Cheers to you both, stay safe during these crazy times, and all the best for the future :)
You both really made a nice cozy and clean looking minivan RV.. Love the wood. I like there is.no clutter. A lot of minivan rv conversions ways looks full of clutter to me buy you guys one is so well put together.
This is such a beautiful build! I would find it hard not to put the bed up to fit extra storage under, but this is making me think twice. Such room you have in there! Great job!

I like the build, kinda reminds me of the more “respectable” 70’s era custom vans interiors in the old car magazines my Dad had laying around when I was growing up!
With everyone moving off grid or into vehicles, learning self sufficiency/agriculture and community commerce pretty soon we're gonna have a modern medieval society and I'm so down for that
Big facts!!! Totally agree ma'am
Idk im down
All young people should be living in an suv or car to save money because rent ain’t it.
Beautiful isn't it?
I will trade you these two apples and a paperback novel for 4 ears of corn. Deal?

Me too Sasha. Next build, I hope you do more, please video every step so we can copy...
Forestry Forest gutted his minivan too. Totally different buildout though, check out his videos as well. I really like this buildout though.
We just gutted our minivan!! It was surprinsingly easy, everything was plastic and snapped in. A phillips, flat head and ratchet set is about all you will need!!
@@mariasessa2158 Did you run into any issues taking out airbags? I'm thinking about gutting my minivan out and doing a build similar to this.
@@mariasessa2158 which minivan model and year?
Cute ❤️ 😍 😊 😚 🌸
I am blown away by this build. Absolutely amazing!

The build quality and carpentry in this van is surreal, its amazing what you did here.
