What a truly excellent design. I have recently bought an inflatable Sailing dinghy, I will now get the materials to make it myself.

I think it a smart idea to suggest connecting on one side and deploying across the beam to the other. Seems like a better place for boat balance when climbing back on.

Thanks. I will try your idea. Wish you had a video showing it in actual use...on the water and someone climbing out using the knots etc.

Thanks, i think i ll do that next time i go for a swim, probably not until the mid summer. It does work though i've used it a few times.
