Hey chevee, I am trying to taper off lexapro i have been on about 7 months im at 5mg, are you on any other medication at all?

Yes and no. I didn't transition to another prescription, but I still take Vitamin D3 to maintain my levels. I had a blood test and found it to be low and started supplementing with a high dose at my Dr's request. I've found it makes a big difference.
