Thanks, after watching it again at the start and found it at 0:22 Super quick mention for 2 secs. Was wondering because I missed it as it went by so quickly and didn't see anything explicit in the description.
I tried the new LAM playground feature, and it’s really good. I’m interested to see how other people use it. To all of you who say this is useless, you probably don’t own one. There have been plenty of updates made to this thing, and as of right now, it’s pretty good. I have it sitting on my desk, and I use it all the time while studying. Don't just call it useless just cause you saw a bad review 6 months ago lol
@@bryanlim7592 A few days back I wanted to re-format my hard drive and there were four different formats APFS ,APFS Encrypted, APFS (Case-sensitive), APFS (Case-sensitive, Encrypted), took a pic of it and asked rabbit what the difference between all four were (much faster then writing it all down on google and comparing each one), went to the mall the other day used rabbit to compare the prices to a local marketplace, asked rabbit to give me a pop quiz about python, asked rabbit to set a timer for a hard boiled egg (much faster then googling it and setting up a timer in your phone) there are so many more these are just a few that I've used recently, and I've also noticed my screen time reducing a bit. For the LAM playground I haven't use it that much yet but i took a pic of that same hard drive and asked it to find the same one on amazon and put it in my cart and yeah it worked, I had to login to my Amazon account beforehand though, and like I said I used it a lot while I study to get quick info, if I use my phone I will get distracted by a million things, you can definitely do all of this with your phone but I do like the form factor and the ease of use. Calling it a "scam" or "useless" is just unnecessary.

As someone who currently uses AI commonly i can safely say almost all of this is doable with access to an AI on any device and you dont have to spend money on a useless device. Still have to go to the site and physically go through the checkout yourself. Imagine paying that much of a piece of tech that is that useless compared to just using your phone and any of the plentyful AI models now out there.
You're right, it being faster on all other platforms and more useful on other platforms is what makes it useless and a waste of money. the delay on the response
@@Efleion Let me know what product, app or just software will shop for a product via voice command on a specified web site and add it to your shopping cart. I'll wait. AFTER you specify that, feel free to talk about what is "more useful" about that product or app...

The initial launch is a stain on the LAM models in the public sphere. Doesn't matter how many improvements are made, people just see it as an underpowered android device, used to take advantage of the hype.
12 mins man you talk slow & ramble , get to the keynotes faster , i do enjoy your content , great background music , good transparency however you did slide through letting us know this is sponsered content rather quickly but that's cool , thumbs up from me !
So, if you missed the second that you mentioned this was sponsored, you'd never know. This is garbage. I'm putting your channel on my "do not trust" list.
The only thing they actually made is the LAM playground. THEY SHOULD HAVE RELEASED WITH THAT. because they didn't, the public sees it as vaporware, a stain on LAM sentiment. All the other demos can be done with GPT4o alone. (including talking to it)
Yes! We don't need sugar goating nor bashing bias nonsense video of a product. We want a reality check that's why we watch youtube to learn. If we want to listen to nonsense, there are thousands of the comments here
this video shows that rabbit is a floundering company that wants to stay relevant by any means necessary. They already lost the trust of people. this video only stands to remind people not to trust this company and the product. Everyone who didn't get paid to review this product thinks its useless and awful and the only people that have good things to say are paid by the company, Not to mention the inconsistent editing in this video between the requests and the responses from the rabbit. Just from the video it seems like this thing still doesn't work and doesn't do anything more helpful than the multitude of cheaper options. Most ai products these days can remember context and perform actions on your behalf better than this little device with added benefit of having your info already. Rabbit needs to put the money away and work on making a better more useful product. They've already killed their public image. The only thing that's gonna save them is actually bringing something useful to market or making their product free gain market share and data from their users and figure out a way to sell something based on the new findings.
Truly awful device. Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi for more than a few minutes. Won’t connect to iPhone hotspot at all. Battery percentage actually goes down whilst it’s on charge. Clunky.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?
It won't work without a connection whether that be wifi or inserting your SIM card into it @sidewinder892
Thank you for disclosing this is a sponsored video. I appreciate your integrity. Get that bag!
I always have to. I will say if you have an r1 already you should give the updates a try
Was thr bag worth it?
This is a sponsorship it has to be they run their launcher on android. Then they use playwrite. Even the AI pin was more interesting
3 times + more interesting at $699? I don't THINK SO...
Is this video being sponsored by Rabbit?
he said so, so yes.
Thanks, after watching it again at the start and found it at 0:22

Was hoping they would stick it out despite the negative reviews. Happy to upgrade and test this out on my R1...

Awesome, what kind of queries have you run? Glad to hear you are enjoying it and have use for it
What use cases have you used it for? What are the features or functions on it that you can't find or do on an app on your smartphone?

other than, you know, getting the word out on a new software release and demonstrating it. Other than that, totally useless...

Now, that's finally a bored faced at work 👏😵

Still can't set a reminder or set an alarm though also won't talk to my Google assistant and get it to set an alarm/reminder

SO its basically a really slow / useless version of my smartphone
YES! Even a $100 smartphone that is half cheaper can do 100x more😂

so chatgpt ?
It has access to chatgpt, Claude and plepexcity

it says my post has been edited the second I posted... Why?
My camera doesn’t do squat. Don’t even know why it is there. Worse tech investment of 2024
Yes, the device sold a lot and many were disappointed for some reasons.
A sponsor piece is a commercial, not a review. You should care more about your own credibility.
Dude you only covered shopping. You did not review anything else. Duh
