Wreck it Ralph has probably the best twist villain of that era of Disney, but it's also amazingly foreshadowed. Firstly, King Candy's very design contrasts highly with the rest of the Sugar Rush game looking like a Disney/western animated character as opposed to Sugar Rush's Japanese anime aesthetic, making him immediately feel out of place. Secondly, Vanellope's name, it fits the pun naming scheme for racers but also includes "von Swepts" and is the only character to include the "von", which is significant when you remember that "von" is a Germanic term indicating nobility, foreshadowing her being a Princess. Then, of course, there's the voice of Turbo in the flashback if you pay attention it's clearly the same voice actor as King Candy, but on initial viewing you often miss it or write it off as them just reusing a voice actor for a quick take. Thus when the twist happens it CAN surprise you, but you don't feel betrayed because it fits with everything you've seen up to that point, and on repeat viewing you can then see all that clever foreshadowing.

Ralph is the perfect example of how a villain is only as good as their hero, because without Ralph there is no game. And Felix is the perfect example of how privilege can constitute towards arrogance, his popularity due to him being a good guy made his awareness of how important Ralph was very cloudy at times. Which further explains why Ralph wanted to win at something so badly, he just wanted to be seen, loved, and recognized just as much as Felix was.
I feel like this kind of goes back to the phrase "Villains aren't born, they are made", in that Ralph isn't a bad person, he has just been hurt by his circumstances. It also ties into something I've decided, which is that not all antagonists are evil. Evil is when someone likes hurting others. Below that is what I would probably call "Lost" or "Broken", where someone is just a normal (or possibly even a fundamentally good) person, not really evil at all, but have been so injured by life that they have lost the ability to care. I think Ralph is a good example of this because he isn't evil, he just has been hurt by life and unable to move past it. Once that changed and he could move beyond his pain, he actually was a good person. Yes, he continued to fill the role of villain in the game, but that was a job and he was actually a good guy underneath. Another good example is Wanda from the MCU. I feel like she sort of personified "the ends justify the means". Everyone has goals they want to accomplish, and everyone has lines they are not willing to cross to accomplish them, Wanda just had those red-lines moved because of how badly she had been hurt. If she could have moved beyond that pain I think she would have been a good person. But I am also a sucker for a redemption story.
What makes the King Candy twist reveal so effective is we already see him as a villain anyway, him being turbo just recontextualizes all of his actions throughout the movie
I always cry when Ralph does the mantra when he’s sacrificing himself. Like I know that feeling of being viewed as Ralph was and it’s fine to be who you are and don’t have to prove anything because of someone sees you for you. Then that’s all you need.
"When you're ostracized, or neglected, or mistreated, it's hard to hear, 'Just accept and love yourself, and then the rest will fall into place.' Because really, at the end of the day, all you want is the acceptance of others, because that's the one thing you're missing." This is one of the most profound and relatable things I've ever heard from a youtuber. Thanks, Natalie!
Who knew a movie that looks quite generic fan service at first glance could have characters with such depth. One of the few later Disney movies I actually like.
Sarah Silverman really killed it in this role. She nailed the spunky, precocious kid and it was so endearing. Love when live action actors doing VO work put in that extra effort.
The interesting thing about Wreck It Ralph is that it was such a big success, Disney always put promotional material out for their next films advertising that some of the same creatives were involved in it. The next thing? Frozen. After that? Zootopia. Generally, the main person who was involved in those things creatively was Jennifer Lee. They had a huge run of great animated films, but it really started with Ralph.
@@ElectricFury She was tangentially involved in Moana and Big Hero 6, also, and she directed and wrote for Frozen 2, just like on Frozen. She’s been promoted to chief creative officer for Disney’s animated studios since then.
I honestly love how that Ralph's journey really made impact on all the connected characters. Vanellope, Felix and Calhoun all had their lives expanded and improved on their part of Ralph's journey.
I was so confused by the trailers for this movie, I was sure it was nothing but a shallow fan-service appeal to gamers. Imagine my surprise and joy when I finally watched it, and it was just genuinely a good, heartfelt, well-written movie, that ALSO pulled off fun fan-service and respectful nods to gamers 💖💖
better than mario movie. i can't describe how it was disappointing. the only thing going for it was jack black voicing bowser. everything else kept feeling off for me.
“I’m bad and that’s good. I will never be good and that’s not bad. Cause there’s no one I’d rather be, than *me* ” Probably one of my favourite written lines ever. When Ralph says it with more emotion instead of the usual way, he is fully prepared to die, it makes him more of a hero than any one
The villian affirmation at the end is by far one of the GREATEST scenes in a video Game movie. Also this was a great gaming movie before there was great game movies
Ralph and Venelope's friendship is one of my all time favourite relationships between Disney characters. I also really like how they do Felix and Ralph's dynamic too.
All of them were really good. One thing that someone pointed out as a reason that Jene is such an ass to Ralph. At the start of each game, Ralph punches into Jene's room, pulls him out and throws him offscreen. While Ralph has been the bad guy for 30 years, Jene has been manhandled and chucked around by Ralph every time someone plays that game. He has a reason to dislike him. Not saying it is justified, but there is a reason.
An interesting thing about Felix’s character is that at the beginning he’s neither supporting Ralph or the townspeople but in turn that makes him an Enabler. He doesn’t understand where Ralph is coming from but doesn’t want him to mess things up because he doesn’t understand Ralph as a person. But at the same time from his perspective things have been peaceful and so he doesn’t want to disturb the townspeople. It takes getting out of his comfort zone to understand the world around him.
*"I'm bad, and that's good. I'll never be good and that's not bad. There's nobody I'd rather be... Than me."* A quote I'll always appreciate from this movie.
My all time favorite animated movie. The writing is pitch perfect, how they sow the seeds for the twist later, everything makes sense and feels earned and it has genuine heart. One of those movies I will never tire of watching.
I love how the end credits takes us through the evolution of videogame technology. The Fix-It Felix song was made by "Buckner & Garcia" the team who made "Pac-Man Fever" back in the 80's. Alan Tudyk was doing a spot-on impersonation of Ed Wynn. He was the Mad Hatter in the original Alice in Wonderland.. He was also in Mary Poppins as the laughing guy.
Alan’s King Candy voice and look was done well because it was basically a callback to a Disney actor: Ed Wynn. He was the voice of the Mad Hatter and Uncle Albert on Mary Poppins. It was great having a voice actor who honored his sense of voice.
Thank you, I find it really sad that so many people are unaware of this. The role that I really remember Ed Wynn from was the Toymaker in Babes in Toyland. That role in particular is a very close parallel to King Candy (prior to the Turbo reveal) and I wouldn't be surprised if it was what Alan was imitating.
My Dad and I took some of my neices and nephews to this movie. I was surprised by how much I liked this movie. My favorite joke was "You would't hit a man with glasses"
The story structure is amazing in every way. Everything fits together and makes sense. Every major character has their own hero's journey, not just Ralph, which is expert storytelling and is just so satisfying to watch.
^.^ I was the bullied and struggled to love myself. I clung to toxic people since I thought that friends could fix my loneliness... I went to therapy when I was at the lowest low and learned to find my value. I dropped my "friends" and focused on changing to fit "my" approval. I'm the happiest I've been since I was a pre-teen and have the smallest "friend" pool ever... It really is the quality of people, not the quantity... and when you feel ostracized, the smallest sign that you are seen is huge.

In Mexico several decades ago there was a comedy show that included a character called La CHilindrina. A good girl deep down but really very naughty and restless, orphaned of a mother. In Spanish they hired the actress from La CHilindrina for the voice of Vanellope. I can't explain how great that decision was.
Jane Lynch has cosplayed as Calhoun. There are photographs. As for Alan Tudyk's King Candy Voice, it's his take on Ed Wynn's Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.
i only noticed it recently but the reason Ralph saves penelope isn’t just because she’s being bullied. He didn’t act until she got pushed in the mud exactly like he does in his game. It wasn’t until then Ralph understood exactly what she was going through and empathised
I've got two kids so saw this when it came out. It's actually a ridiculously good movie I re-watch on my own every now and then. Just a fantastic films.
This was one my favorite "very pleasantly surprised" films I had seen. The hook of the cameos of all the famous video game characters got me in the theater, and I stayed for the great ride the film had to offer! I loved the action pieces, the little mystery set to the rules this world has, and the best part of the film was the phenomenal voice cast putting in amazing performances. I had always found Sarah Silverman somewhat annoying, but this film completely changed my opinion of her talents. I've seen this film dozens of times and the cart crushing scene gets me every damn time, even during this reaction!
I read an interview where she admitted that she borrowed a leaf out of Andy Kaufman's playbook - every time she does TV interviews or stand-up where she's supposed to be "herself" she does a character instead. One of her favorite characters is the really foulmouthed, weirdly bigoted upper class person who is just clueless about their annoying-ness. So she's actually pretty versatile, because almost every time we see her it's a character, not her.
It's always the quote unquote kids movies that wreck me. Up, Toy Story 3, Brave, Encanto, etc. I routinely shed late middle-aged, manly overwhelmed tears at animated "kid" movies all the time. I'm not embarrassed.
Toy Story 3 was NUTS. They are so intense that those movies don't even seem like they are for kids. All I have to hear is the opening guitar from the Encanto grandmother's flashback song and I LOSE IT for the entire song. So incredibly powerful.
@danielhenderson3753 I watched Brave earlier today, unbidden, because I wanted to. Because Kelly MacDonald kicks so much [bleep] as Merida. The music slaps. Emma Thompson. Billy Connelly. The three wee babbies. The soundtrack. The accents. It's [bleepin'] gorgeous. I'm a random 60 yo guy from the middle of the US who watches Brave once or twice a year for pleasure. I say out loud "that scaffy witch gave me a gammy spell" whenever a machine or shard of programming code does not work as advertised, so several times weekly, usually, at my building's elevator lately. And, yes, I cried.
Coco always gets me in tears. The scene where Miguel sings "Remember Me" to Mamá Coco and she joins in 😢.... even now, as I write this thinking about the scene, I well up 😭😭😭😭
I watched this movie on on-demand, and it was purely outta boredom. I was not expecting it to be so damn good. Ralph saying the "I'm Bad..." montra while falling had me choked up. Also, Disney has yet to out do the Turbo twist.
That moment was amazingly done and powerful. The only thing I thought it was missing was for Ralph to, after the mantra, softly say "I'm gonna wreck it", just before impacting the Mentos.
Fun fact about Vanelope It's said to be modeled after a character from a Mexican comedic TV show named Chilindrina (the character) portrayed by Maria Antonieta de las Nieves who also dubbed her (Vanelope) in the first movie
The funny thing is that most of the bad guys in that meeting room ARE well liked. Bowser, Eggman, Zangeif. These are all characters that team up with the hero canonically at different times and that the heroes can and do get along with.
I love this movie, it spoke to me on such a profound level, Ralph's growth and his struggle to be accepted, when everyone thinks you're a bad guy and pushes you away for it so you think you're a bad guy, and his anger issues...Ralph's character is one very dead to my heart and this movie is definitely one of my favorites from Disney's
Fun facts: - The "surprise villain" trope originated from this movie, and Frozen 1 was written by the same creative team as Wreck-It Ralph. Which is why Frozen 1 also had a surprise villain. - "Fix-It Felix Jr." is inspired by the original Donkey Kong game. Felix is Mario, and Ralph is Donkey Kong. And, if you listen closely when Felix enters Hero's Duty, his jump SFX are the same as Mario's from the original NES games. - King Candy was voiced by Alan Tudyk, who starred in the Firefly TV series. After Wreck-It Ralph, he also had minor roles in Frozen 1 and Zootopia. - This movie was produced and released shortly after Disney acquired Lucasfilms, so there was a Star Wars reference in this movie.
This is one of those movies, like Cars, that my kids have watched over and over (particularly on road trips, so I've LISTENED to this movie a million times) but still always feels fun and fresh. Also, Felix/Calhoun are couple goals to me, haha :)
It's okay, a lot of people thought the same thing when it first came out. I wasn't interested in it at all but it was on the TV on a cruise ship in 2013 and it ended up being one of my favorite movies, an unexpected gem
I can’t get over how great of a villain king candy/turbo is he’s so fun and the twist is unexpected but makes perfect sense the moment you think about it. I also like how king candy being turbo kind of subtly subverts the expectation of what most ppl generally assumed turbos personality would be with him being this zany, charismatic, and dramatic guy rather than a macho racer dude LOLL
My son would watch it all the time when he was like 1 1/2, at the end he’d always wave by to Ralph and Penelope saying “bye!” Over and over, it used to wreck me…
I think no matter what animated film it is, it's important for the adult characters to act like adults, and the kid characters act like kids. And this film accomplishes just that.
When Ralph recites the bad guy affirmation as he’s falling down to break the mentos, always wrecks me! I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.
I definitely loved how much of a pleasant surprise this movie was to you and how it affected your feelings, but I especially love how you asked all the right questions along the way. That made it even more interesting for us viewers because we knew that those questions would be answered. Excellent reaction! Loved it. 👍👍
This movie was absolutely a case of "come for the references, stay for the great characters and heartfelt story" for me. I went into it with my friends and just expected to get a chuckle out of the video game cameos and not much else, and it ended up being the first movie I personally chose to see multiple times in theaters. It's just wonderful, full stop.
That's why me, a guy from São Paulo, Brasil, loves so much to watch your react vídeos, because I know excly what are you talking about, I know you are an HSP person just like me and It's wonderful to see someone else that represents you, who feel like you feel. I love your job, Natalie, keep going, you're the best!
Yeah they were looking for an Ed Wynn (Mad hatter/Laughing guy in Mary Poppins) esque voice. And Alan Tudyk said he'd been working on the impression and they loved it
The reveal of King Candy/Turbo, and Vanellope being the princess of the Sugar Rush game, has always made me wonder if “King Candy” was ever an actual character that Turbo killed. Could he have been like an actual father to Vanellope at one point, but then Turbo came in, killed him, and then usurped the position and rewrote the code? Or did he just claim the title “King”, even though Vanellope’s title of Princess was the highest in the game, know what I mean? If it’s the former, then in a way, Turbo’s just wearing the skin of Vanellope’s late father, or necromancy, reanimating him and playing the role. The Mentos Beacon finally put him out of his misery. That’s my personal headcannon anyway. Edit: biggest hole in this theory though, is-upon the game resetting, you’d think if King Candy WERE an actual character, he’d be accessible again. My only rebuttal with this theory is maybe he’s a late game unlockable character? It’s a reach but yeah
As someone who is 31 and has been an avid movie animation watcher, its nice that you are trying out this medium. They are well written and the messages are wholesome. Old school Disney Pixar has been dominate for years but DreamWorks has been bringing out very comparable movies.
I grew up in the 70's & 80's, so I was raised on old school Disney animated classics, the ones that won awards, and any good animated film should appeal to adults as well as children. Of course you have animated films specifically for adults, as well as the ones mainly for kids, but the market most want to reach is both at the same time. Movies like Wreck it Ralph are now classics because they reach both very well, but for every movie like this one, there are 5 more that are probably exactly as you would expect them to be. So just keeping getting recommendations from your people, and you'll see some of the best films ever made, animated or not. But try to steer clear of those straight to DVD type films as those things will make you question the meaning of life, and not in a good way. LOL
Huh, you changed your studio, I see. Chef’s kiss. You’re changing again. First you edit the censors in, and now your studio’s lighting is different. Not to mention the microphone. Absolute praise for that.
This movie shows a dynamic thats kinda rare in movies imo (unless im forgetting major ones). Idk how to describe it cuz its obvs not a romantic dynamic, its not siblings, its 2 people of similar personalities and similar motives but very different ways of going about it. Idk😂
A fun little detail most people miss is that when king candy locked up the memories. The tag said racers memories. That would include his own memories if he was really part of the game he wouldn't know ralph or about vanellope.
I loved the foreshadowing of this film. Especially for those who know the basics of programming and Speedrun hardware exploits. Vanellope was on the side of the game during the opening time warp. Salmon has an orange undertone to it. That castle was pink. The Konami Code was a big giveaway. That is for retro consoles. The code, for intended code, was simple: input -> command/storage -> output. But since emulation requires 10x more space and power, King Candy aka Turbo’s data was huge and needed emulation/adaptation code so he wouldn’t bug out like his first game jump. King Candy replaced Vanellope. Finally, all games have careful code to reload all active environments and static models. It’s usually an event trigger, like walking through a door. If Vanellope must not cross the finish line, then that very action is the reset command.
In the scene where Vanellope's glitching causes King Candy's model to glitch between King Candy and Turbo, if you watch frame-by-frame, you can catch a single frame where Turbo looks directly at the viewer with a big thumbs up and a deranged serial killer smile, and it's genuinely kinda disturbing.
Another amazing detail: When we seen King Candy's throne room, you might have noticed that giant crown hanging over his throne, but if you look closer, you'll notice that it's actually a giant TIARA, foreshadowing that King Candy is not actually the rightful ruler of Sugar Rush. That's not his throne room.
If for no other reason Wreck it Ralph 2 is worthwhile just for the scene where Princess Vanellope von Schweetz meets the other Disney Princesses, hilariously cute.
The part that really gets to me is the way Vanellope knew that racing was in her code. And when Ralph sees her art on the cabinet it's like "Oh shit, she was right!"
On a note of the sound design: The music at the end of the villians anonymous meeting when the title card comes in is so good to me. I love the track and the way the edit is paced around it.
😎👍 Another animated feature you would definitely enjoy is the movie simply called "9" (released in the year 2009). It also features John C Reilly among many other celebrity voices, and it's definitely NOT for kids, at least not really young ones. It's way to scary and intense. 👾
Speaking of movies that are emotional, do not miss FINDING NEVERLAND (2004) with Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet; THE FATHER (2020) with Anthony Hopkins; and DEAD MAN WALKING (1995) directed by Tim Robbins (who played Andy Dufresne in SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION).
The glitch is supposed to be seen as a inability, like a broken leg, a messed up hand, but it's a inability given the context of a video game character, she's seen as inferior because of her unstable glitch, while on the ending it's quite the contrary, she is the rightful princess of Sugar Rush, so she is now the highest form of superiority there is to that game, but the moral when it comes to her is to accept yourself for who you are, instability or not, you can do great things when you put your passion onto it.

I hope she watches Brother Bear once! It's one of like 2 or 3 animated movies I shed a tear while watching 😁
I'm new here, has she done Puss In Boots 2 the Last Wish yet? One of the best ever.
@@playgroundchooser Yup, she did!
If she wants to get surprised by more animated film, maybe she should add "Watership Down" (1978) to her to-watch list?
This movie caught me off guard on how heartwarming it turned out to be. Loved it!
Plus it has one of the greatest ship in fiction

plus there's some stuff in there for the adults. "You're just a glitch" when they bully Penelope rally being you're just a bitch lol

Yeah, Ralph and Venelope are cute together.
Who knew a movie that looks quite generic fan service at first glance could have characters with such depth. One of the few later Disney movies I actually like.
You've made it this far WITHOUT seeing Wreck It Ralph?! Shocking. Gonna enjoy this one.
Yeah all 3 of those were really good movies. Did she have a hand in Moana too?
@@ElectricFury She was tangentially involved in Moana and Big Hero 6, also, and she directed and wrote for Frozen 2, just like on Frozen. She’s been promoted to chief creative officer for Disney’s animated studios since then.
yeah but then she ruined her portfolio with a million sequels.

Im glad they didn't spoil much
better than mario movie. i can't describe how it was disappointing. the only thing going for it was jack black voicing bowser. everything else kept feeling off for me.
I remember being in France and just seeing a bunch of posters of this weird character 😅
Vanellope being a video game Disney Princess is so amazing. Never would've expected something like that.
“Aw, I feel bad for Ralph, man”
Ladies and gentlemen, we got her.
That last sentence always gets me haha "Cause if that little kid likes me, how bad can I be?"
Disney’s internal studio was on a hot streak with Tangled/this/Frozen/Big Hero 6/Zootopia/Moana.

@@christopherb501 a classic by disney, but the comment above was talking about the 3-4 year streak disney had releasing those movies!
“I’m bad and that’s good. I will never be good and that’s not bad. Cause there’s no one I’d rather be, than *me* ”
Probably one of my favourite written lines ever.
I LOVE the relationships in this movie. There's a romance, but most of the other relationships are deep and committed OTHER kinds of relationships.
Until Wreck the Internet makes Ralph a weird clingy uncle instead of a friend and a father figure.
Than me."*
A quote I'll always appreciate from this movie.
I have tried to figure out who Tudyk was impersonating for years. That guy is a god-tier voice actor.
@@wratched You're welcome. ;)
@@wratched Tudyk will always be Wash to me.
I came to say the same thing. Every time I heard king Candy I see Ed Wynn and his crazy face. He had a great voice.
My Dad and I took some of my neices and nephews to this movie. I was surprised by how much I liked this movie. My favorite joke was "You would't hit a man with glasses"
The pun was next level 😂😂
“Ouch… you hit a guy, WITH glasses.”

Aún hay mucha gente que recuerda con cariño está en Latinoamérica
Love how in the beginning, we laugh at the Bad Guy Affirmation/Motto, but at the end when Ralph says it, it has so much more meaning.
A mere warm up for his ultimate role, Heihei in Moana
@@joehoy9242 The role that made that Juliard education finally pay off.
Which he plays in once upon a studio!
i only noticed it recently but the reason Ralph saves penelope isn’t just because she’s being bullied.
This movie hits me in the feels sometimes with the lessons it teaches, that's why it's one of my favorite animated movies more than anything
The Turbo reveal was legit good. King Candy has a lot of signs that he's Turbo but we just don't think about it until he's revealed.
It's always the quote unquote kids movies that wreck me. Up, Toy Story 3, Brave, Encanto, etc. I routinely shed late middle-aged, manly overwhelmed tears at animated "kid" movies all the time.
I'm not embarrassed.
@@Scott_Forsell Same. I’ve always watched them, but now I’ve got a 6 year old to use as cover for going to these movies in the theater.
Coco is the ultimate tear jerker for men.

HE JUST GLAZED ME!

I love your reaction to when the twist is revealed. I didn't see it coming either! Also, Alan Tudyk as King Candy is fantastic.
There's an actual Fix It Felix arcade game they made in tandem with the movies release.
And the thing is it really holds up
Fun fact about Vanelope
It's said to be modeled after a character from a Mexican comedic TV show named Chilindrina (the character) portrayed by Maria Antonieta de las Nieves who also dubbed her (Vanelope) in the first movie
I just went on the strangest deep dive, thanks for that 😛
No way, El Chavo del Ocho was such a great show, I love it since I can remember all the way to adulthood and until this day I miss it.
The thing I love about this film is that it reminds you that you matter and not to pretend to be anything that you aren't.
This is a Top 5 Disney movie, so glad you watched it!
Meanwhile, Ralph 2 is Bottom 5.
I love this era of Natalie where she watches a movie that everyone tells her is amazing, and she's somehow shocked that it's amazing😂💚

Alan Tudyk is such an amazing voice actor! You wouldn't know it was him til you looked!
I loved Wreck-It Ralph as a kid. One of my all time favorites, and the fact it still holds up today is amazing
Fun facts:
- The "surprise villain" trope originated from this movie, and Frozen 1 was written by the same creative team as Wreck-It Ralph.
It's been 12 years, I've watched lots of shows/movies and played lots of video games, and I still think Turbo is the best plot twist I've ever seen
I also like how king candy being turbo kind of subtly subverts the expectation of what most ppl generally assumed turbos personality would be with him being this zany, charismatic, and dramatic guy rather than a macho racer dude LOLL
bug-turbo's voice stabs are exactly what you'd get from a boss fight in an arena like that
My fav. animated movie of all time, so for me it is 10/10. There is nothing that i would've changed tbh.
Yea that Turbo twist was so good!
I know right! I was so shocked when I first watched the movie!
When Ralph recites the bad guy affirmation as he’s falling down to break the mentos, always wrecks me!
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.

King Candy's voice HAD to be inspired by the comedian who was disney's Mad Hatter and the "I love to laugh" guy in Mary Poppins
According to Alan Tudik, the creators wanted an actor who could impersonate Ed Wynn.

LOL
No other movie hits me the way Ralph quoting the bad guy affirmation does
It’s a real shame that Wreck It Ralph never got a sequel… 😅

The Turbo reveal is the best plot twist EVER
Huh, you changed your studio, I see. Chef’s kiss. You’re changing again. First you edit the censors in, and now your studio’s lighting is different. Not to mention the microphone. Absolute praise for that.
Nat's Wreck It Ralph reaction is one of her best 🤗🤗🤗
I love how the Bad-Guy affirmation takes on a deeper meaning by the end of this film
One of my all time favorites! I remember seeing all the Wreck it Ralph movies with my oldest son. Good memories.
'I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.'
Really liking the natural lighting
Im so glad im not the only one that crys alot at this movie. Alot of scenes hit so close to the heart!!
If for no other reason Wreck it Ralph 2 is worthwhile just for the scene where Princess Vanellope von Schweetz meets the other Disney Princesses, hilariously cute.
It's worthwhile for plenty of reasons, but yes that one stands out. Also the song is great. "As I'm called through this fog of mace..."
I don't particularly like the Wreck It Ralph 2 story; the climax is especially weird. But taken individually, it is full of so many fun moments.
wreck it ralph 2 absolutely sucks
The part that really gets to me is the way Vanellope knew that racing was in her code. And when Ralph sees her art on the cabinet it's like "Oh shit, she was right!"
Vanellope is soooo cute!!!! I love her!!!
I love this movie so much!! The message is so sweet and meaningful. I feel like you should totally watch Big Hero 6 next!
