இனி உங்கள் மொபைலிலேயே ரயில் முன்பதிவில்லாத டிக்கெட்டும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். சாதாரணமாக வரிசையில் நின்று ரயில் நிலையத்தில் எடுக்க வேண்டிய முன்பதிவு இல்லா டிக்கெட் நாம் இப்போது ஆன்லைனில் மொபைலிலேயே எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.
மிக எளிதாக செய்யக்கூடிய இந்த செயலியின் வழிமுறைகளை இந்த காணொளியில் எளிதாக பகிர்ந்து இருக்கிறேன் கண்டு பயனடையுங்கள்.

The 'utsonmobile' application is developed in-house by Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).
The 'utsonmobile' application is available for Android, Windows and iOS based smartphones. User can download this application from Google play store, Windows app store and Apple store respectively, free of cost.
The passenger first will get registered by providing his/her mobile number, name, password, gender and date of birth.
Upon successful registration, Railway Wallet (R-WALLET) will be created automatically with zero balance to the passenger. There will be no extra cost for creating R-WALLET.
R-WALLET can be recharged either at any of the UTS counter or through recharge option available on the "www.utsonmobil..." website.
Currently, Paperless Ticket can be booked for Journey Ticket, Season Ticket and Platform Ticket. Platform Ticket booking is allowed for some selected stations only.
In case internet connection of the mobile is not up, then ticket booking is not allowed.
No advance ticket booking is allowed i.e. the journey date will always be current date.
Paperless Ticket:
The passenger can book paperless Journey Ticket, Season Ticket and Platform Ticket through mobile application and ticket will be delivered in the mobile application itself. The passenger can travel without taking hardcopy of the ticket. Whenever Ticket Checking Staff asks for ticket, the passenger will use 'Show Ticket' option in the application.
The smartphone should be GPS enabled to book paperless ticket.
The paperless tickets are not allowed for cancellation.
The journey should commence within one hour after booking paperless ticket.
Season Ticket can be issued/renewed from mobile application and it will be valid from the next day of booking the ticket. No need of GPS for issue/renewal of Season Ticket.
Platform Ticket can also be booked from mobile application.
In case passenger is not able to show the ticket on mobile then it is considered as ticketless travel.
Paper Ticket:
The passenger can book ticket through the mobile application. On booking of ticket, he/she will get Booking ID along with other ticket details. The booking details will also be available in booking history. The booking ID will also be conveyed through an SMS.
After booking Paper ticket, passenger can go to the journey originating (source) station to take ticket print out from any of the ATVM/Co-TVM there, by entering his/her registered mobile number and booking ID. The journey is valid only with printed ticket.
The cancellation of Paper Ticket is allowed either at the counter after printing the ticket or through the application before printing the ticket. However, in both the cases, cancellation fee is applicable.

You can request at counter for concession. But mostly concessions are available for reserved tickets only Divyang and student concession can be availed at counter itself against submitted the necessary documents

There is an option for changing the handset/www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in. Follow the instructions and change your mobile
If I am travelling one super Fast train to reach station-1, and from there I want to travel by using local train to reach station-2. Can I book the unreserved ticket to the local train while travelling in super fast train? Why I am asking means I am continuously travelling in train, So based on my location is it take my booking detail or Should I have to get out of the station-1 to reach more than 8 meters and after booked I have to enter the station-1? Please clear my query
You can't book UTS online while traveling in train. Either you Amy come out of the station and book or take an unreserved ticket from the ATVM or counter from the second station
You can not book ticket while travelling in a train. Because , if as you like , people will take ticket only when the ticket checker approch them to check whether they are already having a ticket. That is why you can't book a ticket while travelling.

In the homepage itself, cancel option is there. Click on that, select the ticket to be cancelled and cancel it.

there will be an additional charge for superfast trains, ex: train numbers starting with 2 are superfast trains. For express trains, there wont be any surcharge.

After entering source and destination , click on next trains, it will show you next available trains in that route and type also whether it is superfast, express.

You can't book unreserved ticket for Ooty train through UTS app. Either you have to take ticket from metupalayam station on same day morning or reserve through IRCTC

Hi sir how to change hand set request?
Login to uts app, go to profile, you will find change handset option, click on that, it will guide you.
Click on help on right lower corner of uts app and click on FAQ. The detailed explanation is given under "what is the procedure to change the handset" option.
How to use quick booking option. I added a route coimbatore to dindigul via pothanur Pollachi Palani. While booking ticket on this route I got an error as " TICKET BOOKING FOR THE SELECTED ROUTE IS NOT ALLOWED" and while booking I ( my mobile having this app) am near sitra only. Kindly clear this doubt.
Infact, I tried booking ptj poy route for cbe Dindigul . I didn't face any problem.
