Great work utsav ! Just a little suggestion to be a little more descriptive with the amenity kit and the food served. Adding a snapshot of the menu along with the subtitles for the meal chosen and the amenity kit items will help others get a better idea. Cheers and god bless!

Can we take these headphones with us home?
No bro not allowed to take the headphones - the flight attendant especially came in the end of the flight before landing just to collect the headphones from all the passengers in business class.
Your voice was not audible mostly as the background music is louder.

One of the Most shameful customer service of AIRINDIA is assignment of a shabbily dressed unprofessional Chaprassies (2.23) at aerobridge entry(From Domestic to International) at T3 and else where to direct passengers . Often these guys even cannot speak or even understand english.
It’s not air india it’s Delhi airport they provide this people it clearly says on there t shirt and badges air india doesn’t own them
If you travel Europe, most of the local staffs does not speak English, it’s not a big deal for us.
