You Should’ve watched the ending at the very end someone probably a cast member or someone from this movie is shown with a camera and saying it’s 3:30 am and says that’s something he heard in the next room and when he open is the room he sees the stop motion miniature of kat and says that see we felt lonely in the studio room really nice cool and funny at the same time
I also really love this movie, everything from the details to the storyline and even at the very end of the credits when they showed that little clip of Kat; that was soo cool.
8:19 It's a mimic octopus, the only octopus that doesn't squirt ink so they make themselves look like poisonous creatures ( like a lion fish sea snakes or an banded sole) to protect themselves from predators
For me, I wished this movie showed a bit less of the demons the movie is named after and focus more on the main girl Kat and her trauma but otherwise it's pretty alright. Also if the demons were actually scary, that reeeaalllyy would've gotten me. The scene that really got me was the "swear it" scene
Now that I think about it, in the vision when Klax Korp won and built the prison, there was a two-head dragon. Now in the movie it shows as Raul's painting but, there was another meaning? is there an actual dragon in that world?
The Klaxons were the dragons, and the warrior was Raul’s mother protecting him and the others, as she was on the frontline of getting their lives back from the corrupt business.
I saw this movie yesterday for Halloween with my classmates and we all agreed on that the main character was pretty unlikeable, tho my Anime loving friend defended her saying that her design was Cool; however there's the fact that's there very little character development for her and she doesn't seem like the focus of the movie; as such almost all of the other characters are more likeable as a result (Ps: My favorite character was definitely the footless Janitor)
Everything unlikeable about her makes sense in the context of her trauma though. The movie clearly explores why she’s angry and dismissive of people. The only thing I wished is they more clearly showed her embracing Raul as a friend but I think it’s implied that she has generally accepted friendships into her life if that makes sense.

I love the flashback sequence of memories
6:36 - just to help you out, it’s James Hong and in 26:56 - no, Belzer’s voice is done by Ving Rhames.

The two headed symbolize the Klax Korp and the warrior on the hinting that either someone (Raul) ending the dragons terror.
