It'll work. Much more efficient than the one I built, but I can confirm the iron/trading/hall/raid farm works, and gives you hero of the village trading buffs. Very nice. Taking notes on this better design. Lol

Very quick tip - make sure to put a leaf block on top of the red stone dust on the red stone lamp - this is shown in the farm demo but NOT during the tutorial. If you don’t do that, raid mobs have a chance to spawn on top of the red stone lamp, stalling your farm and potentially killing you if you haven’t blocked off your doorway. Otherwise farm works great!!
do the pillagers keep spawning after you get the victory from the raids ??? mine stopped spawning once i got hero of the village/ killed all the pillagers
Edit: all raid farms are nerfed and broken after updates. Ominous bottles are required to trigger raids. Finished making the full iron farm version. This farm works really well. V.1.20.50! Still works fine with 1.20.70/71. Having made quite a few raid farms in the past this one is perhaps the most reliable one! Some clarifications here: Directionality The lower trident killer is directional. If your spawns won't work at the tower spawn spot it is very likely that the trident killer isn't built in the correct direction. Double check and rebuild it in a different direction. I tested, tried, failed and finally succeeded. It can be a bit confusing at times. Or you can replace this trident killer with another kind that isn't directional. We have many options. You could flush riad captains to a trident killer pit with alternating water streams by using dispensers. Or you could use pistons to push them. And so on. Quick search at youtube will give you plenty of alternative ideas! You will need to rework the lower trident killer anyway when next big update comes out and changes raid mechanics and mob spawning. NON-leaf or scaffolding blocks: You can use nornal blocks also, not just leaves but every single block HAS to have leaves right on top of it. This includes chests, glass etc. Fancy looking builds may be challenging unless you plan a leaf covered theme! :D It is best to make all tops of leaf surfaces flat. Plan it so that if a ravager gets loose for any reason it can't have any leaves to break on horizontal plane. Just a learned precaution! VEXES I made a minor tweak to this farm. Vex attacks may push you back away from the glass wall while AFK. This may lead to XP pooling in the water stream behind the glass. If you replace two pieces of glass with double doors you can stand between them and be one block closer to catching the XP. this way the vexes can't push you too far back from the dropping XP. If you make the iron farm version the vexes might show up sometimes. It's because the golems fight with raid mobs and evokers may have time to summon a vex. Easy to solve. Make a max size regeneration & resistance beacon. Wear full thorns III armor. Vexes will die after hitting you. And your health will regenerate. Forgrt the advice elsewhere about putting boats everywhere. It is not reliable. Regen & thorns works every time in my testing. Vexes aren't a concern any longer for me. Tested for many many hours. NON-iron farm version I also made the non-iron farm version of the farm without the trading post. This version does not spawn vexes, not at least during the last 10ish hours of testing in my world. It's even more reliable and worry free than the trading post one. I would suggest making trading posts and iron farms separately. Maybe close to a base or something where iron is produced plentifully when you hang around anyway. Emeralds from outpost farm, iron from village trading farm. Better that way I think. RELOG proof? I don't think the trident killers in this farm are relog proof. E.g. if your connection to server closes suddenly or you leave the area without shutting down the trident killers etc. The tridents may fall down one block lower and not work next time you try to run the farm. In that case you need to find your way inside the water chamber, grab the tridents and rethrow them into their proper places. Maybe make a door that leads into the water chamber just for this case. This applies to all trident killers that are made with the same design principle of one piston running against a hole and a glass block.

Worked perfectly, had to do some adjustments since I didn’t listen when he said to make sure the afk spot works for the single trident killer which made me have to deal with vexes but overall the farm works great! Paired it with the youtuber rocket builders item sorter right after the build and it works!
@@tyleradams5156 they still attack 😭 but rarely. I still afk but only when im able to check on it periodically. Id suggest spamming boats around but other than that they hit me once or twice before loosing interest (not attacking them) then they drift away like the little fairies they are lol. There are a few times where one of them doesnt give up so i have to 💀 them. I also suggest keeping the sound on and making it loud enough to hear your character being attacked if you have to go room from room. I dont afk when im away from the house, and i save and copy my game after about 5 raids Also, sorry for the late reply :)
@@tyleradams5156 I put a BUNCH of boats on the leaves above the afk spot it worked for me you'll get a vex approximately every 1/2 to 1 hour whick shouldn't be. a problem when spamming boats i did this strat before 1.21 and i was able to afk 5 days straight to stock up on emeralds
Im surprised at how little resources this farm requires. Worst part is probably getting the villagers and the tridents. Im definitely going to build this.
I’ve made so many of your farms and love them all, they’re typically easy to do but I had a really hard time with this one. Most raid farms I’ve done have been pretty easy but WEW I found myself saying “it’s just a game” more times than I’d like to admit while doing this farm 😂😭
@@EyeNeedAllDat make sure there is a villager pod very close to the bed platform (only need one villager that pod. 75% need to work and all need to be paired to beds.
To prevent tridents from clipping through the corners of the blocks, place trapdoors immediately underneath the blocks. This introduces the potential for mobs riding Ravagers to clip into this space. This happens if Ravager is killed before mob and they're right on this edge. If the blocks the pistons push into are replaced with magma blocks, they will be killed if they get clipped into this space, thus continuing the raid.
You’re seriously the best. This is perfect! It works amazingly well. I just did a leaf rectangle/box with the 20 villagers instead of 2 pods. It was easier to set up and works well. I didn’t need a trading hall but that’s easy to add!
Do you know what I can do to stop my tridents from despawning when I die? Because I tested it in a creative world where I build the farm and I killed myself and went back to the farm and the trident were gone
@@danjay2889did you watch inside under the tridentkiller? Mine glitched downwards through a block. To prevent this, turn off the killers before leaving the spot. To make it more safer, pick up your tridents after every use. :)
For those of you on Bedrock Realms, at 10:00 where he says go up 42, only go 32 or you won't be close enough to trigger the next raid. You may also want to consider doubling the wall thickness to prevent mobs clipping out of the upper kill chamber. 1.21 update: As per Silent's updated description link, this farm still works with a simple bubble elevator to feed the ominous potions to your afk spot. With a macro recorder you can still run this long-term afk, too.
I might have to make this height adjustment, but only as a last resort. I’m not having trouble with raid captains spawning, but instead the entire raid taking place outside of the spawn platform. They spawn on an unlit hill over 30 blocks away
This should be the TOP PINNED COMMENT! This saved me! You won’t believe the stress I’ve gone through to get this farm to work. Before lowering the afk/spawn platform I placed 25,000 blocks to block pillagers from spawning outside the outpost. Turns out you were right all along!
Not sure what I've done wrong, but I've built this twice with the same result. Ravagers do not want to die to the trident killer. They are literally touching it and not taking damage. You can put lava at the top but the witches can climb and get stuck. Edit: I fixed this by placing 2 lava sources on the each side at the top by the trident killers. Signs holding it in place with solid blocks on top of lava so fire doesn't spread and leaves on top of those. Ravagers get caught in the lava, everything else goes below to the trident killer.
I move up the trident killer by one block the mods swim up to the trident killer any way and gives room for the Ramagers to die as well although this is quick fix it slightly slow down the farm
OK so here’s what I did. I made a copy of my world and I went into creative after I went to the farm and I put a ton of signs above and then I put lava on top of the signs so it will get the Rangers at that height, it’s like a lava roof and the signs are preventing it from falling also, the blocks above did not catch on fire you just have to tweak everything a little bit, but the farm does work just put signs above lava on top and you should be good. You just have to tweak everything and make adjustments as you go.
For anyone struggling to do capsules for the villagers. Just do a 5x5 with work stations. One block underneath the beds and make sure to cover everything with leaves. Youll be good.
Just a tip for anyone not wanting to go all the way down to the outpost to turn that trident killer on and off, and also doesn't want an annoying redstone torch tower going down the whole way, you can put a dispenser at the afk spot facing down filled with junk items to act as an outpost on/off switch. You can just make the landing place for that junk item go into a t flip flop that turns the outpost trident killer on and off.
This is helpful but the trident in the kill chaber in the outpost keep despawning because they are getting pushed into the block. you know how to fix it?
@@Mahdyslh I also have this issue in some of my trident killers. You need to make sure the blocks around the trident are solid blocks not glass or anything else, and nake sure to turn off the machine beforr you leave.
@@MahdyslhYou drop an item from above into a hopper below that activates a switch. It’s pretty much using the lever from a distance. Phantoms shouldn’t affect this?
I already have the earlier easy box farm you shared (works well except occasional vex attacks) but I may try this one. Seems like you could add a lava blade to screen out the ravager saddles like you had in the earlier version. The iron golems would still drop their ingots.
Bro I cant thank you enough for this I just lost all my netherite gears in the void and I was having a trouble getting enchants back also to get it working I actually had to cover the mountains in leaves and the results was worth it
Farm is actually super easy to put together, and really really good rates for both iron and raid drops. If you’re doing the trading hall though, make sure make sure you cover the job blocks with leaves too!!! I ran the farm twice before getting my traders all set, and everything was great. Third run I lost 10 villagers because I forgot to cover their job blocks. Don’t be like me!
The farm work flawlessly as all the farms I built from you the only issue I have is some item don’t line up perfectly on the drop collect water source on the afk spot so I just need to work on this but otherwise it’s 10/10
I had the same issue so I just used leaves placed leaves all the way down to 2 blocks above my water witches do occasionally fall down the hole so they go through the two block gap and end up on the left where I can easily kill them
I have same suggestion.... It worked for me..... First of all, cover top spawning point where your was spawning by solid block.... Then set your world on hard mode.. Then go 21 block away from that outpost....then AFK for 2 minutes.....then check.... If pillager captain didn't spawn, then set your world on peaceful mode then turn it hard mode again.... And do AFK again.... It will 100% work.... 🙂
I built the whole setup but the iron farm portion doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have some ideas for why? (There are two detection villagers and the other 18 are at the trading hall level)
@@drnarwhalchicken Yes the problem was that I hadn't linked all my villagers to workstations yet, only half. Apparently ≈70% need to have jobs for the golems to start spawning.
I want to add this to my server. That and your sorter system. Kind of want to change it a bit but not sure how to get going at the moment. Hopefully I can figure that out soon. Great videos by the way. Really enjoying them.

I've come to really enjoy just starting a raid and fighting it out hand to hand. I know it's not as efficient as a farm, but it makes those totems feel so good when you get them. I'm still gonna build this farm, though 😆
"Might as well have a combination farm because why not?" Yes, 100% me. Almost all of my stuff is extremely inefficient pretty combination farms. A little bit of everything all the time is my play style. Lol
Quick Tip- make sure that the water covers every block in the box because if there’s water missing they won’t be pushed into the tridents fast enough making the rates drop significantly
So every 4-5 raids I’m losing a chunk of leaf blocks from the roof near the trident killers. I’m getting saplings occasionally too in my sorting system. Is there any way to prevent this? I think it’s ravagers getting stuck or fighting with the iron golems.
Hey Silent ! Thanks for the nice farm once again ! I have an issue tho 😅 I finish everything and notice that nobody was spawning in the first trident killer. Did everything right, double checked, triple checked. All good but no spawn. The moment I remove the water from the 2 stairs they start spawning again.... Any ideas why ? Cuz this basically kills the farm as those mobs are dumb but not enough to throw themselves in the trident killer every time 😅
@@georgethedrummer8501Ok I got it fixed ! I made a minor mistake. I guess that's what I get for building this farm at 7am lol 😆 The trident killer wasn't oriented the right way. Yours is probably too. Remove the trident killer and start again. Don't look at what he's doing. Just listen to what he says. Do the grid with glass pane and make a few pillagers spawn. Now dont look at how his outpost is place. It's not the same as yours 100%. With your locator map find the North West and replace birch plank with another solid block to mark it. You want to place this block so the pillagers spawns on the north west corner of it. From there everything is working now 👌
I know this comment might go unanswered but worth a shot… I’ve built this perfectly. The way it was shown everything. Worked like a charm the first time around… now the pillagers and everyone aren’t spawning in the spawn area… can anyone help. built this about 2 weeks ago and it worked great, just built it again and the iron golems arent spawning, any tips? Edit 1: I dont think theyre linking to their beds Edit 2: theyre not linking to their beds, broke and replaced the beds and the problem was fixed
Is it possible that your pillager spawn spot to be lost? Mines do , as I go back from my iron farm and smelt all the pillagers drops , I flick the lever to my trident killer then wait , I waited for at least 15 mins and I didn't get any bad omen at all. I'll try to remove all the things surrounds the raid farm , if this doesn't work. I'll built everything to another pillager outpost which is very taxing
@@supernat0011 Mine wasnt working so i filled the entire top layer with panes and it turned out my pillagers were spawning on a different block, so i had to move my trident killer over a couple blocks. Hopefully that helps
Anyone know why the pillagers only spawn on the floor. Ive put leaves everywhere in the outpost and the floor. It worked once but the leaves protecting my villager broke causing the raid to fail. I got a new villager but since then it hasnt worked. Any ideas??
Ive been playing Minecraft for over a decade so I’m not trash and I know I built this as shown, but I can’t get a banner guy to spawn. When they do spawn, they spawn in the outpost chamber, but almost every time pillagers spawn, they are all on the ground outside the outpost and there is no banner guy among them
Hook up a shulker sensor with wool underneath the kill platform with wool under that. Use a pulse extender and hook up to your tridents. This helps with forgetting to turn off the tridents before you leave.
But they’re phantom like. we have 5 mobs that drop rotten flesh that has almost no purpose, but we only have one way to obtain phantom membrane and that is used in potion brewing and elytra repair.
@@kevinl4514 literally no other similarities other than them being able to fly, the mob mechanics is completely different. as for rotten flesh, think of it as a rarity thing, the useless items gonna drop more than the important ones.
Working like a charm so far!! Ravagers get sliced up a lot faster, and any golems that spawn in the middle of a wave just help either eliminate the wave faster or get the illagers to turn on one another if they get shot or hit with a potion of poison. Thanks silent!!

I built this on a realm and going 42 up for the AFK didn’t work. I moved it down around 24 and it started working again. The only problem I have is the trident will despawn randomly.
Same for me, except when testing for bad omen, I found out that my afk spot was around 20 up, not 42. Maybe our realms have some form of optimization. Otherwise, the farm seems perfect so far.
This might be helpful- I finally got them to spawn after getting all the villagers completely synced up and waited a day or two. Now I'm struggling with vexes going through leaves. If anyone has suggestions lmk!
@@Demons-Hunter_25 making sure each villager is synced up to a bed and a profession block. Then after about a couple of day cycles the iron golems started to spawn for me. Hopefully that makes sense. 👍🏻
Is there any way to ensure that a vex won’t fly through the leaves and kill me? I had one fly through the leaves and hit me while I was afk and it just has me worried.

Raid is spawning on the ground instead of farm. I removed the tower except the spawn spot and even put a huge floor of flowers down on the ground. Any thoughts?
Isn't the most fun solution. But only one I found to fix it. Started with 3 double chests of leaves. Replaced the floor in the outpost with leave and started putting leaves of circles around the outpost until they stopped spawning down there. Ravagers will mess up your leaves if you miss one spot
Hey, so I was thinking about building this on the realm me and my friends play on, and I was wondering what sort of modifications to the trident killers you might suggest to make it easy to swap out tridents so anyone who is online can use this farm
You said to make the afk spot 42 blocks up from the center of the tower. Not sure if its something with 1.21, but the highest i can afk above the center block and the pillagers spawn is 30 blocks. Raids are spawning everywhere but the farm because for some reason the bottom pillagers wont spawn past 30 blocks up.
for anyone wondering u can die when your afk i was just using the farm for like 10 min and 2 vexes flew through the leaves and one of them started hitting me a little bit. But dont be scared to go afk if your scared of losing your items just add a barrel like in the vid and put your items in there
When installing the villagers, I don't understand the "pod" part. What is a pod? Are the pods those leaf capulses at the end of the beds where the linking villagers are? So to create the iron farm I need to cram 5 or 10 villagers into that single space?
Have you tested this on realms - getting some very dodgy things happening - as in after cleared all raids - turned off the lower trident killer - after log out and log in - raid starts automatically. second - raids are starting on the ground - mid session - that shouldnt happen as most of the raids spawn in the kill chamber. Tridents fall through the blocks (even after doing the place on blocks and break mechanic). I understand realms are a thing, but do you test on realms? Building a communal raid farm based on mostly this design and its not useable right now :(

What did you do to stop the vexes from targeting you? They rarely attack me, but that risk is what’s keeping me from raid farming while being afk
@@tyleradams5156 they still attack 😭 but rarely. I still afk but only when im able to check on it periodically. Id suggest spamming boats around but other than that they hit me once or twice before loosing interest (not attacking them) then they drift away like the little fairies they are lol. There are a few times where one of them doesnt give up so i have to 💀 them. I also suggest keeping the sound on and making it loud enough to hear your character being attacked if you have to go room from room. I dont afk when im away from the house, and i save and copy my game after about 5 raids

@@tyleradams5156 I put a BUNCH of boats on the leaves above the afk spot it worked for me you'll get a vex approximately every 1/2 to 1 hour whick shouldn't be. a problem when spamming boats i did this strat before 1.21 and i was able to afk 5 days straight to stock up on emeralds

I’ve made so many of your farms and love them all, they’re typically easy to do but I had a really hard time with this one. Most raid farms I’ve done have been pretty easy but WEW I found myself saying “it’s just a game” more times than I’d like to admit while doing this farm 😂😭

@@EyeNeedAllDat make sure there is a villager pod very close to the bed platform (only need one villager that pod. 75% need to work and all need to be paired to beds.
To prevent tridents from clipping through the corners of the blocks, place trapdoors immediately underneath the blocks. This introduces the potential for mobs riding Ravagers to clip into this space. This happens if Ravager is killed before mob and they're right on this edge. If the blocks the pistons push into are replaced with magma blocks, they will be killed if they get clipped into this space, thus continuing the raid.

You’re seriously the best. This is perfect! It works amazingly well. I just did a leaf rectangle/box with the 20 villagers instead of 2 pods. It was easier to set up and works well. I didn’t need a trading hall but that’s easy to add!

@@danjay2889did you watch inside under the tridentkiller? Mine glitched downwards through a block. To prevent this, turn off the killers before leaving the spot. To make it more safer, pick up your tridents after every use. :)

For those of you on Bedrock Realms, at 10:00 where he says go up 42, only go 32 or you won't be close enough to trigger the next raid. You may also want to consider doubling the wall thickness to prevent mobs clipping out of the upper kill chamber.
1.21 update: As per Silent's updated description link, this farm still works with a simple bubble elevator to feed the ominous potions to your afk spot. With a macro recorder you can still run this long-term afk, too.
I might have to make this height adjustment, but only as a last resort.
I’m not having trouble with raid captains spawning, but instead the entire raid taking place outside of the spawn platform.

You won’t believe the stress I’ve gone through to get this farm to work.
Before lowering the afk/spawn platform I placed 25,000 blocks to block pillagers from spawning outside the outpost.
Turns out you were right all along!
Not sure what I've done wrong, but I've built this twice with the same result. Ravagers do not want to die to the trident killer. They are literally touching it and not taking damage. You can put lava at the top but the witches can climb and get stuck.
Edit: I fixed this by placing 2 lava sources on the each side at the top by the trident killers. Signs holding it in place with solid blocks on top of lava so fire doesn't spread and leaves on top of those. Ravagers get caught in the lava, everything else goes below to the trident killer.

I move up the trident killer by one block the mods swim up to the trident killer any way and gives room for the Ramagers to die as well although this is quick fix it slightly slow down the farm

OK so here’s what I did. I made a copy of my world and I went into creative after I went to the farm and I put a ton of signs above and then I put lava on top of the signs so it will get the Rangers at that height, it’s like a lava roof and the signs are preventing it from falling
also, the blocks above did not catch on fire you just have to tweak everything a little bit, but the farm does work just put signs above lava on top and you should be good. You just have to tweak everything and make adjustments as you go.

For anyone struggling to do capsules for the villagers. Just do a 5x5 with work stations. One block underneath the beds and make sure to cover everything with leaves. Youll be good.

Just a tip for anyone not wanting to go all the way down to the outpost to turn that trident killer on and off, and also doesn't want an annoying redstone torch tower going down the whole way, you can put a dispenser at the afk spot facing down filled with junk items to act as an outpost on/off switch. You can just make the landing place for that junk item go into a t flip flop that turns the outpost trident killer on and off.
You need to be able to turn them off and on individually because of the phantom raids

@@Mahdyslh I also have this issue in some of my trident killers. You need to make sure the blocks around the trident are solid blocks not glass or anything else, and nake sure to turn off the machine beforr you leave.
@@MahdyslhYou drop an item from above into a hopper below that activates a switch. It’s pretty much using the lever from a distance. Phantoms shouldn’t affect this?

I already have the earlier easy box farm you shared (works well except occasional vex attacks) but I may try this one. Seems like you could add a lava blade to screen out the ravager saddles like you had in the earlier version. The iron golems would still drop their ingots.

Bro I cant thank you enough for this I just lost all my netherite gears in the void and I was having a trouble getting enchants back also to get it working I actually had to cover the mountains in leaves and the results was worth it
Farm is actually super easy to put together, and really really good rates for both iron and raid drops.
If you’re doing the trading hall though, make sure make sure you cover the job blocks with leaves too!!! I ran the farm twice before getting my traders all set, and everything was great. Third run I lost 10 villagers because I forgot to cover their job blocks. Don’t be like me!

The farm work flawlessly as all the farms I built from you the only issue I have is some item don’t line up perfectly on the drop collect water source on the afk spot so I just need to work on this but otherwise it’s 10/10
I had the same issue so I just used leaves placed leaves all the way down to 2 blocks above my water witches do occasionally fall down the hole so they go through the two block gap and end up on the left where I can easily kill them

I have same suggestion.... It worked for me..... First of all, cover top spawning point where your was spawning by solid block.... Then set your world on hard mode.. Then go 21 block away from that outpost....then AFK for 2 minutes.....then check.... If pillager captain didn't spawn, then set your world on peaceful mode then turn it hard mode again.... And do AFK again.... It will 100% work.... 🙂

@@drnarwhalchicken Yes the problem was that I hadn't linked all my villagers to workstations yet, only half. Apparently ≈70% need to have jobs for the golems to start spawning.

I've come to really enjoy just starting a raid and fighting it out hand to hand. I know it's not as efficient as a farm, but it makes those totems feel so good when you get them. I'm still gonna build this farm, though 😆

Yes, 100% me. Almost all of my stuff is extremely inefficient pretty combination farms. A little bit of everything all the time is my play style. Lol
Quick Tip- make sure that the water covers every block in the box because if there’s water missing they won’t be pushed into the tridents fast enough making the rates drop significantly
This is still working and its as useful and efficient as always, i forgot to hold my looting 3 sword and still filled up my chests in like 10 minutes.
So every 4-5 raids I’m losing a chunk of leaf blocks from the roof near the trident killers. I’m getting saplings occasionally too in my sorting system. Is there any way to prevent this? I think it’s ravagers getting stuck or fighting with the iron golems.
My guess would to add a layer of blocks under the roof of leaves near the trident killer

Hey Silent ! Thanks for the nice farm once again ! I have an issue tho 😅 I finish everything and notice that nobody was spawning in the first trident killer. Did everything right, double checked, triple checked. All good but no spawn. The moment I remove the water from the 2 stairs they start spawning again.... Any ideas why ? Cuz this basically kills the farm as those mobs are dumb but not enough to throw themselves in the trident killer every time 😅

@@georgethedrummer8501Ok I got it fixed ! I made a minor mistake. I guess that's what I get for building this farm at 7am lol 😆 The trident killer wasn't oriented the right way. Yours is probably too. Remove the trident killer and start again. Don't look at what he's doing. Just listen to what he says. Do the grid with glass pane and make a few pillagers spawn. Now dont look at how his outpost is place. It's not the same as yours 100%. With your locator map find the North West and replace birch plank with another solid block to mark it. You want to place this block so the pillagers spawns on the north west corner of it. From there everything is working now 👌

Mines do , as I go back from my iron farm and smelt all the pillagers drops , I flick the lever to my trident killer then wait , I waited for at least 15 mins and I didn't get any bad omen at all. I'll try to remove all the things surrounds the raid farm , if this doesn't work. I'll built everything to another pillager outpost which is very taxing

Anyone know why the pillagers only spawn on the floor. Ive put leaves everywhere in the outpost and the floor. It worked once but the leaves protecting my villager broke causing the raid to fail. I got a new villager but since then it hasnt worked. Any ideas??

Ive been playing Minecraft for over a decade so I’m not trash and I know I built this as shown, but I can’t get a banner guy to spawn. When they do spawn, they spawn in the outpost chamber, but almost every time pillagers spawn, they are all on the ground outside the outpost and there is no banner guy among them
Hook up a shulker sensor with wool underneath the kill platform with wool under that. Use a pulse extender and hook up to your tridents. This helps with forgetting to turn off the tridents before you leave.
Does anyone else feel like the vex should also drop phantom membranes?

But they’re phantom like. we have 5 mobs that drop rotten flesh that has almost no purpose, but we only have one way to obtain phantom membrane and that is used in potion brewing and elytra repair.
@@kevinl4514 literally no other similarities other than them being able to fly, the mob mechanics is completely different. as for rotten flesh, think of it as a rarity thing, the useless items gonna drop more than the important ones.

You can prevent Evokers from spawning vexes by damaging them by fall damage and then one-shoting them by tridant
Working like a charm so far!! Ravagers get sliced up a lot faster, and any golems that spawn in the middle of a wave just help either eliminate the wave faster or get the illagers to turn on one another if they get shot or hit with a potion of poison. Thanks silent!!

if you are worried about the raid spawning while you take the villagers to the breeder or hall, you can just drink milk to get rid of the effect :)

For everyone thinking about building this ,I built this farm without the iron farm and trading hall and it works perfect
I built this on a realm and going 42 up for the AFK didn’t work. I moved it down around 24 and it started working again. The only problem I have is the trident will despawn randomly.
Same for me, except when testing for bad omen, I found out that my afk spot was around 20 up, not 42.
Maybe our realms have some form of optimization.
Otherwise, the farm seems perfect so far.

@@Demons-Hunter_25 making sure each villager is synced up to a bed and a profession block. Then after about a couple of day cycles the iron golems started to spawn for me. Hopefully that makes sense. 👍🏻

Raid is spawning on the ground instead of farm. I removed the tower except the spawn spot and even put a huge floor of flowers down on the ground. Any thoughts?
Isn't the most fun solution. But only one I found to fix it. Started with 3 double chests of leaves. Replaced the floor in the outpost with leave and started putting leaves of circles around the outpost until they stopped spawning down there. Ravagers will mess up your leaves if you miss one spot

You said to make the afk spot 42 blocks up from the center of the tower. Not sure if its something with 1.21, but the highest i can afk above the center block and the pillagers spawn is 30 blocks. Raids are spawning everywhere but the farm because for some reason the bottom pillagers wont spawn past 30 blocks up.
for anyone wondering u can die when your afk i was just using the farm for like 10 min and 2 vexes flew through the leaves and one of them started hitting me a little bit.
But dont be scared to go afk if your scared of losing your items just add a barrel like in the vid and put your items in there

When installing the villagers, I don't understand the "pod" part. What is a pod? Are the pods those leaf capulses at the end of the beds where the linking villagers are? So to create the iron farm I need to cram 5 or 10 villagers into that single space?

Have you tested this on realms - getting some very dodgy things happening - as in after cleared all raids - turned off the lower trident killer - after log out and log in - raid starts automatically.
second - raids are starting on the ground - mid session - that shouldnt happen as most of the raids spawn in the kill chamber.
Tridents fall through the blocks (even after doing the place on blocks and break mechanic). I understand realms are a thing, but do you test on realms? Building a communal raid farm based on mostly this design and its not useable right now :(
