Would you have any advice for a lighter athelete such as myself, im 65kg and had no problem with the open pull, completing in a time of 3:20... this however is hands down the biggest challenge using the 150+kg weight going off my experiences at this weight so far, do you tgink i need to gain weight for example? Hi, in your opinion what type of surface (synthetic grass, non-slip carpet, etc.) is most similar to the surface found in competition. I'm not sure what surface to choose for my sled training. Thanks, bye
It's more of a carpet surface. I wouldn't worry too much on what you are training on. Focus on getting those legs as strong as possible and the upper body upper comfortable for pulling and holding the rope.
